Most of the roads in so called tech corridor has such 90 degree turn , there is nothing called road planning in Bengaluru Wonder what is the role of so called Engineers in Govt departments if they are not doing any engineering work Just handing out projects to contractors and quality testing is not Engineering

How many times should taxpayers pay for the same road ? Just 2–3 months after patchwork was carried out, the asphalt has already deteriorated to the point where it’s difficult to even tell that repairs were done. When we spoke to the engineer, we were informed that the earlier work was carried out by BWSSB, and because of poor quality, a fresh estimate is now being considered to repair the same stretch again. This raises some important questions, not just for one road, one constituency, or one department, but the entire city. If public money has already been spent once, who is accountable when the work fails within a matter of months? Was the restoration inspected before being accepted? Have we our such contractor? Does the contractor have a defect liability period or maintenance obligation, and if so, why should taxpayers pay again instead of enforcing those contractual obligations? How much of Bengaluru’s infrastructure budget is being spent on redoing work that should have lasted much longer? This isn’t about targeting any individual or political party. It’s about demanding transparency, quality, and accountability in the use of PUBLIC funds. Every rupee spent comes from the people. Every failed project deserves EXPLANATION. Every contractor and every department responsible for public works should be held to the same standard. Maheshwar Rao.M, IAS Krishna Byre Gowda Bengaluru deserves roads that last not roads that become recurring EXPENSES every few months. We urge the concerned authorities to clarify: • Who executed the original restoration? • What quality checks were conducted? • Will the contractor be held accountable if the work failed prematurely? • What safeguards are in place to prevent taxpayers from paying twice for the same POOR WORK? Let’s make accountability the standard, not the exception. #bangalore #bengaluru #road #gba #bbmp Greater Bengaluru Authority Maheshwar Rao.M, IAS BBMP_SWM Cell bbmpcommissioner DK Shivakumar S. No matter whether the Chief Minister changes or not, the condition of Bengaluru's roads seems to remain the same. Just look at the state of this road. Thousands of citizens use this stretch every day for their daily commute, yet it has been reduced to what looks more like an off-road track than a city road. The entire stretch is filled with craters, broken surfaces, loose gravel, and missing tar. Driving here is not only uncomfortable but also dangerous for motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians alike. During rains, these potholes become even more hazardous, increasing the risk of accidents and vehicle damage. Citizens continue to pay taxes, road tax, fuel tax, and various other levies with the expectation of receiving basic infrastructure and safe roads. But looking at conditions like these, one question naturally arises: Where is the taxpayers' money going? Bengaluru deserves better. Safe and well-maintained roads are not a luxury they are a basic necessity for every citizen. Karnataka State Police S. Craters So Big, Even NASA Might Get Confused moon craters of Agara Bus Stop Edition Every single day, thousands of commuters traveling from Silk Board to Outer Ring Road are forced to navigate this stretch that looks less like a road and more like a lunar surface.Just watch how a BMTC bus moves like a snake, swaying in sine waves to dodge these massive, water-filled potholes. This isn’t a new issue that popped up overnight these potholes have been here for months. And despite being one of the busiest and most important corridors of the city, absolutely nothing has been done to fix it. It’s not just about inconvenience anymore it’s about public safety.Every bump is a potential accident. Two-wheelers struggle to keep balance, cars swerve dangerously, and buses are forced to slow down, creating traffic jams and increasing the risk of collisions. The shocking part?Authorities pass by this road every day. They see the problem.Citizens complain repeatedly. Yet, no action is taken. It’s as if the management is waiting for a tragedy to finally wake up and repair what should have been fixed long ago. Is this what “Brand Bengaluru” stands for? Why citizen safety is ignored, and basic road maintenance becomes a luxury?Citizens pay taxes, and in return, they deserve safe and functional roads not death traps disguised as bus stops. #bangalore #bengaluru #hsrlayout INTEGRATED COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTRE BBMP_SWM Cell bbmpcommissioner Greater Bengaluru Authority Maheshwar Rao.M, IAS Karnataka State Police S. Dear Bangalore politicians, Do you ever walk on our streets? Don’t you feel embarrassed by the chaos — the broken footpaths, the garbage-strewn sidewalks, the sheer hostility of our stinking public spaces to anyone on foot? I have no answer for my 9-year-old who keeps asking why other countries are so clean and have open/pedestrian spaces for children to walk without fearing they’ll end up under a vehicle. Don’t you get asked the same by your own children — or by the foreign delegates you host? This is not what a global city looks like. And yet, this is the everyday reality for millions of us in Bangalore This city — once full of charm, tree-lined streets, and a sense of community — is becoming unlivable for the very people who call it home. We don’t need more roads, more concrete, or more flyovers that rip apart our skyline and our spirit. We need a city that lets us WALK with dignity. Please, look beyond political compulsions. Look at the lives being lived on the ground — the elderly who stumble on broken pavements, the children who can’t walk to school safely, and millions of others who can't enjoy the once vibrant and green streets of Bangalore. Your families enjoy world-class pedestrian infrastructure when they travel abroad. Why can’t we have that here? Why must dignity and safety be a privilege? Bangalore deserves better. Its people deserve better. Let us WALK. Let us breathe. Please see how roads outside India focus on pedestrians. Throwing garbage carelessly on roads, footpaths, and public spaces and then blaming bbmpcommissioner and Maheshwar Rao.M, IAS is not a solution. Civic responsibility begins with the people. Cleanliness is not only the duty of the administration; it is a basic civic sense that every citizen must practice. Dumping waste “here and there” reflects negligence, indiscipline, and a complete lack of respect for the city we live in. At the same time, civic sense cannot grow in isolation. It is also a genuine request and responsibility of BBMP and GBA to provide proper infrastructure for waste disposal. If garbage bins are placed on every street, at regular and accessible points, people will be far more likely to use them instead of littering the roads. Public convenience plays a critical role in shaping public behavior. So the real question is not one-sided blame. Is it the fault of citizens who lack discipline and basic civic sense? Or is it the fault of the administration for failing to provide essential facilities and systems? The truth is, both share responsibility. Citizens must stop using the absence of bins as an excuse to litter. Carrying waste home or disposing of it properly is a small but necessary act of responsibility. Clean cities are built by mindful citizens, not by slogans and complaints alone. However, authorities like BBMP and Greater Bengaluru Authority must also step up by ensuring adequate bins on every road, regular waste collection, awareness campaigns, and strict enforcement of rules. Only when civic sense from the people and efficient administration from authorities come together can we expect clean streets, healthier surroundings, and a city we can truly be proud of.Cleanliness is not optional. It is a shared duty, and blaming alone will never clean our roads. Karnataka State Police S. Bengaluru package: Study at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, survive Bannerghatta Road, and heal at Jayadeva Hospital People regularly pass through this stretch of road, which begins near Jayadeva Hospital and continues up to the main road entrance. Unfortunately, the entire stretch is riddled with multiple potholes, making daily commuting extremely difficult and unsafe.Because of this poor road condition, bike riders are the worst affected. Their vehicle suspensions are getting severely damaged, and constant jerks are taking a toll on their backs and overall health. It genuinely feels like citizens are risking both their vehicles and their physical well-being just to travel a short distance. Is this what we call infrastructure development? A road that looks like it is competing with moon craters? It raises serious concerns about accountability and governance. What exactly are the authorities doing? Where is the government when such basic civic issues remain unresolved for so long? This particular stretch near IIMB Metro Station has become a daily struggle for commuters. Immediate attention and proper road maintenance are not just necessary they are long overdue. Karnataka State Police S. 🚨 SCAM ALERT for Bengaluru Citizens 🚨 ⚠️ Public Awareness Message ⚠️ A recent shocking incident has come to light near Mandaragiri Hill, and it serves as an urgent warning for all motorists and two-wheeler riders in Bengaluru.A group of people who had gone for an outing towards Mandaragiri Hill faced a dangerous situation on their return journey. While crossing the flyover before the IKEA showroom, their vehicle suddenly suffered a puncture caused by a freshly embedded nail on the road. Fortunately, they had a spare tube and managed to replace it on the spot. However, as they continued their journey, they noticed something highly suspicious multiple nails scattered across the road at different intervals. Concerned, they stopped on the next flyover to record a video and raise public awareness about what appeared to be a deliberate act. Upon closer inspection, they confirmed that dozens of nails had been intentionally placed on the road surface, posing a serious threat to commuters. While filming, they also came across another biker who had suffered the same fate his motorcycle tyre had punctured at nearly the same spot. This alarming pattern strongly indicates that these nails have been strategically scattered to cause punctures, possibly as part of a scam or extortion scheme, where unsuspecting motorists might be forced to seek help from nearby so-called “repairmen” who profit from such staged mishaps. This practice is not just unethical but extremely dangerous. A sudden tyre burst or puncture at high speed could easily result in major accidents, injuries, or even loss of life. 