In HBR Layout, CM instructed officials to fix the bottleneck near the railway track and directed town planning changes to stop basement parking and low-lying house construction in flood-prone areas.

Every CM & his ministers have been watching these encroachments when it floods in residential areas in Bangalore If there are some deaths or loss of property then they start breaking the constructed houses of the poor but mind it only poor when it reaches the home of powerful it is stopped & everything is forgotten.
