Some feedbacks Normalize company names, it is the bare minimum. Not normalizing it means the number of companies on ur homepage is wrong Pull job data in. Current implementation is replicable in one or 2 prompts n an extremely thin layer against an already searchable source

Multiple Indian companies are saying it's really easy to get work in New Zealand Now that I've started looking for these promotional videos by Indian companies, I've found way too many, which is really concerning. Because investors just realized something nobody wanted to admit: AI doesn't make software companies stronger. AI makes software companies OBSOLETE. Morgan Stanley: "In an environment of heightened investor skepticism, stable growth falls short of shifting the narrative." Good earnings aren't enough anymore. What does it actually mean to be AI native? There was no clear guide on the internet for how to become AI native so we built the definitive one (60 min masterclass): 1. An AI native org has 3 layers: people for strategy and taste, agents for execution, and a shared context layer that makes the entire company readable to agents. 2. AI eats the middle of your work. You used to spend 80% of your day on execution. Now agents do that. Your job is the bookends: deciding what to do and judging whether it's good enough. 3. Everyone is a manager now. Microsoft just banned its own engineers from using AI. The tool was literally costing MORE than the humans it was supposed to replace. They lied to you about AI adoption and now the whole narrative is blowing up: Microsoft gave thousands of engineers access to Claude Code six months ago and encouraged them to use it. Engineers loved it and adoption exploded. But then the invoices arrived. Token-based pricing means every query, every code review, every debugging session costs money. At scale across 100,000 engineers, the numbers became so large that Microsoft issued an internal order to cancel nearly all Claude Code licenses by end of June and force everyone onto their own cheaper tool instead. The company that invested $5 billion in Anthropic just told its own people to stop using Anthropic's product because it costs too much. Uber's story is even worse... Their CTO Praveen Neppalli Naga told The Information that the budget he planned for the full year was "blown away already" by April. Uber had rolled out Claude Code in December 2025. By March, 84% of their 5,000 engineers were using it with 70% of all committed code coming from AI systems. Heavy users were burning $500 to $2,000 per month each. Naga himself spent $1,200 in a single two-hour demo session. The company had even built internal leaderboards ranking engineers by how much AI they used. They literally gamified the spending and then ran out of money. Now look at what Nvidia's own VP of applied deep learning Bryan Catanzaro said to Axios last month. Direct quote: "For my team, the cost of compute is far beyond the costs of the employees." This is a VP at the company that SELLS the chips saying that using AI is more expensive than paying humans. Think about what this means for the entire AI narrative. Every CEO on every earnings call for the past two years has said the same thing: AI will make us more efficient, reduce headcount, and cut costs. The stock market rewarded every company that said it. Fired workers, stock goes up. Announced AI adoption, stock goes up. But the actual companies deploying AI at scale are discovering the math doesn't work. The MORE employees use AI, the HIGHER the bill. Goldman Sachs forecasts a 24x increase in token consumption by 2030 as companies adopt AI agents. Gartner just published a report showing that even though individual token prices will drop 90% by 2030, total enterprise AI costs will go UP because agents consume exponentially more tokens per task than basic tools. Meta built an internal dashboard called "Claudeonomics" to track which employees use the most AI. Amazon started pushing engineers to "tokenmaxx," their internal term for consuming as many AI tokens as possible. Both companies are spending hundreds of billions on AI infrastructure this year alone. And Microsoft, the company that bet its entire future on AI, just told 100,000 engineers to stop using the tool they liked best because the per-token bills got out of control. The companies building AI are telling investors it saves money. The companies using AI are finding out it costs more than the humans it was supposed to replace. And even the company that makes the chips just admitted it through its own VP. People are literally paying tree companies like mine to get rid of trees. You show up with a truck, you haul it away and they're thanking you for it. 2) Then you split it, you stack it and you season it for a few months and sell it for $300 to $600 per cord. Startup costs are almost nothing, a chainsaw, an axe or a log splitter and a truck and you can rent a log splitter for $70 a day. You could be in this business for under $800. Some people start with even less by borrowing equipment and this is perfect because the demand is consistent. People need fire wood every single winter. It's not a fad, it's not going away and it's local and in the summertime you sell to the barbecue enthusiast. You're not competing with Amazon or big corporations, you 're competing with maybe three other guys in the area that don't even know what a website is. The work is physical but it's simple, you're going to the gym anyway. Cut, split, stack, deliver. No complicated systems, no tech skills required. You run this entire business from your phone with a Facebook marketplace and a Craigslist ad and winter's coming. The kicker is that you build up a customer base and then they come back every single year. So it's recurring revenue without a subscription model. People find a firewood guy that they trust and they stick with them forever. You could realistically do $50,000 to $150,000 a year seasonally working part-time. I'm stumped why more people aren't doing this.

As you know, I’ve spent most of the last decade fighting for better rights and a better deal for UK Veterans. I’m really proud of what we achieved. But I always wanted to achieve more. Much more. I do not accept that veterans are a charity - now even more so than when I made my maiden speech to Parliament ten years ago. I want veterans to access the very best opportunities and services - when they want, how they want to, in a way in which they feel most comfortable, using class-leading technologies. I’m excited to say I’ve been working closely with Alfie from Fill Your Boots (I know, right?!), Ben the CEO of Forces Horizon, and a whole load of other partners who I thought were particularly impressive from my time in office, to fix the issues we still face using the power of innovative tech and artificial intelligence. VeteranX is the result. VeteranX is a UK Tech company founded by Alfie and myself which is building the world’s most comprehensive AI powered platform for veterans, fusing the most powerful large language models and the best datasets on military skills and what they mean for employment after service, together with the most complete integration of third-party resources (Government and Charity), to produce the best global Veteran user experience right here in the UK. It’s for everyone - I’m tired of the competitive nature of the veterans care sector, that still leaves too many out in the cold.