👉 We urge the concerned authorities, including Bengaluru Traffic Police and BBMP, to immediately investigate this issue and deploy patrol teams to inspect the flyovers and major connecting routes, especially near the IKEA stretch. 👉 Public: Please remain alert while riding or driving, especially on isolated flyovers. Avoid swerving suddenly if you suspect a puncture and move safely to the side before checking your vehicle. 👉 If possible, record and report such instances with photo or video evidence to the local police or through official helplines. Let’s ensure our roads remain safe for everyone. Stay alert, stay safe, and help spread this message to protect fellow citizens from this dangerous scam. #bangalore #bengaluru #Naagarabhaavi IKEA IKEA USA IKEAIndia ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ BengaluruCityPolice SP Bengaluru District Police SP Bangalore Rural ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಚಾರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ BengaluruTrafficPolice CP Bengaluru ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು Joint CP, Traffic, Bengaluru alok kumar DGP KARNATAKA S. Fun Without Responsibility Is a Curse: Bengaluru Deserves Better Than Drunken Street Chaos This is not the culture of Bengaluru. Do not ruin the image of Namma Bengaluru by turning our roads into places of chaos in the name of parties and New Year celebrations. Seeing youths drunk, falling on the streets, fighting, abusing others, and creating nuisance in public spaces is shameful and unacceptable.Bengaluru has always been known for its culture, civility, and inclusive values. Our city respects and welcomes people from every state and every background who come here to work hard, build their careers, and live peacefully. That openness and mutual respect are what make Bengaluru truly great. However, in the name of celebration, some individuals are ruining this spirit and giving our city a bad image.Celebration does not mean losing self-control. Enjoyment does not give anyone the right to block roads, create fear, disrespect women, damage public property, or disturb others who simply want to live in peace. Such behaviour projects a wrong and ugly image of Bengaluru, not only to locals but also to people across the country and the world. It unfairly puts a bad face on our culture, which has always stood for respect, harmony, and dignity. Those who behave irresponsibly must understand that culture is reflected in conduct, not in loud music, alcohol, or viral videos. If you truly love this city, respect its streets, its people, and its values. Celebrating responsibly is everyone’s duty—whether you are a local or someone who has chosen Bengaluru as your home. At the same time, a heartfelt thank you to the ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ BengaluruCityPolice and all police officials who sacrificed their own celebrations so that others could celebrate safely. Their tireless efforts, long hours, and commitment ensured safety, security, and order across the city while many were enjoying the festivities. Their service and dedication deserve respect and appreciation.Namma Bengaluru deserves better. Let us protect its culture, unity, and reputation. Do not let reckless behaviour in the name of celebration turn our proud, welcoming culture into a bad face for the world to see—because this city is not just a party spot, it is our shared home. Karnataka State Police S. The Pathetic State of Gutkha Spitters in Bengaluru – A Shame on Civic Sense It’s disheartening and utterly shameful to witness the sorry state of the foot overbridge in Whitefield, Bengaluru the one that connects the Kadugodi Bus Stand to the Whitefield Railway Station. A structure built with the intent of easing pedestrian movement and ensuring safety has now become a canvas of disgrace, thanks to a certain section of irresponsible individuals who chew gutkha and mindlessly spit it all over the bridge walls and floors. What should have been a clean, functional public utility now stands defaced with red stains and foul odour, all thanks to the gutkha-spitting menace. The entire stretch of the bridge is littered with spit marks, especially on the sides, as if it were made solely for these shameless acts. It raises a serious question—who is to blame here? The people who consumed and spat gutkha in public without an ounce of civic sense? Or the authorities who built the bridge with good intentions but seemingly failed to enforce cleanliness and maintain discipline? Let’s not mince words the primary blame lies with the gutkha spitters. These individuals, with absolute disregard for public hygiene and basic decency, have turned a public asset into a public toilet. They don’t think twice before leaving behind stains that not only make the place unhygienic but also dangerous, especially during the monsoon when the stairs and paths become slippery. This is not just disrespect to public property—it’s disrespect to the