How I Build My Teams I always liked the idea of ‘possession football’: - Control the game. - A tool to develop players. - The opponent can’t score without the ball. But I built it the wrong way: “Keep the ball. Find a gap to attack.” This turned into “side-to-side” passing. It was boring and ineffective. \ The idea. So, I flipped the idea: Instead of controlling to attack, we attack to control. Play as vertical as possible (while maintaining control). If not possible, pass back. Avoid sideways passes. For better connections and counter-press, we use a vertical, narrow structure: These simple decisions lead to short, vertical, and diagonal passes. This is what I call 'vertical possession' football. \ Make it work. The idea is simple. The execution is not. Over the years, I’ve worked to close the gap between vision and reality. (watch example below) My goal is to get closer to my vision every day. But as Vince Lombardi said: “Perfection is unattainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” Here’s my plan to 'catch excellence': 1. Build it my way. Ignore opinions. Opinions lead to conformity. We reduce our philosophy to its essence—and build from there. Everything else is a distraction. 2. Stick to it. We limit ourselves to core principles, and stick to them. When there’s a problem, we don’t change the idea—we improve its execution. 3. Eliminate waste. Building a style of play is like carving a statue. You start with a block of marble and chip away everything unnecessary. All that’s left is the sculpture. We do the same. We cut every unnecessary touch and step: - Fewer touches mean we need less time and space. We have more space to be creative. - The simpler it gets, the more recognizable the style. 4. Obsess over the players. We don’t adapt to opponents. We focus on our players. That's what matters in the long run. When our ideas work, we can compete against anyone. 5. Develop technical and creative players as a by-product. - Possession: Many touches to refine technique. - Vertical: No “easy” sideways passes. Learn to play in tight spaces. - Control: Avoid hectic football. Control the ball to make deliberate decisions. 6. One Training Structure. We compress our philosophy into one structure. Then, we repeat it every session. We make our style of play a habit. And we develop the tools to execute it. 7. Master a Few Exercises. We repeat a small set of core games over and over. We focus on improving execution, not on new drills. The better we execute, the faster we get to our vision. 8. Bottleneck Coaching. We can’t predict what happens, so we don’t over-plan. Instead, we prepare for what might happen. This liberates our coaching: Rather than sticking to pre-planned coaching points, we solve the most critical issue—the bottleneck. 9. Competition Drives Development. Games are the core of our training. Players compete to win. They force each other to get better and better, session after session. 10. Positive Team Culture. I used to react with anger when things didn’t go right. And yes, it can work in the short term. But to build something great, players must stay on the path for a long time. This is more likely when they enjoy the process. Positive reinforcement is harder to do, but more sustainable. \ What's next? That's the plan. Now, it’s all about execution. I'll keep you updated.

jnmartin and I just spent the last 12 hours straight locked into an epic tag-team, binge-coding session. We've decided to return to perfect our port of Mario Kart 64 to the Sega Dreamcast, bringing with us all of the skills, knowledge, and tools at our disposal that we gained from every port we've been involved with since we originally released MK64 DC to the public. 1) jnmartin has just completely redone the audio synthesis and mixing code. It was originally emulating the Nintendo 64's RSP in software, on our CPU, and wound up being a total resource hog, despite us going to hell and back again, substantially boosting its performance by vectorizing it with our SH4 SIMD instructions. 2) Now that the audio is actually offloaded to the AICA, we can leverage its DSP to put back in effects such as reverb and echo that we simply didn't have the CPU budget to implement before... so the overall audio quality of the port will be SIGNIFICANTLY improved. 3) jnmartin has been working on many small bugfixes, such as the near-Z clipping edge-cases that would cause corrupted triangles to draw over the players' screens sometimes in 3 and 4 player modes. 4) jnmartin just kicked GLdc--our OpenGL 1.1 driver, built atop of KallistiOS--to the curb and has instead implemented a bare-metal renderer that raw-dogs KOS's lowest-level PVR GPU driver directly, giving us more control and better performance within the renderer. 4) I just implemented support for playing with the Sega Dreamcast keyboard peripheral as a controller, partially as a flex, and partially because jnmartin kept complaining that he only had 3 controllers for testing... 🤣 4) I have taken my entire accelerated math and linear algebra library, SH4ZAM--which was born just after this port was originally released--back with me this time and am optimizing every freaking thing I can get my hands on with it. Every matrix multiplication, vector transform, memcpy-call, and scalar or trig routine is getting swapped out for the corresponding hand-optimized, meticulously benchmarked, and rigorously unit-tested equivalent within SH4ZAM, which now ships as part of kos-ports. As you can see from this series of direct hardware captures, overlaid with the terminal window which was capturing the FPS logging reports from my actual Sega Dreamcast, the performance is now SIGNIFICANTLY better than it was previously, and it already ran on-par or slightly better than the N64 original under most circumstances! Sooo many GAINZ to be had! 💪

