I can normally hold my own on roller coasters but I had to do this one at Legoland back-to-back so both my kids could go and it broke me. I had to sit down after and wasn’t the same the rest of the day. Am I washed?

Looking back to humble beginnings back in 2017 doing as many burlesque classes as I possibly could. I would do at least 3 classes a week for years, making sure my work schedule could fit around my new burning passion (or ADHD hyperfixation). Now, burlesque is more than my passion or my job, it's my entire life. I wouldn't have it any other way ❤️

I am completely exhausted… I no longer have the strength to endure all of this pain. Everything feels heavier day after day, and I keep trying to hold on to what is left of me… for Rafif, and for my family. But the truth is that I am slowly falling apart, piece by piece, under this endless fear, pressure, and exhaustion. Please… don’t leave us without support. Power Rows 🚂 Underrated exercise to help blow up your deadlift and make your back jacked AF. Here’s me hitting 315×8- focusing on being as explosive as possible. I’ll typically do these as a secondary exercise on deadlift days, after my main deadlift and hip hinge work. These are featured in a lot of my Powertrain programs, and they’re a huge part of how I build strength AND size in the posterior chain. ☑️Pro tip: Cue “chest down” when you drive your elbows back to initiate the row- this keeps your torso in a good position and takes your legs mostly out of the lift

Stop rotating back. I still see so many players instantly rushing back into rotation without looking to follow up on a teammate’s clear or going for bumps. It is not always bad to rotate back, but do not automatically default to it, especially if you trust your teammates on defense. Here is an example of me forcing for my teammates and scoring off their clear by staying upfield.
