Jonathan Haidt just delivered a sharp warning about where identity politics has gone wrong. He argues we need both left and right — a healthy yin-yang of perspectives. But many current left-leaning policies and academic approaches that frame everything as oppressor vs oppressed are ramping up destructive tribalism. Instead...

.David Sacks: "You're gonna see in the wake of this is that a lot of Jewish people are realizing that they don't have a home on the left anymore. And I expect that many Jews are going to start shifting right into the Republican Party, to a place where I've been for a while.... But I think what's happened over the last few decades is that the civil rights movement, in particular, and the left have moved to this woke ideology where it's no longer about colorblindness. It's more about identity groups. And instead of trying to get past racial differences, it's been about accentuating them. And so we've had this whole equity agenda, which is really defined as redistribution from one racial group to another racial group. I think that, for whatever reason, a lot of Jews just hadn't confronted the reality that the left had really changed in this way. I think it goes back to the fact that they thought if we're going to be defining identity groups in this woke way, Jews obviously should be one of these victim groups, but they're waking up to the fact that Jews are not. Jews are in the minds of this woke ideology, just white people with a Jewish background. As a result, they're part of an oppressor class. And I think that a lot of Jewish people who are waking up to this are realizing this is actually a very destructive ideology, and it makes us the bad guys. So I would expect that, again, a lot of Jewish people are waking up to how the left has changed... and I would expect there to be kind of a pilgrimage now of more Jews in America towards the right, as opposed to remaining on the left where they've always been." Matt is correct that very few on "the right" would gloat if a great tragedy were to befall him like what just happened with Charlie. No doubt we would almost all, if not all, feel grief and sympathy for Matt. I know I would. Despite considering Matt to be very much going down the wrong path currently. Matt is also correct that many on The Left would gleefully gloat over his death, should such a tragedy come to pass. And as such, it is a natural instinct to lean towards the people who, even if they disagree with you "harshly", would actually care if you were to be harmed. However, where Matt goes off the rails here is to polarize, rather than to try to deradicalize. There are more than two choices (e.g., "no IDpol and lose" vs. "IDpol and 'win', supposedly"). That's a false dichotomy. We can defeat the Woke Left without relying on identity politics. Matt seems to be headed down a dangerous path, in at least a few ways: (1) You seriously risk losing who you are, your soul, by taking up the same type of tactics which many of your political opponents have. Matt's "friend or foe" rhetoric mirrors that of Carl Schmitt's "friend-enemy distinction". Which is evident to the people Matt will likely be associating with in the future should he continue along this path (e.g., Auron MacIntyre & company). And make no mistake, leaning into tribalism, leaning into identity politics, which is downstream of the "friend-enemy distinction", is the same as what the Woke Leftists have done. You need not look no further than what has happened with them, and the their general mental and physical well being, to see where this leads. It won't be an immediate change, but over the course of months and years, you will no longer be the same person. And it won't be for the better. (2) You throw out the baby with the bath water. By becoming tribal in this manner, it leaves no room for your political opponents (whether on "the right" or The Left) to eventually possibly make peace with you and co-exist. We can already see the beginnings of this, by Matt's response to one of James recent QT's of Matt. e.g., "you've chosen your side and there's nothing else for us to ever talk about again" This creates an "all or nothing" situation, which can become a self-fulfilling prophecy should enough people engage with this type of thinking. Should this mindset become dominant among "the right" (it's already commonplace among many on the The Left), polarization would keep escalating more and more, and life would become increasingly dangerous for everyone as a result. **And yes, while it is true that many Woke Leftists are probably too far gone at this point to come back, there are some who could be deradicalized under the right circumstances. I don't know the specific politics of the two Leftists in the videos I have attached, and they could be very well too far gone in some respects, however, given their genuine grief over Charlie's murder, there is reason to believe they could be brought back into the fold eventually. They could potentially become part of the solution given enough time and deradicalization, rather than a permanent opponent. If not them in particular, well, then other Woke Leftists who were shocked by Charlie's murder could be reachable. This is not the same as "uniting with The Left" , which implies compromising bit-by-bit with their evil. We ought not to, and cannot, do that. For the Woke Left fanatics who refuse to give it up their radicalism, they will have to be removed from positions of power should they currently occupy them, and a shift needs to occur such that their radicalism isn't accepted anymore. There is no question that has to happen. We cannot continue to have Woke Left radicals destroy our society.