People today walk around with the stiffest hips, and the implications are disastrous. You set yourself up for chronic pain and bad posture for the rest of your life. Take control now before it's too late. These 10 stretches will free your hips from their misery: The best time to do these stretches is before bed, as you unload all the tension accumulated throughout the day and achieve a deeper sleep. 1 - Half Frog Stretch (0:06) 3 x 30-60s/side This one is excellent for your inner thighs and hip flexors. You also stretch your abdominals. 2 - Seated Crossed Leg Reach Forward Stretch (0:14) 3 x 30-60s This stretch also hits the lats that sit right above your hips. Some of you may be unable to reach forward with your legs crossed. The first milestone is to touch the floor with your hands and then slide them forward. 3 - Seated Pigeon Stretch (0:23) 3 x 30-60s/leg Today, one of my clients felt a massive pull just by crossing his leg and pushing down. Forget leaning forward! The goal is to bring your chest down to your leg while keeping your back straight. Push your hips back toward the wall behind you to lower your torso. 4 - Seated Glute Strech (0:32) 3 x 30-60s/leg The difference between this stretch and the Seated Pigeon is that you curl your upper back to lower your head to your leg. 5 - Lying Glute Stretch (0:43) 3 x 30-60s/leg Lying on your back with one leg crossed. Pull the other leg toward your chest and hold. 6 - Pigeon Stretch (0:52) 3 x 30-60s/leg This stretch never fails to open my clients' hips, though many will feel enough of a pull by simply crossing one leg. The goal is to reach forward and lower your torso parallel to the floor. 7 - Glute Bridge with External Rotation (1:00) 3 x 10-12/leg This one is great because you strengthen one leg and stretch the other. Due to a lack of strength or mobility, you might have to rotate with a bent leg before moving onto a straightened one. 8 - Frog Stretch (1:05) 3 x 30-60s The frog stretch is amazing for your inner thigh muscles. Start kneeling with your elbows on the floor and your feet pointing outward. Slide backward and hold. 9 - Crossed-Leg Glute Bridge (1:14) 3 x 30-60s/leg Here is another Glute Bridge variation where you strengthen one leg and stretch the other. You feel the hip opening up at the top, so hold it there and rotate your knee away from your body to increase the pull. 10 - V Stretch (1:23) 3 x 30-60s You can do this stretch with your legs up in the air or against a wall. // Start taking care of your hips now before they turn into stone. Reversing the stiffness becomes much more painful and takes much longer if you let it fester over the years. You'll feel much more relaxed and move smoother once you eliminate all the excess pressure.

So, Google said, "Hey, wanna make a film for #GoogleIO ? You have Carte Blanche." 🤯 For a brain that’s been mainlining animation and questionable VHS tapes since forever, that kind of freedom is both a dream and a mild panic attack. To be honest, until recently I never really thought film making was in the cards for me. Life happened, and although I ended up being a designer, film was more of a distant dream of a young version of myself. Following the unexpected attention and warm reception for Kitsune earlier this year, Electric Pink came out as my own self-administered therapy session: a coming-of-age story that’s basically me trying to figure out my own creative wiring, from the fuzzy nostalgia of childhood to the full-on HD chaos of the present. Turns out, the path to making stuff is paved with a lot of self-doubt and sudden left turns. I’m hoping this film can build on the connection Kitsune fostered. For this project, focused on exclusively using a lengthy process involving leveraging Imagen 3 to create the base of still frames (Imagen was amazing at iteratively enabling me to lock art direction) which I would then heavily retouch and prepare to get them as perfect as needed. Then each scene would be run through VEO2 to get animated clips based on those images (and then a very obvious bunch of sound design, voice design, editing, post-production and what not). Now, what's been amazing as I was nearing the end of this project, is to see individual separate tools converge towards becoming "Flow": Google's AI filmmaking tool built on DeepMind's brilliant tools (Veo, Imagen, Gemini). I must say it’s been fascinating seeing how this tech can translate the random noise in my head into something… well, film-like. It felt like a real step forward in allowing creators to iterate and refine their vision without getting bogged down in organization, and for example having an opportunity to use a first-frame to last-frame interpolation proved to be extremely useful as I could fully control the action I was aiming for. Now in its current version, Flow offers even more features such as the scene builder to easily expand storylines, or ingredients to control character, object, and environment consistency...can't wait to dig more into those possibilities...they definitely would have made my life easier during the creation of this film which I hope you will enjoy. I rode in a Zoox (self-driving Amazon car) today! Overall an amazing experience; another rare time where the present truly looks, feels, and sounds like the future Waymo set a *very* high standard for me to compare to but I feel like Zoox was able to achieve a similar level of polish throughout the experience Pros: • App is great and actually works (rare!) • Driving is very smooth, about the same as a Waymo (both of which are nicer and smoother than most humans) • The leg space and seat layout are great and unparalleled. There's drink holders, usb ports, wireless charging, and music control on touch screen • 10/10 SFX, voice, animations, and subtle details. They matter! Cons: • Service area is small (mostly East Mission + SOMA, see below) • I feel a little less safe in Zoox versus Waymo. Waymo still has a driver's seat, a steering wheel, and more importantly, a dashboard which shows me what the car sees and what it is thinking and planning. Zoox has none of these (the touch screens don't show me LIDAR or AI predictions), which does feel super cool, but will take me a bit to get used to • The vehicle draws attention to itself more so than Waymo due to its irregularity, which I dislike because I don't feel safe in NE Mission and SOMA (but this isn't really Zoox's fault, is it? I trust it to not crash me!) • No Spotify integration but I could choose songs from