More than anything, the commanding/training officer who trained those ladies shud be sacked first. If u cannot train them to lift such a decent weight object , they need to be fired first.

Why blame CO? Blame Govt for pushing for induction of lady officers. And physical training standards are set by army policy makers. If they're put to same standards as men not a single lady would get recruited.