Identity politics aren't bad. They're human. They're normal. They're inevitable. But for the sake of argument, let's play along and pretend that identity politics are inherently bad. Okay, where are we at in the scope of identity politics in America right now? Literally every group other than White people does identity politics. Now, do you believe for one second that you're going to stop every non-White group from doing identity politics? No, you don't. And virtually no “Conservative” talking head condemns identity politics for anyone other than White people. In fact, Most “Conservative influencers” of recent decades have heavily promoted identity politics for everyone other than White people, with the official GOP foremost among them. So in a world where it's a foregone conclusion that every non-White group will perpetuate identity politics, what good could it POSSIBLY do White people to continue being browbeaten and subverted into refusing identity politics? None. It will only get us further victimized, disenfranchised, and demographically decimated. If someone launches war on your nation, that's bad. But if you have no organized fighting force with which to respond - with which to take your own side in that war - then you're going to be destroyed. Fighting back doesn't make you bad. Taking your own side doesn't make you evil. Refusing to do those things, however, makes you weak. It makes you easy prey. The evildoer in this equation is the person who tells you that your survival instinct is evil, not you for exercising it. Until 1965, the United States was a ~90% White nation. That nation has been largely destroyed. The war on White America is ongoing, and we still have legions of influencers lecturing White people - and lecturing ONLY White people - about the evil of identity politics. They're telling the invaded nation that it's evil to raise an army to fight off the foreign invasion. They're a corner man blindfolding his boxer and tying his hands behind his back while assuring him that self-defense is evil and being beaten to death is a moral victory. “You just can't have a country of 350 million this diverse of just warring ethnicities because then it's just Rwanda.” He should have stopped after “You just can't have a country of 350 million this diverse.” That would be the correct observation of reality, and explain exactly why the powers that be have done all they can to “diversify” this country over the last 60 years - because they understood that “Diversity + Proximity = War,” and demographics are a main front in their War On White People. “And the people with the most force just kill the others.” Or, in the case of modern America, the people with the highest in-group preference dominate, the people allowed to pursue identity politics prosper, and the only group denied identity - White people - are preyed upon while being forced to fund all the above. Tucker Carlson famously said: “Whites are gonna be in the minority. You're gonna get people standing up and saying 'I represent White people!' And I'm gonna tell that person to fuck off.” The reason Whites are going to be in the minority - the reason White children are ALREADY a minority - is because Whites have been indoctrinated against the same identity politics that have been instilled in every other group. Yet still, every day, someone comes along and tells White people not to do identity politics. And to this, an ever-increasing number of us say; fuck off.

Let’s just get this straight. Anti-Zionism is antisemitism. Antisemitism is not just racism or hatred. It’s a shape-shifting conspiracy theory. And every few generations it changes into something different. Now people are literally saying, oh, we’ll just get rid of Israel and everything will be fine. It shifts into something different, in which takes everything bad that was said about the Jews, everything that you attributed to the Jews as the worst thing in history, instead of on the Jews, onto Israel. And they attribute the same bloodthirstiness, the same untrustworthiness, the same desire to control and power. Literally take the word Jew and swap it with IDF. They’re standing on the footsteps of colleges in America and they are rehashing. They think they have this new, they found this new cause and unbeknown to them, first of all, they’re rehashing antisemitic tropes from like the 1500s, right? And that obsession that they aren’t even aware of is what allowed for October 7th and October 8th to happen. And that is something that we need to be very careful about, because they’re after taking Israel down. And that would be if they will succeed, and they won’t. But they’re after that. And that is the possible new Holocaust. That would be the calamity of the Jewish people of our generation. And it’s masked as this like, I’m not antisemitic, I’m just an anti-Zionist. No. Antisemitism in a new face. We have to be very careful of it.