Zoox FM Misc: • My pickup time was 7min, which is on par with or ~2min above my average Waymo pickup time • My ride was free. I don't know what the price will settle on when there's larger availability and also don't know current availability or timelines • There were two semi-urgent stops on my ride from a cyclist and a motorcyclist who both came aggressively close (around 1ft) to me. One stop was a bit less smooth than Waymo's would have been, but the car still made smart choices • Rides are available 8AM-11PM, riders must be 8 or older, no pets, alcohol, or smoking Overall: • Really cool experience. Feels less like taking a taxi and more like being in a smooth amusement park ride that tries (and succeeds!) at convincing me I'm living in the year 2030 • For now I'll stick with Waymo due to the UX, music control, familiarity, and availability (I've spent 105 hours of my life in a Waymo thus far apparently), but once Zoox expands their service area, especially if I'm with 2-3 friends, I'm looking forward to trying it more often Disclosures: • I love Waymo and self-driving cars • I own exactly one share in Amazon valued at $234 • I wasn't asked to tweet or review but no one told me I couldn't so send tweet

I WILL NOW RELEASE THE TRUTH BEHIND CHEMTRAILS ACCORDING TO THE CLASSIFIED FILES Before encountering this video, I have never once seen ANYONE get this right. NEVER! It all ties into PRESALT GASOLINE DRILLING. There is a Classified version of this where the United States government has tasked certain companies within BIG OIL, they have controlled interests of MJ-12, to drill extraordinarily deep. Deeper then what we're told. Not many things were redacted in the classified files I was briefed on during my eight classified briefings between January 2003 and September 2012 as part of Operation Society Hike for AFOSI, ran out of Fort Belvoir VA, BUT this particular briefing had the reason to drill this deep completely redacted. My handling agent Robert May also did not have this information. The briefing itself was specific to chemtrailing. The REAL reason for the chemtrailing is to counter the side effects from when they pull out the drill & do it wrong after puncturing the Earth's protective layer of its core. You can drill 8 miles down and not touch this later if you don't drill straight down. If you drill at an angle you could drill for miles and miles and miles, but for some redacted reason; THIS Classified Project was purposely drilling directly INTO the Earth's protective layer around the core. Of all the things to not be redacted during all my briefings, really begs the question; what in the fuck are they doing, for THIS to be so heavily redacted?!? And the byproduct of pulling out this drill and having hot molten rock and shoot into the atmosphere, it then hardens back into rock and then begins to fall back down to Earth. This is called SKYFALL. I have provided video evidence of this below that I am authenticating as legitimate. Before my CGI expert went on vacation, he and my videographer examined the footage and it did not take long for them to see it was legitimate. It was actually one of the easiest footages to do so, according to them. This Skyfall then rains down and becomes extremely dangerous and damaging! This Skyfall process is only a piece of what happens when all this shoots into the atmosphere. If it were not for us chemtrailing, the weather would be so out of control and the climate shift would be so drastic that we would be facing an ELE. (Extinction Level Event) So they chemtrail and use what they put into the sky to entirely control weather and climate when what is released into our skies is paired with technology controlled by us. Creating clouds for rain is child's Play compared to what they can do. People think that the Majestic 12 Group is controlling the weather in order to destroy things. No. They're controlling the weather because if they don't, then we will all pay for their fuck-ups with this pre-salt drilling side effect of pulling the drill out and doing it in a way that backfires like a faulty gun! I did not see any information on how long it lasts each time it happens but I know it has happened no less than five times since 1990. And has been happening for a while before that. It does not happen every time they pull the drill out. But when it does happen, it's bad. CHEMTRAILS AND CONTRAILS ARE NOT THE SAME THING! Contrails are just condensation and it's been happening since the early 1900s. Chemtrails were meant to blend in with contrails. Do not let them lie to you!!

Here's my conversation with Khabib Nurmagomedov (khabib nurmagomedov), one of the greatest fighters of all time. It was truly an honor to get to train with him, to have this deep conversation, and to get to know him over the past few months. We did this conversation entirely in Russian. It's translated and dubbed into English. Both language audio tracks and subtitles are available on YouTube. Here on X, I'm posting the English & Russian language versions as seperate videos. The translation & dubbing was a huge amount of work (which I deeply care about) with humans & AI collaborating. Thanks to the amazing team at ElevenLabs for their help. Good luck to Islam Makhachev, Khabib & team this weekend at UFC 330! And as I've said in the video, I'm truly grateful for all of you, for your support all these years. Eruption- Van Halen- Eddie Van Halen Guitar Solo- Electric Violin Cover by Nina D Nina’s Notes 🎶: This was by far the hardest thing I’ve learned thus far on electric violin in the rock genre. This is the solo of all solos. While there is no shortage of covers and tutorials on the internet for a guitarist who wants to learn it, when I went to learn it, almost nothing of the sort existed for violin. There were a few covers out there on acoustic violin that are great- but anyone who knows me, knows I wanted to try and sound as authentic to Eddie as possible, on violin. There were many steps to this process, the biggest being learning how to finger tap on a violin. It was a long process of trial/error and practice to achieve the effect chain and technique. Some FAQ: 1.) It is a 7-string violin, not a chin guitar. If you don’t understand why, ask me a question! I will gladly answer. (But don’t state something as fact you have no experience in). I am a classically trained violinist who also plays electric violin, guitar, bass, and piano. I am qualified to answer your questions. 