A mistrial is just delaying the inevitable in the Lindsay Clancy case. Massachussetts does not convict high-profile female defendants. The facts of the case don't matter once the jury gets in that room. If the Karen Read case showed us anything, the second trial is more of a circus, and fundamentally less fair, led by whatever direction social media decides to take it. Social media should not have this much power, but it does. Instead of looking at each of these cases in a vacuum, we should take the time to ask ourselves, why are we allowing things to continue this way? No matter which way the pendulum may swing online, it's not proper or acceptable. This is not justice. This is mob rule beholden to the capricious whims of the brain rotted internet.

A couple things: #1 You will never convince me that Aidan Kearney recorded this call with Karen Read to play for his non-existent "therapist" as he has previously claimed, and then screen recorded it for "safekeeping." This is obviously blackmail. Make no mistake - he is the one who screen recorded it. His text notifications pop up, as you can see. #2 I am bothered that what I have recieved is in clips. Without context the statements she makes, although seemingly incriminating, are not entirely clear. This is frustrating for me and has prevented me from posting. But this one is clear enough. Adam Deitch for District Attorney, please explain why you were having private conversations with a murder defendant during an investigation you spearheaaded which yielded zero arrests, indictments or evidence of any conspiracy, public corruption or malfeasance, just to have that murder defendant leak it all to a blogger. You can answer here, or I will simply find you out on the campaign trail and ask you in front of all those voters you are attempting to woo. I made sure the prosecutors got them. Sometimes people lie. Sometimes people fake cry to try to get some type of brownie points with a weird online cult, while on the day of the supposed "intimidation", at the same time it was happening no less, they are cool as a cucumber and only worried about a parking ticket. Also if you read that first part of the report, you'd think I may have followed her or something. Pulled my car in near hers and all that. Except, I was going to meet someone that day and therefore was texting. So I was able to show prosecutors that I was already parked when that woman pulled her car into the parking lot I was already parked in, because I saw her pull in and thought it was weird. Awkward.
