Land Nav Training: FOR FREE IMO, land nav is an exceptionally important skill to have. Relying solely on GPS and electronic means to navigate is setting yourself up for disaster. I recently found this old Army web game. It lets you: -plot points using MGRS/UTM -Plot azimuths -route plan... -determine distance (sorta, it kinda cheats for you) -terrain associate -keep a pace count -validate your map work by actually walking your route and finding points that are scored like an Army land nav course. Also for some reason it lets you drop a PT belt on the ground. IDK why, but that's awesome (SGM will be very upset if you leave your PT belt on the land nav course). This doesnt replace real training. there are so many nuances to actually doing land nav that cant be replicated. But this is a fantastic intro or refresher tool. Link in next postshow more

Hot take, but Land Nav is a skill some people are just better at than others. Practice will absolutely make you better, but some people just have zero internal compass while others don’t even need a protractor.

This is a great thing to know about. Also there's a game on steam called LANDNAV that is pretty good for practicing. Overall it's very similar just less like it was developed by the gov.

We, , just launched Portfolio Performance Curve on Console. This allows you to visualize your account performance, and you can compare it to a benchmark like Nifty 50. We're probably the only broker to offer this feature in India and possibly worldwide. The performance curve is calculated in a similar way to the NAV of mutual funds. DIGITAL TWIN UPDATE: The Unreal Engine digital twin project is CANCELLED! WE ARE OPEN SOURCING THE WORK!!!!!!! Instead, I'm building an end-to-end land management platform I'm calling Mazzap because it's an app and it's a map and also I'm Mr. Mazza. I'm also not calling a digital twin anymore; I'm calling it a V.E.I.L. which stands for Virtually Embodied Intelligent Land which serves the dual purpose of sounding way cooler and also conveys the long-term aims of the prject way better. With Mazzap anyone can easily generate a veil with nothing but publicly available data (and some photogrammetry objects if you so choose). Everything is perfectly georefrenced and you can right-click anywhere on your veil to get coordinates you can plug into google maps yourself. The next step for this is going to be building a survey companion mobile app so you can get field data yourself complete with attribute tables to drop in to get even HIGHER fidelity data than USGS. My stretch goal is using something like SAM 3D (but better) to generate georefrenced 3d tree assets based on the real trees on your land (which will eventually lead to growth and fruiting simulators based on your soil and hydrology data). This man is a GenX’er and he realized a long time ago that there was going to be no retirement for him. “I sold all the things that I had, cashed in my retirement, and purchased some land out here in Tennessee to live on. And now what I have to do is pay for permission to live on this land, buy permits, and I also have to pay taxes, every year, whatever amount they decide, forever, in this land of the “free”. You can never escape this system they have built for us. There is no end to it. It goes on forever, until you die. However, let's learn to do things how it's done so that it can be how it should be. Regardless of wherever you are in Nigeria, don't buy land without title documents. They won't ask you if you are Igbo or Yoruba. They will ask for your documents. Receipts, survey plans, and contracts of land sale aren't title documents. In Europe, America, South Africa, or anywhere the principle of "Quicquid plantatur solo, solo cedit" (whatever is attached to the land belongs to the landowner) is applicable, you can't just build on land that you don't have its title document. It will end in tears. See, the law is the law. If you have title documents and your property is earmarked for demolition because the government needs it, you will be adequately compensated. But if the land isn't yours, no one will compensate you. And that's why when buying lands, you must make sure you get the title documents: either excision, C of O, or Governor's consent. I've said it countless times before in pretty much all my videos over the last year(s): If you're serious about software engineering (i.e., you want to get or keep a job or get serious work done) => You NEED to be open to AI! Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI. When using it correctly. As a tool. Which is what we're all still figuring out.

Every single Yorùbá person should get a hold of history and map of Nigeria. Show your kids your territory and teach them to defend their father's land. At this present-time in America, if you want to set up a protest against the data center construction in your town, and call out your local representative while doing so that is now an ARRESTABLE OFFENSE. It doesn't matter what you actually say on social media, it is apparently up to the state DA, and local police. Arrested...WITHOUT a warrant, or probable cause because they don't like what you said online and twisted it to turn it into a "threat". If you protest your enslavement by the Technocratic NWO, and especially if you get others to join you, you will be treated like a CRIMINAL. This is what we all have to look forward to in the "land of the free" and why I cannot bring myself to celebrate our 250 years of "freedom".

State trooper arrested farmer for trespassing on his own land. This is a crazy one because it blows your mind on how this happened. There is a back story behind this where both can be true at the same time. In this case the farmer does own the land, however this is taking place during a pipeline expansion through Iowa. This is an example of where the government steps in to push cooperation interests that supersedes the ownership of the land. So during construction of the pipeline, the government gave a form of temporary ownership of this farmer's land to the pipeline company while they lay the new pipeline. This farmer was ordered to stay off that strip where the pipeline was being laid until completion. So yes it was his land but not during that construction. According to the information I dug up on this as merky as it is, the pipeline was completed in 2017. Again info is merky on some of this which is why I'm not including names and etc as I'm finding multiple sources on this regarding names of the troopers and farmer that conflict. The real question is, do you feel it's right that the government has the ability to force the pipeline to run though this farmer's land without his consent? There was compensation for the use of the land but the court documents I found say that the farmer claimed the offer was below market value which was part of his protest against this. If you have more info to share on this, I would love to read it in the comments.