2.) It’s not easier to play on a violin. (Violin is never the “easy” instrument). 3.) Yes, I write my own music, but that has no bearing at all on being an instrumentalist. The best virtuoso instrumentalists in the word mostly do not write music because they practice all the time- to be the best they can be at their instrument. (Touring soloists, session players, hired guns for A-listers). 4.) No, I’m not miming to Eddie. You can come see this live on my tour dates with Femmes of Rock. You can also find live videos of this on YouTube. Ever since I wired Claude Code to WhatsApp 3 weeks ago, I built a stupidly large infra around it. I mean, opus built it. No clue how the code even looks. The entire thing was vibe coded using my phone. I wanted to see how far I could push it without touching the computer. Everything via WhatsApp. Build what I need on the fly. So the resulting infrastructure will already be battle tested for software development. The entire thing was streamlined with nearly no manual interventions, everything was communicated via WhatsApp using a single script establishing this connection. If the script is down, I need to get home to start it again to resume the development. Claude was upgrading it, debugging it, restarting it while maintaining constant uptime so it could keep communicating with me. I stressed Claude about it, telling it that it will be “in the dark” and other words that deliberately sound scary about losing communications if the script dies. I also refused git and refused cloning the code, I wanted to see Claude adapting to work on a *LIVING* system. The way this whole thing works: Claude has its own dedicated phone number that I am paying for. A real WhatsApp account for it is installed on a real iPhone that is sitting on my desk. All is registered under my name, this is legit setup with no hacks and tricks. I’ve set up a WhatsApp “Community” and multiple different groups under it. Both me and Claude are the admins, so Claude could edit it on my behalf. Each group is a project I am working on and has its own isolated context. The Group description is a system prompt that gets auto-appended to the larger system prompt explaining this setup in general. When I send a message it’s an instant interrupt to Claude Code’s process, just like in the terminal. Voice notes are seamlessly transcribed with a local Whisper model. Images are used with multimodal reading in an isolated parallel session. Multiple groups running in parallel so I can work on all projects at the same time. No cross-talking, everything has an isolated context and history. And because it’s local on my own machine: Everything is REAL. The browser is REAL. I am connected as myself on it to all services because I actually use it in real life. Claude has unlimited internet access, just like humans who use actual browsers. It utilizes custom-made browser tools that I made to control any browser session it wants. Depending on the situation, it can either connect to my existing session or create one for its own. (You can tell it ‘look at my browser for a sec’ then talk about the current page you are on and it just works, pretty cool) My custom browser tools are not perfect (not by a long shot) but I managed to make them work well to the point they are somewhat reliable. This gives Claude full access to my real creds and all the services I actually use. I’m productive AS HELL with this. It really feels like a personal assistant. I ask it to read my emails and msgs, check x .com for news, research arxiv papers, write code, run experiments for me, investigate and reverse engineer github repos, even use my credit card and order things. [I try not to do this one a lot lol so far no disasters]. All from my phone. Super convenient. This is not a product or an open source project (maybe soon of it will make sense). This is just an ugly script I hacked the entire thing is ~600 lines. (ok maybe i did look at the code, but i swear i didn’t edit!) You can also vibe code this from scratch pretty fast and it will probably even end up better. This is just a cool thing so I’m sharing. It is a real speed booster for many things I do on daily basis, mostly boring things. Forcing my routine into some new “agent platform” just didn’t feel right for me. WhatsApp is where I already communicate and look for messages, so I decided that my agents will live there too. AGI in my pocket 24/7.

NEWS CENTRAL SILENCED MY VOICE!!! For 4+ hours, a “public discourse” space by News Central TV (News Central TV )hosted only one side. When it finally opened for 2 minutes of engagement, I spoke—and was the only person repeatedly interrupted. After the host said the people from the APC declined, I asked to proceed. Instead, I was removed. This isn’t moderation. It’s control. You can hear clearly when i ask to proceed, ilemona clearly yeilds to me, but i dont speak. That is the moment i was dropped. Gbenga Aborowa 🅾️ you asked to put in a word, even after i muted my mic i was dropped. I have a right to criticize you, the press should be the one championing my right to freedom of expression, but you limited my voice simply because it was critical of you and stating my observations. I was not disrespectful or rude, maybe assertive. Worse, this isn’t new. On Feb 26, I raised this same concern respectfully and even less directly when they ran a similar one-sided space, branding Nigeria “Abegistan.” They knew. They ignored it. The media calls itself the 4th estate—holding power accountable. But today, News Central TV behaved exactly like the power they claim to scrutinize: Selective participation. Managed dissent. Silenced voices.. If the press cannot tolerate scrutiny from the public—the so-called 5th estate—then it forfeits the moral authority to demand accountability from government. You cannot demand accountability and suppress it at the same time. You cannot preach transparency and practice exclusion. You cannot preach Democracy be a "Sankaraist" As for the lack of voices, i am very far from being anything in the APC, but if i am unavailable i have enough intellectual Nigerian friends on X who support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and believe he is doing an amazing job. He is a Lion among men. And as for the challenge from uncle Ilemona, i am tempted but no thanks. I may be willing to attend if you can find a neutral ground and a time convenient for me cause i run a tight schedule. NBC Code Violations. 