Nice drill from day 2 of Sabres development camp. 1 v 1 wall work down low with offensive support to make it a 2 v 1. Quick track back, stick lift retrieval to a 2 v 1. Defenseman encouraged to play a tight gap on the 2 v 1 coming back.

This is the drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway as of this morning. Honestly, it looks like a bomb went off up here. Never seen anything like it. There are more trees down than up. Absolutely horrific.

Here is a drill to help you learn what it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.
