Scrapping the two-child benefit cap only increases dependency on welfare and reduces the incentive for parents to work. It is only fair that people on benefits should have to make the same decisions about having children as everyone else. The Conservative solution is the only one that works: cut spending, cut tax. back business, get the deficit down and live within our means.
