That’s because it is true and represents a major transition from the more Wild Wild West of prototype development to a more operational, maturing space launch and spacecraft system. After Flight 11, much of the original orbital launch site systems, from the launch mount, to the water deluge & supporting systems are about to be replaced by a brand-new & much more reliable, survivable & rapidly reusable system. These changes will even make the iconic imagery we are familiar with just historical memories. Let me reiterate that interference with drainage channels is a serious environmental offence. Such actions obstruct the free flow of storm water and increase the risk of flooding within our communities. The suspects will be charged accordingly.
