Yes this is true. My uncle used to work in JDA and he also said the same. Babus pay lacs of money to politician to get transferred to JDA.

Every land related department is corrupt to the highest level in every district. Be it UITs, municipality, registrar office. This is a known pun in Bhilwara that in UIT they check your pocket and you get an entry only if you have some money else they throw you out.
