According to USSS spokesman Anthony Guglielmi, there were four total counter-sn*per teams watching over the event. The development is odd because it suggests that multiple teams appeared to be looking at or toward Crooks who somehow managed to get off a clear shot on Trump. Out of the four counter-sn*per teams, two were USSS, and two were local teams. A "local marksman" also engaged but was not the one to fire the fatal shot.
