If Aidan Kearney or any of his supporters ever try to play on emotions saying the people who are trying to put him in prison are terrible and they're hurting his children, you play them this. Jennifer McCabe did NOTHING. Brian Albert did NOTHING. Colin Albert did NOTHING. Brian Higgins did NOTHING. And yet Aidan Kearney harassed and tormented these people and laughed and laughed about the joy he would take in seeing them go to prison. The truth is Aidan Kearney is alleged to have broken the law. Aidan Kearney is alleged to have committed several felonies which were a direct attack on the sanctity of our justice system and if convicted, Aidan Kearney belongs in prison. He and he alone is responsible for his predicament. It is not the witnesses fault, not the law's fault, and not the "system's" fault. He is solely and squarely responsible for what he did. To date, nothing has deterred him. He has shown no semblance of remorse. And trust me Pipsqueak, there will be a full house the day you are sentenced and your victims get to give impact statements. AIDAN KEARNEY ISSUES NEW VEILED THREAT TO WITNESSES Last night, on episode 905, Aidan Kearney, while talking about reports contained in a new discovery dump from the Karen Read case where multiple witnesses express reluctance to testify in trial 2 due to ongoing harassment from Kearney and his fans, Kearney threatens a witness against him, Jennifer McCabe, that she will be "exposed" at his upcoming trial. McCabe is both a victim and witness in the charges against him and he is publicly stating if she testifies, he will attack and embarrass her. While impeaching witnesses is a normal process in any court proceeding, is issuing this type of threat in a case specifically dealing with witness intimidation coupled with his 3 plus year long harassment campaign against McCabe really the wisest thing to do? He simply will not stop tormenting these people.

This is a prime example of how effortlessly Turtleboy lies to his audience. I ran a transcript on the video, to create captions, so if you idiots are hearing impaired, you can read along. Judge Belazos was talking about a motion to dismiss relying on prosecutorial immunity in the civil case against Attorney Cosgrove. He was predicting that the case is frivilous and DOA, and unlikely to disqualify Cosgrove from the criminal case. He was not endorsing the third motion to dismiss filed months ago by Kearney's defense, which is largely recycled from the previous two that were already denied. The little narcissist is just trying to manufacture a "win" for his wounded ego, and is counting on all of you to be so stupid that you believe him and reinforce it. Also, don't give him your hard-earned money. He has admitted all his legal fees are paid up to date and he's buying himself a house. He doesn't need your money, he's just greedy.

As part of his pretrial release, Aidan Kearney has been ordered to stay away/have no contact with the named victims in his cases. This involves third-party contact This is Aidan Kearney encouraging third-party contact today, May 28th, 2026. He clarifies that he wants his followers to do what he cannot currently do lest he be arrested, and make the victims in his case "uncomfortable." If even 10 people takes the time to ask Michael Morrissey why he continues to allow not only witnesses, but crime victims, to continually endure harassment and intimidation while the defendant openly flouts conditions of his pretrial release, literally for years now, maybe the system will finally do something. He's not directly involved in the case, because he handed it off due to a phantom "conflict" that would exist in no other county in this country (lest defendants would just grind the system to a hault by criticizing prosecutors online to have their case conflicted out), but the prosecutor who is routinely is in the NCDA office, so I'm sure someone will get him the message. This pool guy was called to find a leak that no one else could find. Within a little while he detected the leak around a jet. He wasn’t sure why no one could find it. The only way to permanently fix the leak was to jackhammer into the concrete and replace the pipe which would roughly cost $5K. Or, you could temporarily fix the leak with some putty for about $25. This is why I don’t own a pool anymore. If it could go wrong it would. Seems like there is always an issue with a pool. If you were the homeowner, would you spend the $5K to replace the pipe and not worry about it for a long time or would you just keep temporarily fixing it with putty?

Are republicans OK with Trump continuing to lie, or do they not think that his lies are lies? Yesterday Trump claimed that he's not allowed to testify in his NY criminal case because he's under a gag order. Anyone with half a brain would know that a gag order doesn't stop you from testifying, and criminal defendants always have the option of testifying. Stop believing what Trump says.

I say this with the clearest mind possible: I don't know if there is a more likable fighter in combat sports right now than AJ. Is there anyone out there who doesn't just want the best for that guy? The way he speaks to the media, the way he speaks to the fans with a smile on his face, he's so reflective and mindful. Call me a mark. Call me whatever you want... Do you really think this is the type of guy who would fix a fight? At this stage, people are crying that fights are fixed every week. It is tiresome.
