Late night experiment. I built a demo that generates 3D environments from images into 3DGS, then uses them as a spatial reference for directing real-time AR camera movements. The capture is then run through Seedance 2.0 for the final output. all running on the web via three.js↓

Seedance 2.0 can't read your mind about where the lamp is. You have to show it. Built a spatially annotated reference board inside on higgsfield —GPT Image 2 for the spatial package. Front view, reverse view, every prop numbered and locked. Then fed it straight to Seedance. Same platform. Same session. The character walks to ①Lava Lamp. Touches it. Exact position. Every time. Top half of screen: the reference board. Bottom half: the shot.

Found a way to make nano-banana-pro insanely cost-effective on fal I built a workflow that generates 9 4K images for a total of $0.21. That’s just $0.023 per image. That is a ~92% cost reduction. The key is grid generation. I added a 'Crop Node' as a workflow utility specifically for this. It takes the grid output, splits it, and then we upscale everything using SeedVR

Ok, this is absurd. You can choreograph a complex action scene in Blender with basic shapes, then let Seedance make it real. You need to try this AI filmmaking workflow: 1. Generate a start frame in Midjourney 2. Block out the action in Blender 3. Feed both to Seedance My Blender reference was just rough timing, camera shake, and spatial choreography, and Seedance tracked the speed, motion, and action way better than I expected. This is the difference between describing a shot and directing one.
