I’m refactoring the Dual Axe to make it feel more unique compared to other melee weapons. The new direction focuses on ranged AoE, enemy control, and a chained axe that can hook enemies from a distance and pull them closer. New look at 'Samson' gameplay: • Play as a gritty "action hero" and not a super soldier or martial artist • Melee combat will feel desperate, chaotic and "hit like a freight train" • Break parts of the environment and use them as a weapon • Emphasis on vehicle combat. I added Mirage Tower to the game and Route 111! (WIP) I also added a NEW MAJOR mechanic! Wild Overworld pokemon can now appear AND can be shiny! Some of them will try to run from you and some of them will TRY to attack you so look out for them!

Combat against AI enemies in GZW should now feel more challenging. NPCs react more dynamically, reposition more frequently, and their numbers have increased in late-game areas. We’ve also fixed several AI-related bugs. Let us know how fighting AI feels after Patch 0.4.2.0!

Switch Axe will receive an array of changes at launch. Charging the gauge in Axe Mode is now easier, while Sword Mode is now more powerful and responsive to match gauge consumption. Full Release Slash has also received a bump in feel and power to feel like a powerful finisher!

There used to be a time where fighting in the Frostlands with your light saber was actually a challenge.. Now, you can fight the new brute with a weak 4 star weapon and defeat them before your stamina needs to recharge. LEGO Fortnite , LEGO Fortnite Status PLEASE, for the sake of your entire community, stop listening to the reddit when it comes to combat. Combat is such a crucial aspect of making this game fun, and nerfing enemies and buffing weapons to make the combat EASY, even when on EXPERT is a problem.

You can now resize any screen and watch it render in HTML mode to test responsiveness in real-time (responsive screens work best for web designs versus mobile designs). We’ve also added the keyboard essentials you’ve been missing: Undo/Redo and Cut/Copy/Paste for entire screens. You can also rename and delete screens to keep your workspace tidy. A customizable background will help you navigate. Build faster 🚀.

🏃 Movement + Animation Update: Following feedback on the Official Trailer from December, we've been further tuning and polishing Stuffy's movement to make it more responsive and fluid. We hope this video is a promising glimpse of our much-requested progress in this area! What's New? - Stuffy is now ~10% smaller, granting more playable space and control (to accurately fit inside of a 'layered' segment, land tight jumps, etc.) - Stuffy's run speed was increased, and with better acceleration. - Stuffy now reacts to 'extreme' rising and falling velocities, so they'll flail around dramatically when popping out of a Blink Bubble, bouncing on a Trampoline, or falling from big jumps. - We've updated and added all-new animations and the method of blending them. This includes animations for idle jump and land, running jump and land, quick turn while running, and more. - We've increased Stuffy's max jump height, strength, and overall weight. - We've also increased the global gravity for less floaty physics. - A more visible drop shadow was added to help judge landing. Why these changes? From our own testing and public feedback, we realized the physics were not properly tuned after a big refactoring made in 2023... resulting in a floaty look. Sadly, the fixes weren't investigated in time for the trailer! Our goal was always to improve the animation blending and movement style. Thanks to your feedback, we were able to pinpoint the biggest problems and begin fixing them. 💖 Our work isn't done! You'll notice some bugs in the video. 🐞 We plan to continue polishing the movement with time, including new animations that help Stuffy react to the environment even better. However, this is a step in the right direction and it feels much nicer to use (and look at)! You'll also spot some of the Wardrobe in action!