We have medicalized everyday life, and millions of people are living with the consequences. What we are facing is not a fringe issue and it is not confined to any one group. This medicalization crisis touches people across every background, every community, and every political belief. There are forces that benefit from keeping this conversation divided. They frame it as Patient vs Doctor, Science vs. Skepticism, Pro-medication vs. Anti-Medication, Right versus Left. That framing keeps us stuck. It turns a shared problem into opposing sides and prevents the kind of honest conversation this moment requires. This should not be a war. It should be a place where people can come together with humility, curiosity, and a willingness to listen. While we all have vastly different experiences with the benefits and harms of psychiatric diagnoses and medications, we have far more in common with one another than we are often led to believe. We owe it to the millions of Americans currently taking these medications to create reliable, accessible, safe pathways forward for those who want or need to come off them. We owe it to them to build what should have existed all along. We also owe it to our children to model a different way of understanding what it means to be human. Emotional pain is not necessarily a failure of the body requiring correction. It is part of being alive. And meaningful help can take many forms beyond a prescription. We are finally uniting around this simple truth. May we rise above the forces who seek to convince us we are each other’s enemies, and move forward, together, from a place of compassion and understanding.

All of California needs to see this New Candidate for Governor, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, answers the question “What does public safety in Bianco's California look like?” “I know we can do it. I know we have to do it. I will tell you this, there is a horrible consequence for going too far in one direction. And I gotta be honest with you, what happened in our political system, we have gone way too far towards socialism. And my fear is that we are going because of that pendulum swing, that it's going to go way too back too far the other way. In 2026. If I was the governor, I would ensure that that pendulum did not go past what was healthy for a strong economy, for a strong California or for a strong public safety. ‌ Public safety has been in decline for 30 years. There has to be more prisons. We have to completely get rid of all of the bad things. With Prop 47, all of our homeless issues that we have, stop calling them homeless. ‌ They're not homeless. They all had homes. They were kicked outta their homes because they're addicted to drugs, alcohol, and they were causing their families problems. And they, they kicked them out onto the streets. They have a drug induced psychosis problem that we seriously need to address. If we would force them into alcohol and drug rehabs to where we could then if they still have that chemical imbalance, then we could moderate that with the use of psychotropic medications and everything else, then we could truly fix these people. But as long as you just keep saying it's a homeless problem and just keep dumping money into these nonprofits that are really just extensions of political people and their friends that are siphoning money, laundering tax money into a nonprofit and calling it aid. ‌ I'm telling you, in that situation where I'm being sworn in, it's not just public safety. I truly am a believer that we are the greatest country in the world for a reason. And the last several decades, if not many decades, we've been in decline because we, we have allowed government, particularly California, New York, we have allowed government to become too big and they control our lives. The we, the people, the we, the Californians no longer have control of government. ‌ Government's going to tell us how we do things and when we do things, and they're not going to allow us to vote on something. There is something dreadfully wrong in our system when a part of government has grown so big and so one sided that we, we've lost track of what that government is there for. And that government is truly there for people. It's there for us to make, it's to facilitate us making our lives better. ‌ So there's our education system, our education, if you look at every metric in California, every metric that would, that would say, this is the greatest place in the world. We're about last or dead last. And if you look at all the things that, if you wanted to be the best in the world, these are the things you wouldn't do. We're about number one or number two, and we've completely gone opposite of what we should be doing for, for our residents, for me, and for you on how we can better our lives and better our families' lives. ‌ And the rules, the restrictions, the regulations, and now just the complete government control, the weaponization of government that is completely, completely at the direction, at the, at the guidance suggestion of the governor. And we unfortunately haven't had a good one in a long time. We've had a lot of firsts. We haven't had a lot of leaders. ‌ What I believe California is absolutely dying for and in dire need of is an honest person with character integrity that isn't gonna lie to them”