5.3.3(c): “in adherence to the principles of pluralism, accord equitable airtime to all political parties or views, with particular regard to the duration and belt, during political campaign periods;” Violation: A 4+ hour discussion hosted only one side, with opposing views denied meaningful participation. *5.3.6: “The Broadcaster shall ensure that in programmes requiring the representation of political parties, or affiliations, the panelists shall be of comparable status and relevance.” Violation: Only one ideological side was platformed for hours without comparable opposing representation. 5.3.3(o): “the Broadcaster shall implement the appropriate decisions, including the grant of a Right of Reply or demand for Apology, within 24 hours, and at the same level of prominence;” Violation: A dissenting participant was removed mid-contribution instead of being allowed to respond, triggering the right to reply and potential apology. 5.3.3(i): “ensure that political broadcasts are recorded and kept for a period as may be specified by the Commission;” Violation: The February 26, 2026 broadcast was not recorded, i raised concerns that same day, (To their credit, the March 26, 2026 broadcast was recorded.) I will refrain from tagging the NBC and writing an email to officially complain until tomorrow. Also coincidentally i will be available for my requested right of reply tomorrow. If i do not receive a communication by 10am i will procede to call on the authorities to help enforce my right. Plus we should not have to use fight to get a little airtime to balance the perspectives. You can also ask the same questions you asked today's panel

My Thoughts on R2 after my time with it! Short review! First, Rivian completely nailed this thing. I love the positioning of the driver seats. That long front nose gives a nice commanding feel. They will sell each and every one of these! Driving impression/suspension: 9/10 I felt the vehicle has good build quality. It felt *tight* and secure. Power delivery was smooth and crisp in all-purpose. Sport mode fella unlocked and ready for all the fun things. Power is rapid and consistent with a full power moment around 35-40mph, all the power is there. There is a good amount of nose rise during a hard acceleration. But I do feel the suspension was working well to control this. Remember this isn’t an air suspension. It’s a coil suspension. There is a difference between the suspension setting soft was SOFT. Firm was stiff but not overly stiff. It didn’t have that bouncing effect that some vehicles can have when going into firm suspension. Moderate was a good balance. I wish it could be more adaptive in moderate but it’s very very good. Turn in was good, and the turning radius was excellent. Switching from D to R for a 3-point turn was smooth and quick, no jerkiness. Very good control over entrance to parking lots. Stable. Lastly, it feels like the small delay some R1 have in throttle is gone with R2. Software: 8/10 This is where you guys know I am hard on them on. Because I want the best they can give. Rivian OS2.0 is a HUGE upgrade over R1. In all cases. Responsiveness, touch input, speed, app switching, keyboard responsiveness, etc., it is a huge difference. I love the new “fish stick” bar. And settings being available with one tap and being app-dependent first is fantastic. Well done Wassym Bensaid, the halo are great. The only thing about them is while driving, it’s hard to get a direct click, especially when trying to use it to switch drive modes where you have to push towards you. The halo likes the spin/move, but I think I just need to get used to it. Living with it would for sure help with that. I’m really hoping they fully unlock customization for them. You can end up with 8 different characters you could adjust. I really like having the driver display. But driving with it, you can notice how much smaller it is compared to R1. It’s no deal breaker, but it’s noticeable. Cameras felt snapper and of higher quality over Gen 2 R1. The turn signal sounds is new I like it as well as the forward and Evers noise it makes. Think Tesla sound when shifting. Audio: Now I’ve experienced R2 3x now. With 2 times with audio. The audio was significantly better than when I got to sit it in, in Miami for a block party. It’s about as good as R1 is now. There did feel like a sub was there. That’s great. I used my Apple Music account so I could listen to the song I love. And it was great. Not perfect but good enough. Long as it’s comparable to R1, it’s okay. Cabin: It was very well appointed. I actually found it sufficiently quiet. 🤫 I think for sure it’s quieter than my R1T without question. The HVAC system design (air vent) I like better than R1. I feel like the HVAC system now can blow the air on better than trying to. I need more time to test preconditioning because that’s where I’ve seen most of the issues with my R1 vehicles. Tons of space, easy to drop the seats, it’s flat, and nice under-floor space. The 1-touch drop for all windows was excellent. Overall: I think this is the Rivian everyone has been waiting for. This will be a fantastic one-car solution for so many families. There is storage for days, off-road abilities a Model Y can’t even think of doing, but the UHF needs to improve quicker than it currently is because that is really becoming a buying decision for people. Tim and I can’t wait to take delivery of our R2 Rivian; we are ready! Feel free to ask me anything about the R2! I’ll do my best to answer it or get you the answer. It’s a 10/10 for so many people.