entire community. And while the railway authorities should step up surveillance and maintenance, the core of the problem lies in the lack of responsibility and civic behaviour among the public. No amount of cleaning or rules will help unless people stop treating public spaces as their personal dumping grounds. India is developing, our cities are growing, infrastructure is improving—but what about our mindsets? What’s the point of building metro lines, flyovers, and footbridges if people can’t respect what is given to them? Gutkha spitting isn’t just a dirty habit it’s a public nuisance, a health hazard, and a cultural embarrassment. It's high time we call out this behaviour. People need to be held accountable. Whether it’s through stricter penalties, surveillance, or social shame, we must find ways to put an end to this. Cleanliness is not just the government’s job it’s a collective responsibility. To those who spit gutkha on public infrastructure—you are not rebels, you are not cool, and you’re definitely not helpless victims. You are the problem. And unless this behaviour stops, even the most well-meaning efforts to build a better Bengaluru will continue to be stained both literally and metaphorically. #bangalore #bengaluru #whitefield #bbmp @BBMPCOMM South Western Railway ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ BengaluruCityPolice DCP Whitefield Bengaluru ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಚಾರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ BengaluruTrafficPolice CP Bengaluru ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು Joint CP, Traffic, Bengaluru DGP KARNATAKA S. $AMD | Folks are asking why there is a massive disconnect here between $800 and $465 🧵 May be this should help, and most subscribers and followers already know. 1. I don't offer Financial Advice! 2. We have so many individual and institutional bears who made millions selling AI bubble fear porn and think they are smarter than the best CEOs in the world. Hence most semiconductor stocks are trading at 15–25x forward P/E even with massive growth, AMD included. I actually believe this is healthy, keeping valuations in check to give new investors better return. Would u prefer to invest at 15-25x fwd P/E or 30-50x fwd P/E? 3. Guidance is issued by the quarter, so we will only know officially in November 2026 for that biggest inflection in Q4. 4. Institutions are rotating back and forth between value stocks and growth stocks; out of AI, into AI stocks; one week risk-on, another week risk-off. They are trading much more frequently now. 5. Most AMD analysts are becoming more and more bullish, but projections and forecasts are still 30–50% lower than what management has provided so far. We all know Dr. Su is the queen of sandbagging, so adjust accordingly. This is the first time I heard her tell analysts directly on the Q&A that their estimates are too low. 6. Institutions are accepting that agentic AI is going to have a severe shortage and that it will also take time for TSMC to scale. The largest CPU ramp will be #1 AMD, then #2 NVIDIA from Q4 2026. So institutions have some months to play around and see what the Federal Reserve is saying. TSMC is scaling 11-15 2nm Fabs at the fastest pace since its inception btw!!! 7. TSMC does not really disclose customers' allocation, so most of us are projecting from available data, which makes growth 10x more difficult to predict. However, AMD is TSMC’s third largest customer and is on track to become the second largest. The largest CoWoS allocation increase for 2027 is AMD, per a Morgan Stanley note. 8. Just because I gave out my personal PT does not mean it will get there. It may be higher or lower. I just know that even at $800 it would be trading at 30–35x FY2027 P/E, which is reasonable for triple-digit growth, in my opinion. A few potential rate hikes could lower forward P/E a bit, but they will not be able to stop the J-curve quarters and years from AMD over the next 3–5 years. 9. Yield is getting pretty attractive for fixed income folks, so semiconductor stocks do have competition. The demand for capital is so high right now that yields rise monthly to build out data centers. That is the reality most of us have to accept. It is funny that the folks lending the capital to hyperscalers, AI labs, and neoclouds have some of the most bearish takes on the AI industrial revolution. 10. We just had one of the biggest deleveraging events in semis that blew up many accounts from the U.S. to South Korea. 10. People call me crazy in 2024-2025 to say AMD may hit $620 (my old personal PT) by end of 2026, we werent really that far off $620 2 months ago:)). Again, I been covering AMD for years, and Agentic AI demand is going to pump CPU demand by 50-100x vs 2024-2025. We are only 6 months in, and Agents are now using 14x more tokens than Human. Keep in mind, we are only 3-5 agents on average across all Enterprises. We are just so early. Medium-Long Term, Hyperscalers, AI labs and Enterprises will scale to hundreds and thousands of Agents doing tasks 24/7 using various AI Models from cheap to most expensive. People called me crazy in 2024–2025 for saying AMD may hit $620 (my old personal PT) by the end of 2026. We weren’t really that far off $620 two months ago. Alright, that is it. Not Financial Advice!
