I believe @DavidBaszucki needs to retire. If he keeps trying to push for this it will destroy Roblox unfortunately I don’t believe he has the best interest for the platform any more and only cares about the money.

Roblox should not be a dating website.

Roblox is basically trying to turn their entire community on them... they are trying to get players to leave, developers to leave, and allow more pedos on the site.. As a player of 12 years, I've never seen it go this downhill.

I think David needs to realise, (that if, he already dosen’t) that Roblox is a platform primarily made up of kids and young teens. Pushing the idea of Roblox becoming a dating platform rather than a gaming platform is something to dream about.

I’m aware that SOME online relationships come out okay but the chances of that happening are lower than roblox not pissing off the community for a whole month...

I don't think they wanna be a gaming website. Did you already forget the Metaverse? They wanna be everything. They wanna be gaming, connection, life and other things nobody asked for. Which includes dating. And well out of everything dating is ofc what catches the most attention.

Absurd. Roblox is already under scrutiny in regards to child safety (which also falls under a parents' responsibility). If I hadn't heard this from Kreek, I would've assumed it was an engagement bait post. As a mom of a child who plays roblox, it's disturbing.
