This is Aidan Kearney. Aidan Kearney is currently awaiting trial for multiple counts of witness intimidation. As part of his pretrial release, Aidan Kearney has been ordered to stay away/have no contact with the named victims in his cases. This involves third-party contact This is Aidan Kearney encouraging third-party contact today, May 28th, 2026. He clarifies that he wants his followers to do what he cannot currently do lest he be arrested, and make the victims in his case "uncomfortable." If even 10 people takes the time to ask Michael Morrissey why he continues to allow not only witnesses, but crime victims, to continually endure harassment and intimidation while the defendant openly flouts conditions of his pretrial release, literally for years now, maybe the system will finally do something. He's not directly involved in the case, because he handed it off due to a phantom "conflict" that would exist in no other county in this country (lest defendants would just grind the system to a hault by criticizing prosecutors online to have their case conflicted out), but the prosecutor who is routinely is in the NCDA office, so I'm sure someone will get him the message. A couple things: #1 You will never convince me that Aidan Kearney recorded this call with Karen Read to play for his non-existent "therapist" as he has previously claimed, and then screen recorded it for "safekeeping." This is obviously blackmail. Make no mistake - he is the one who screen recorded it. His text notifications pop up, as you can see. #2 I am bothered that what I have recieved is in clips. Without context the statements she makes, although seemingly incriminating, are not entirely clear. This is frustrating for me and has prevented me from posting. But this one is clear enough. Adam Deitch for District Attorney, please explain why you were having private conversations with a murder defendant during an investigation you spearheaaded which yielded zero arrests, indictments or evidence of any conspiracy, public corruption or malfeasance, just to have that murder defendant leak it all to a blogger. You can answer here, or I will simply find you out on the campaign trail and ask you in front of all those voters you are attempting to woo. You can lie to yourself and think I won't, but I promise you, I will, and I will bring this recording with me.

This is what we know. Jessica M. (Leslie) Sutton has agreed to plead to one count of felony criminal contempt and gotten a really good deal, before she was ever even indicted. The media has widely reported this is in connection to the Karen Read case. According to Turtleboy, she has a friend, who has had her phone seized by the FBI in connection to this case, who Turtleboy has a longstanding prior relationship with and has talked to "like a million times." So right off the bat, there is an admitted connection between Leslie and Turtleboy. As of today, Turtleboy is under federal court order to return all federal discovery materials from Karen Read's case, and destroy all copies. Oh, and he's done a complete 180 on having any inside information into this federal grand jury, but the internet is forever. Proof contained in video below. I'm sure that the FBI is probably already aware of most of this. Out of his own mouth, #Turtleboy admits that he and Karen Read have known since February (as well as Read's attorneys) that the federal investigation was closed without any targets, arrests or findings of wrongdoing. They hid that from the public and lied about it for months because the trial was ongoing, and Karen wanted to mislead the public into accquitting her. Shameful. There are no "real killers." Several law enforcement agencies investigated this and only ever found evidence to support Karen Read being the killer. Because she is. This is innocence fraud, and it is the antithesis of justice. The Commonwealth's theory in the #KarenReadTrial is that Karen, while drunk, angry and on the heels of a spat with John O'Keefe, backed up her car at 24mph, struck him around 12:31am-12:32am, and then left him to succumb to his massive head injury and the cold. We know from the forensic data on O'Keefe's phone that he moved for the last time, 36 steps in 20 seconds of movement, between 12:31am - 12:32am. His cell phone remained under his body, with the battery temperature dropping and the cameras obstructed, from 12:32am until he was found just after 6am, in the same spot Karen admits she left him. Karen's phone, on the other hand, connected to John's wifi at 12:36am. Karen states she left John near the flag pole and went straight to his house. Judging by the drive time, all illustrated below, she left John at the flagpole outside of 34 Fairview Road at the exact time that he stopped moving forever. Let that sink in. The drive from 34 Fairview road to John's home on Meadows Ave is 3 minutes, 41 seconds.

Let's talk about the truth vs. the way Turtleboy falsey presents himself. In a 2018 deposition, the then-still-married Kearney admitted that his schoolteacher wife was the breadwinner and paid all the bills, while he sat home unemployed and blogging and bought her no gifts outside of the occassional "pair of jeans from Walmart". His wife was ALWAYS the only person on the mortgage. Did his Karen Read windfall improve his poor wife's situation? No. Per their divorce, Kearney is only paying $400 a week for two children. That's certainly not the lowest number, but it's not very high, particularly when you think about how much money he claims to make. His wife got the house, but she is still the only person responsible for the mortgage. Fair enough, one would suppose, except she has to work TWO JOBS including nights at a chicken finger booth to pay for their children's wants and needs, because Kearney flat out refuses. What else does he refuse to pay for/do for his kids? Stay tuned. If you see his ex wife in the chicken finger booth, please quietly tip her extra, and don't tell her why or make it into a thing. She deserves it more than you know.

One of the most disheartening parts of "LawTube", is their complete willlingness to either gloss over the nuances of the law or misstate it all together to fit the narrative that they most benfit from ($). People want to be told what they want to hear and their reliance on that positive feeback loop is what makes these people money. It's not that they don't know these things, they do, but they are appealing to their own authority to cover up the glaring lapsed in their biased, commercially driven coverage. This is abundantly clear in the dogshit "analysis" already being thrown out there of the newly-filed defamation lawsuit against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. The only thing that Turtleboy has to hypothetically offer to the Commonwealth in the "deal" he's cooking up/hoping for in his head is to turn on Karen Read and rat her out. He explicitly says that he will consider doing "this" in return for no jail time. We all know what "this" is. So what we've got here is Turtleboy openly admitting he wants to play ball to stay out of "jail". He is actually facing *prison* time so I think no matter what he will be avoiding jail.
