About a 19+ week run which is long, doesn’t mean the end of the world is coming. Just means we had a great run and the easy $ is potentially over for a little bit for the TML’s(that’s what I trade), still feels like late 90’s to me. Even then we based for periods. It’s not nothing when $AVGO $NVDA $AMD $HOOD $META $PLTR $CRDO $ORCL all crash and close at near lows below 20ema. I follow the leaders 1st, not the Indices. Things seem quicker vs then, what took months now take days to weeks sometimes. Things can get violent fast in a low liquidity market(end of summer). A month of gains can be given back in 2-3 days sometimes if you stubbornly hold especially if on margin. I thought we were gonna run a bit longer into FOMC as I said. I don’t know if this is a 2 day, 2 week, or 2mo rest but I’ll be on the leaders when they’re ready. A lot of negativity on here tonight so that’s a good thing. Wanna REALLY grow your shoulders? You’ll start getting better connection and results from your lateral raises when you start focusing on these 3 things👇 1- Pushing your knuckles directly out to the side (pretend to punch the walls next to you) 2- Keeping DBs in front of you slightly-this allows a little more range of motion for the delts and a little less tension on the joints. 3- Getting the weight up as close to 90 degrees as possible (just close enough is fine- doesn’t have to be exact) These tips can be applied any way you perform lateral raises (banded, DBs, cables etc) Don’t forget to bookmark and Share this post out if it helped you! To build or Invest?- Why Not Both? A friend of mine had a dilemma of whether to build his own home in a prime 50*100 plot in Nairobi or make an investment and build an apartment block. His Solution? Do BOTH Now he sought an architect who would fit his 25 million Budget and Draw him a 5-bedroom uni plus 2 studios/bedsitters which he intended to have as some Servant quarters and anything else the budget would allow. What the architect came up with was a Masterpiece A modern Boutique Apartment Block 534m2 Total Cost Kes 26,663,150, (definitely it went over budget a little) 1 5-bedroom unit 1 3 bedroom unit 1 Duplex 3 bedroom unit with an sq 2 studios Basketball court Security office And a dog kernel Now he has both a home and an income.