Here we go. Time for a gaming experience unlike anything else out there. This Sunday we're launching Dremica Carnage at 2pm UTC. Every week, players join for a 2 hour session where the entire community comes together to farm on-chain resources that are used for crafting to empower your character and help you farm more. You own your resources, you can do whatever you want with them on-chain. You can craft sick gear to flex or dump them on the market, you're in control. Getting the resources (RSS) is the hard part. Some can be farmed in the safe zones, but the higher tier stuff comes from the wild where free-for-all PVP is enabled. It's savage, ruthless, pure degeneracy as you can be killed and have all your stuff taken helping to fuel the adrenaline. But you can also go on a rampage and take everyone's lunch money at the same time. At launch there's 3 tiers of resources: Tier 1 - (elm wood, stone, organic matter) Found in the safe zones and the wild Tier 2 - (ashen wood, iron, chitin) Found almost exclusively in the wild Tier 3 - (moonstones) Only found spawning in the wild Dremica looks and feels like an MMORPG but it's different in that it's limited to 2 hours per week for farming on-chain RSS. Most gamers in crypto simply don't have the time to play 247. It's hard to get all the community together to play at the same times. But importantly the on-chain game economy needs to be preserved by reducing the impact of botting. We've tested different things over the years but this is what works for our community. The thing that excites me the most is that even us involved with building Dremica don't know how the META will evolve. It's going to be interesting witness players theory crafting which armour sets work best, which playstyles too. You'll probably notice the new male characters in the trailer too, we're calling them "Basic Barry's". A spin off of the old ticket gang jokes when people get their brothers and cousins playing on their lended assets (if you've borrowed an EXO on the portal). At the end of each session you'll be able to spend $SAMA to "soulbound" items and have them persist into the next session. Also be able to spend $SAMA on buffs to enhance your characters power. The only way to make web3 games "work" is to add utility sinks to make their core utility tokens deflationary. A lot of games tout their "flywheel" mechanics, but these things only work if they're really enforced in the game itself. We're calling the first season of Carnage "Season Zero". There WILL be balance changes and volatility and a lot of updates will happen along the way. So "expect chaos" blah blah, we have to test everything with the player base. If it all goes well, we have so much additional content lined up from the past 2 years of building to keep things fresh and exciting. Love me or hate me, my goal all along has been to create a unique gaming experience for our community to enjoy. Something that can't be experienced anywhere else. I've put in considerable effort/money/resources/blood/sweat/tears these past years and never sold any ecosystem assets. I just want to deliver for our community unlike the rest of the parasites in web3. We find out on Sunday if this is going to be any fun. Thank you to everyone who has helped us get to this big milestone. See you Sunday 2pm in the wild.

Catherine Austin Fitts: "Trump...authorized Operation Warp Speed... [funding] the military to implement a mass atrocity.... [But the US] government is in a debt trap... so you literally have to do what the bankers tell you. [Same for] all the [other] governments in the world." This clip of Fitts, an investment banker, former Assistant Secretary of HUD, and founder of the Solari Report (The Solari Report | Catherine Austin Fitts), is taken from a discussion with Liz Gunn ( Liz Gunn), Alex Newman (Alex Newman), and Andrew Bridgen (Andrew Bridgen) posted to the FreeNZ (FreeNZ) Rumble channel on November 3, 2025. ----------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "So you have to remember President Trump was the president who authorized Operation Warp speed and funded 18 billion for the military to implement a mass atrocity. That was President Trump. "So, in the about six weeks, it was early summer, I said on the Solari report, I believe that the bankers have chosen Trump because he's the man who can get conservatives to go along with the control grid using immigration, election fraud. He will be able to sell the digital ID and the big tech solutions. And that's exactly what's happened. "Although the reason we started to keep a collection at Solari, and everybody can read it by going to Solari and looking up the— Just put control grid in that search box or go to latest and you'll find it because we update it every week. They move so quickly. Even I was surprised at how quickly they were moving to implement the different pieces of both programmable money and digital ID and other aspects of the system, including the data centers and the AI implementation at the speed at which they moved, starting literally the day after the inauguration with a, 500 billion Stargate proposal for the data centers. And it was very quick. It was clear to me that someone had been working for a very long time on preparing everything and being ready to go. "Now, I can say, this is Trump. But if you look at the US government, we have a annual expenditure of $6 trillion, 4 trillion comes in on taxes and other revenues, fees and tariffs, and then 2 trillion is borrowed. The United States government is in a debt trap. And so literally, you have to do what the bankers tell you. "And what we're watching is a Congress and a who have been for many years, this is not just now, operating outside of the fundamental laws of the United States, particularly the financial management laws. They are operating the government financially on a criminal basis. And I'm assuming it's because essentially that debt trap is being used to engineer control. "And what you will find as a political matter is the problem that most politicians face in America. To give you an example, I was talking, I was with a group of leaders in Idaho not that long ago, and one of them said, you know, every, Every, year we send a dollar to Washington and then we get $1.19 back. And every time I try to enforce the Constitution, my constituents say, I want the 19 cents. So there is an economic component to this control that's happening, and it's really put the central bankers in the catbird seat as they get all the governments in the world in a debt trap. "I had a wonderful colleague, Meryl Nass, was working, to get us out of the UN treaty. And she was talking with countries across Europe and in the United States. And the leadership basically said, we're in a debt trap. We need to agree to this or else they'll cut off our credit."

