John Brassard put it on the record. Brookfield’s chief operating officer picked up the phone and ended up in the Prime Minister’s Office after an ethics screen was supposed to keep that company out of the room. That is the story. Not a rumour. Committee testimony. Carney used to...

@themadsloth Look , the governmental structure is the biggest problem . It allows things that are crimes for us but not for them . Nothing will get better in this country unless the entire government is restructured

Zero trust is not a mood. It is what you get when you look under the hood. Carney told the country the Brookfield chapter was closed. Blind trust. Ethics screen. Gold standard. The Clerk and the Chief of Staff would keep the old firm out of the room. Then the ethics committee put it on the record. Brookfield’s COO, Justin Beber, still walked into the PMO. He says they talked hate and antisemitism, not Brookfield business — so the screen never tripped. Same season: NorthRiver Midstream lobbying after the election. Brookfield Infrastructure’s CEO with him in Washington. Beber under oath: if Brookfield’s remaining paper goes up, Carney’s remaining paper goes up. About 95 percent of the portfolio companies are not even on the named screen. The two men who run the wall answer up the same chain. The committee said sell the assets, don’t hide them. Liberals filed a dissent. The Act did not change. That is not a conspiracy. That is the design. Independent when you ask for an Alberta pension. Letterhead when he needs CPP at a Toronto summit. Screened from Brookfield until a phone call becomes a meeting. Ready to lecture Europe on rules while C-69 and C-48 still sit on the books. You do not have to prove a suitcase of cash. You have to notice the pattern: the process is always “highest standard” and the old firm is always still in the building. If a screen cannot stop a meeting, it is not screening the Prime Minister. It is screening the public. Sept 14–15 he uses our pension brand to sell Canada.
Sept 16–17 he sells Canada in Strasbourg.
Oct 19 some of us vote. Look under the hood. Then tell me where the trust is supposed to come from?????

Why This Dance Clip Grabs You Before You Think The feeling comes first. Not admiration. Not analysis. A small jolt in the body, as if the beat has already decided you are part of the room. That is the emotion this clip creates. It is not sadness and it is not nostalgia. It is the pleasure of being pulled in. Watch long enough and you stop judging the dancers. You start wanting the same release they have: to stop holding yourself in, to let the music use your shoulders, to stop performing competence and just move. People are drawn to that because modern life trains the opposite. We sit. We keep gestures small. We watch other lives through a screen and rarely enter them. A class like this offers the opposite contract. You do not need to be the best. You only need to join the pulse. Belonging without an interview. Strength without a speech. The pull is also honest. The dancers are not selling mystery. They are sweating, dropping their weight, repeating a phrase until it becomes shared. That repetition is comforting. The brain likes a pattern it can enter. Once the pattern is clear, the viewer’s body starts rehearsing it from the chair. Attraction begins there: not “they are impressive,” but “I recognize this and I want in.” There is vanity in it too, and there is no point pretending otherwise. People want to look alive. They want to feel desired by the moment itself. But underneath the vanity is something plainer. Humans are built to move together. A crowd in time feels safer than a crowd in chaos. That old fact still works on a phone screen. So the clip does not win because it explains dance. It wins because it wakes a hunger most people forget they have: to stop watching and be carried. Has a video ever made you restless in that same way—not impressed, just ready to stand up?