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Dan Bongino Dan Bongino with a great insight into President Trump’s America First strategy that the black pillers, boomers and “influencers” just can’t seem to grasp: BONGINO: “The Europeans have starved themselves of the energy to power their economy. They now need LNG, liquefied natural gas, and petrochemicals because they're realizing their economies are collapsing. They used to get it from the Straits where we provided security for them at a great cost to us, free to them. Donald Trump takes out the nuclear threat, tells them, you know what, we're out of here soon, go get your own freaking oil. And now the Europeans are like, man, we got ourselves a problem. Yeah, the Europeans, Justin just brought up another good point, where else could they get it from? Oh, they get it from Russia. The Europeans are busy lecturing Trump about how Russia is such a threat, they better arm Ukraine. You see how the Europeans, with a military capability, not even in our ballpark, have nowhere to go. They have been completely castrated. Balls have been removed with a scalpel. There's nothing they can do, not economically, not militarily. They need us.” GB News Clip: “And what do we know that they really want? Greenland. They want Greenland. They've made that very clear, and they didn't get it yet. So the longer this war drags on, the more dependent the world is becoming on the USA. And it's not accidental. What we're seeing is the emergence of what you heard from Pete Hegsteth there, the Secretary of State for War, and described by Donald Trump as the greater North America. It is stretching from Greenland down through the Panama Canal, securing the entire hemisphere… We are not part of America's future plans as it withdraws from the world. And it isn't just a coincidence that the United Kingdom has been targeted the most by Trump and America of late. The UK is internationally renowned for its special relationship with America. Trump is signalling that that relationship is over, not just to us, but to everyone else around us. And frankly, Keir Starmer gave him ample reason to do so, of course. But also because Trump can now point to our allies and say, you all let us down. And in his own words, as he said, we won't forget it. It is the perfect reason for America to withdraw from the global stage. So no more global policing, no more endless foreign commitments, just a fortified, resource-rich power base that others have no choice but to rely on. That is the new America. And that brings us to Britain. Because the consequences for us will be catastrophic. Right now, we are dangerously exposed. We have no energy security. We import around 60% of our food. We have no major industry. Our military is decimated, as we're hearing time and time again. And politically, we are deeply fractured now. Even culturally, we are crumbling at the seams, dominated by global political issues like Gaza, climate fanaticism, and movements like BLM that frankly have nothing to do with the state of play in Britain. The things that once united us, our faith and our national identity, are now pulling us apart due to years of left-wing globalism. Unless we act quickly and decisively, Britain risks entering a dark age as America retreats, one that we haven't seen for over a thousand years.”

Last week, Matt Chandler, megachurch pastor and head of the massive church planting network Acts 29, gave a sermon on politics. In it, he pushed the false narrative, peddled by progressives, that the only reason that the GOP took up the issue of abortion was because they "were losing elections" and "developed a strategy in the 70s to co opt us and make [Christians] their people." He goes on to say: "[The GOP] know we're easily manipulated. We are easily worked into a frenzy. We can be controlled by them. They can, and that's what they did, and they are not for us. They do not all believe what we believe. This is a strategy." He does then call out the left for their pro-abortion policies, which he calls "morally reprehensible." BUT the overall upshot of his sermon recycles the old "both sides are bad." He specifically stresses that he does not trust Trump. Where does that leave his congregation? Likely sitting out or voting third party. He leaves his hearer with the impression that the two sides are moral equivalents. It is true that prior to the 1970s, Republicans did not view the sanctity of life as part of their platform. But a generation of Christians labored and prayed and strategized and lobbied to try to get one of the major political parties to take up their cause. These were faithful brothers and sisters following Scripture's commands to "rescue those being led away to death" and to "take up the cause of fatherless and oppressed." In peddling this false left-wing narrative, Chandler is dismissing their efforts and sacrifices. In fact, I'd go so far as to say he is spitting on their legacy. The work of politics is to use the leverage you have as a voting constituency to get legislators to take up your preferred policies. There is nothing dirty or sneaky in that. It is what the political process is. We should celebrate the fact that Christian pro-lifers of a previous generation did so so successfully with the GOP. We should not denigrate their work. And remember--for decades these pro-lifers tried to get Democrats to take up their cause too and failed. That is to the Democrats' shame. We should thank God at least one party was willing to give life a seat at the table.
