A man who researched confidence and self-belief for 60 years…what Solskjær is speaking to here is Sir Alex using one of Bandura’s well researched sources of confidence - verbal persuasion. Great coaching is identifying the problem, finding the root cause, and determine a viable solution. ⁠ ⁠ If hitters are pulling their shoulder (or head) or stepping out, learn how to figure out what is causing them to pull their shoulder/head or step out. It's almost always a motor control/coordination/motor visual issue. Hossjob Hitting