This is why *ALL VACCINES* are WORTHLESS POISONS (1/4) Former Pfizer VP Michael Yeadon: "If you [inject] tiny doses of foreign protein into a person separated by two weeks, they become violently and permanently allergic to that substance." "These diabolical people have included components in [all] jabs that your children have been given and you may have received [so they] sensitize you to every single basic food item." Former Pfizer VP Michael Yeadon describes during an interview with Oracle Films posted to Rumble on July 3, 2025 research conducted by retired pharma R&D executive Sasha Latypova (sashalatypova.substack.com "Due Diligence and Art") and writer and paralegal Katherine Watt that reveals why **all "vaccines"** are nothing more than poisons. As it turns out, "vaccines" do exactly the opposite of what it's claimed they do—instead of preparing one's immune system to fight off a specific pathogen, they sensitize a person to whatever's been injected, priming them to have an anaphylactic reaction if they have a subsequent encounter with the injected material. Even if the injected material is normally benign—e.g., whey protein or peanut oil. Hence the explosion of food allergies following the subsequent explosion in the childhood "vaccination" schedule. "I think it was Charles Richet, something like that, [in] 1902, 1905, [who was] given a Nobel Prize for discovery of this mechanism," Yeadon says. "If you give tiny doses of foreign protein into a person separated by two weeks, they become violently and permanently allergic to that substance. Even if you touch it on the skin or put it just in your mouth, on your tongue, or certainly if you eat it, you've got a worse than even chance of having an allergic response to it." ----------------Partial transcription of clip-------------- "I will credit the terrific work of two Americans, Sasha Latypova. L-a-t-y-p-o-v-a, Sasha Latypova. Like me, a retired pharma executive. She worked in development. I was in research, and a legal scholar called Katherine, with a K, Watt, Katherine Watt. W-a-t-t. They write on substack. They have uncovered the fact that vaccines have never been intended to reduce diseases or to help you. They have always been what I have determined the COVID shots to be, which is materials that harm you and do you no good. "And of course, that's so horrifying that you think, oh, my word. All of them. Yep, all of them. I'm not saying they're all as dangerous as Covid jabs, but none of them were good. And, rather than trusting me, go and read the work of Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt, and then it's up to you to decide. Okay? If you think that's wrong, that's fine. But one thing Sasha and others discovered, and they shared it with me before they even published it, and as soon as they told me, I knew it was right. "Can you remember a time, those of you who are over 60. I'm nearly 65. Can you remember a time when you were young when very few people were allergic to peanuts and very few people were allergic to anything? You probably can, can't you? Older folk like me. What we discovered is that if you inject a person with a foreign protein, like peanut oil, if you inject a person with tiny doses of that, especially if you do it two or three times, that person becomes fiercely allergic for life to peanuts. "Imagine if you were to inject a whey protein, from milk in a tiny dose, so small you probably wouldn't even notice it on the ingredients list. And if you injected that into your child a couple of times when they grew up, they might end up not all of them, but many of them will grow up allergic to milk and milk products and anything that's got whey protein in it. Imagine if they injected you with, a beef protein that came from plasma, for example. You often see that in products. A tiny dose, a really tiny dose, so small it'll be off the bottom of the ingredients list, and you injected that person twice with it. They'll become intolerant to meat. Unfortunately, that is all true. "All of those ingredients have been found in at least one of the vaccines on the vaccine schedule in America, and they're pretty much global products. These diabolical people have included components in the jabs that your children have been given and you may have received that were designed to sensitize you to every single basic food item. You know, to wheat, to corn, to beef, to chicken, to milk. That's why the number of, I think like one in three people has some kind of allergy. It's like they didn't when I was young, they didn't. "Sasha Latypova was born in USSR, and as she said in her fruity Russian, she said, when I was young, no one had allergies. When she came to America, I think in the 80s, it was like, what gives? And so she was probably perfectly poised to spot this. And so she discovered this. And, she noticed that a scientist called, I think it was Charles Richet, something like that, 1902, 1905, given a Nobel Prize for discovery of this mechanism. If you give tiny doses of foreign protein into a person separated by two weeks, they become violently and permanently allergic to that substance. Even if you touch it on the skin or put it just in your mouth, on your tongue, or certainly if you eat it, you've got a worse than even chance of having an allergic response to it. "These people have sensitized you. Those of you who've been vaccinated to large amounts of the natural environment. I mean, how diabolical is that? And it's exactly the same mechanism. As I called out in 2020 about the COVID jabs, remember I said that if you ask the human body to make, a protein that doesn't belong in you, non self protein, a so called spike protein, wherever it came from, I said if you do that, it will make you, your body will cause an autoimmune reaction or your body will then make foreign material. Your immune system will say, what the hell is that? Will attack it. So it's like a failed organ transplant. It's autoimmunity. That's what has happened through the whole history of vaccination back from the late 1700s to the present day."

If you watch this ~50 minute screen recording closely (yeah, I know, it's long; there are also some times when my computer was very slow and laggy, just skip past that part. And at one point I had to run and get my 9-month-old a new bottle and left it on a boring screen, sorry!), I believe you can see real signs of the kind of runaway, recursive AI self-improvement that people have been warning of for a while (Mr. Kurzweil most notably and prophetically). Why do I say that? What's different now? Well, there's a reason my set of agent coding tooling is called the Flywheel. These tools all mutually self-reinforce each other. And they all flow directly into my ntm tool (short for "named_tmux_manager"), which acts as a sort of integration point and nerve center for the tools (this is becoming more true by the minute as I'm now seriously working on ntm). Now, ntm was something I started making to automate some aspects of my workflow, but it was the kind of thing where, until it was perfect, it sort of just slowed me down. So I didn't actually use it even though I kept working on it and trying to improve it, and suggested to users that they try it in my tutorials. Well anyway, I finally got around to "dogfooding" ntm last night, and now it's going to get very dramatically better at an alarming rate. Some of that is from applying my "idea wizard" prompt to generate more useful features and building that stuff out and addressing obvious pain points I encountered during my newfound usage of the tool. But a lot comes from my realization that, once again, ntm's true utility is not as a tool for ME, but for an agent. That is, ntm lets one instance of Claude Code or Codex act as, well, me, do the things that I had been doing manually. Do I wish I had started using ntm earlier? No, for two big reasons: 1) Doing it manually helped me build up my intuition massively, which directly led me down the path of creating useful prompt strategies and workflows; these often began as ad-hoc prompts that I realized could be generalized and made more versatile/universal. Lesson: don't prematurely automate until you have an intimate, intuitive feel for your "core value-add loop." Otherwise you'll have a fully automated system quickly that efficiently and automatically does a stupid or otherwise sub-optimal thing. 2) My eyes have been opened to the beauty and power of Skills. I'm not talking about your garden-variety skills that are just a simple markdown file. I'm talking about true tour-de-force directories of perfectly structured and organized files that are filled with good information, insights, workflows, etc., but presented in a way that is highly optimized for consumption by AI agents, with extreme attention paid to things like perfect progressive disclosure, token density, agent-ergonomics, agent-intuitiveness, etc. And also Skills that go way beyond markdown files, with full integration into Claude Code where it makes sense via hooks, sub-agents, and even Python scripts. These kinds of skills are a qualitative difference in expressive power and usefulness and a total game changer. They are also effectively composable, creating almost an algebra of skills that let you use them together in powerful ways. I'm working on a subscription service website and CLI tool now to share what I've learned here most effectively, stay tuned for that in the coming days. Anyway, I now know what to make and how to make it. So, getting back to that screen recording, what does it show that makes me claim recursive self-improvement is here? If you keep your eye on the upper left tmux pane, that's the "controller" agent. It is using ntm to control all the other panes which are also running Claude Code (but ntm fully supports other agent types like Codex and Gemini-CLI, and it's trivially easy to mix and match them if you wanted to have, say, 8 CCs and 6 Codexes for writing the code and 3 Gemini-CLIs for reviewing code.) Now, there's nothing that crazy about this much so far. But where it starts to get very cool is that as the session continues and we encounter real-world problems, things like my ridiculously overloaded computer that keeps hanging for long periods, Claude Code instances that crash and get into a frozen, unresponsive state, it can learn from that. And you can see it using my skill writing skill to refine its ntm vibe coding skill in real time. And then take that skill and refine it to be more intuitive for itself. Or use my cass tool skill to search all the session histories to look for problems that came up and strategize how to solve them. The most useful part was when, towards the end of the session, I told it to reflect on all the things we had done and problems we encountered. One way it can usefully leverage those reflections is by improving its ntm vibe coding skill to make it cover more edge cases and exigencies. But the other, more fundamental, way is for it to conceive of and design the optimal new features and functionality for ntm itself so that the tool embodies those lessons in a first-class way. This offloads cognition from its brain onto its tooling, just like how a person can lean on spellcheck or a calculator. It codifies correct, effective reasoning at the tool level, where it's more reliable and robust and repeatable. And btw, did you notice what code base it was working on the whole time? It was none other than ntm itself! So as it worked on its own tool, it had reflections and ideas about how to further improve the tool. Now, it could have just as easily gotten those insights and ideas while using ntm to work on a different project, but the fact that it was working on itself is almost gloriously meta and recursive. So by the end, after learning from tending to a big group of agent workers (btw, I have previously emphasized doing everything in a really distributed/decentralized way, where each fungible agent gets identical marching orders that tell it to use my bv tool to find the optimal bead to work on. This does work very well, but occasionally results in some contention and overlap from thundering herd, or at least wastes time/tokens/communication in avoiding that before the agents waste time duplicating work. But in this new ntm-oriented workflow, I was able to have the controller agent in the upper left use bv itself and then optimally parcel out the instructions to each agent so that we could know for sure that there's no overlap), I ended up with a ton of new beads for new features, which I had it optimize and polish a few times. Now I can swap to a new Claude Max account and have the swarm implement all those new features! It should only take a couple passes like the one shown in the screen recording to get everything implemented. Then we can rinse and repeat, having the agent read through the full session histories of each agent and its experience from its own session in sending ntm commands and seeing how they worked out in practice, to come up with the next batch of changes to both its ntm vibe coding skill AND to the ntm tool itself. Do you see how rapidly this turns into Skynet? My mistake earlier was in focusing on making myself a "faster horse" as Henry Ford used to joke about customers wanting before he showed them what they should really want (a Model T). That is, something that would make my experience nicer while doing this agent swarm based development workflow. But the obvious lesson is that you should make all your tooling agent-first because the agents are just better at this stuff. You can still watch, and of course I did add a ridiculous number of very nice human-centric features to ntm that you'll be seeing in the next day or two, but those are really kind of "for fun" to make us humans feel better about the process. All the real value-add is happening "by agents, for agents." PS: Towards the end, you can see me switch to my Mac and tell Claude to improve the skill that I made earlier today for taking the mkv screen recording files from OBS Studio and muxing them into MP4 files for sharing, while downloading songs from YouTube to serve as the background music. I made it so it can also grab the thumbnails and generate little song credit cards that show up in the lower right corner. This worked perfectly the first time! I'll include some screenshots in a response post showing how that worked, but it was awesome to witness. Skills are POWERFUL. I'll also post a link to this video on YouTube if you prefer to watch it there.