I want to ask three questions first, which will make it very clear that the BJP is directing and using the Election Commission to damage India's democracy. ❓ Why is it that the CJI was removed from the selection panel of the Election Commissioner? What motivation could there be to remove the CJI? Do we not believe in the CJI? Of course, we believe in the CJI. Why is he not in that room? I sit in that room. It is a so-called democratic decision. On one side, PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. On the other side, the leader of the opposition. I have no voice in that room. What they decide is what happens. So, why are the Prime Minister and Amit Shah so keen on choosing exactly who the Election Commissioner is going to be? ❓ This is a devastating one. No Prime Minister has done this in the history of India. In December 2023, this government changed the law. They changed the law to make sure that no Election Commissioner could be punished for any action they take while they are Election Commissioners. Why would the Prime Minister and Home Minister give this gift of immunity to the Election Commissioner? Why would they need to give this tremendous gift that no prime minister has ever given before to the election commissioner? ❓ Why was the law with regard to CCTVs and the data that they contain changed? Why was a law put in place that allows the Election Commission to destroy CCTV footage 45 days after the election? What is the need? The answer given is that it is a question of data. But it is not a question of data. It is a question of stealing the election. : LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi in Lok Sabha

MARK CARNEY IS A LIAR AND TRUMP‘S COMING FOR HIS HEAD. Mark Carney did not walk away from a rotten American deal. He walked away from a workable one because his party needed a villain. Howard Lutnick said the quiet part out loud after the talks died. He sat with Dominic LeBlanc at least ten times in a month. He spoke to Carney twice in the last twenty four hours. They had a handshake. The president announced it. Then Ottawa pulled the plug. Lutnick’s version is simple. The math was sensational. Canada walked for politics only. America got used. Then came the French story. Carney told Canadians Washington was coming for language and culture. Lutnick said he never even used the word French and asked why America would care how Quebecers speak. Jamieson Greer said language was the farthest thing from a red line. What Carney needed was a fight that plays in Quebec, where the Liberals are slipping and the Parti Quebecois is leading into the October election. Wrap yourself in bilingual labels and streaming rules and you look like a patriot. You also change the subject. Lutnick tied the walkout to Alberta too. That province votes in October on whether to start a separation process. A prime minister who looks like he stared down Washington gets a unity speech. A prime minister who signs a deal gets called weak. So the Liberal Party gets a campaign while Canadian plants get tariffs. Autos, steel, and aluminum do not run on press conferences. They run on goods crossing the border. Carney put his party ahead of that. That is not defending Canada. That is using Canada.

EXCLUSIVE: I went to Bermuda to find the money Mark Carney hid from the CRA Until a few weeks ago, Mark Carney was the chairman of Brookfield Asset Management, a massive corporation that manages more than a trillion dollars. It truly spans the globe — just like Carney himself, who has three passports and was a board member of the World Economic Forum. Carney is our prime minister now, though Canadians hardly know him. But one thing is becoming clear: he went to great lengths to make sure Brookfield paid as little tax in Canada as possible. Carney personally led two massive Brookfield investments into green energy, totalling $25 billion. But he didn't headquarter that company in Canada, or the U.S., or anywhere they were actually building solar panels or wind turbines. No, he headquartered them in Bermuda — at 73 Front Street, the same address as a bike rental shop. What's going on there? Well, I decided to fly down and go to that bike shop and ask, and we've made a short documentary about it. As you can see, the Bermuda address is just a shell company, a front. Or as a child would say, a lie. According to legend, the Bermuda Triangle is a place where ships and even airplanes disappear. I don't know about that, but Bermuda is definitely a place where oligarchs like Carney make billions of dollars disappear, to evade the Canada Revenue Agency and other tax collectors. They're being sued right now by the CRA for breaking the law. But even if they're right — even if they've found a way to game the system, legally — is that ethical conduct from the man who has become our prime minister? The only thing more gross than that, is how easily Carney has been able to pay off the regime media, including a $150 million election bribe to the CBC state broadcaster. You can believe that if it were Pierre Poilievre stashing money in a tax haven, the CBC would be camped out at the bike shop around the clock. Why does Carney still refuse to sell his Brookfield stock? When was the last time he spoke with Brookfield? Will Brookfield continue to get huge contracts from the Canadian government? Will Carney shut down the CRA’s lawsuit against Brookfield? Good questions — but not ones you’ll ever hear the CBC ask. I promise, we’ll keep at it, though. REPORT by Ezra Levant 🍁🚛:
