I called this out in my latest video when we were at all time highs: -First 2 weeks of October are bearish and any big headline event could collapse the market. -This is accelerated by the fact that everyone is trying to time the 4 year cycle and feeling fearful. -October should flip bullish in the 2nd two weeks of October after the shock factor from the step up in issuance is over and we approach the next cut. Relax.

And there is broad agreement that we should be increasing diplomatic strength on both sides progressively to reach their levels in the past. We are already in the process of doing that. You would have seen that the High Commissioners have returned uh to their positions. We have a High Commissioner in our mission in Canada and similarly the Canadian mission is headed now by a High Commissioner. We, let me tell you that the numbers are currently at levels better than what we had in 2023. And we continue to take steps to take this to the next level in keeping with the expanded agenda and ambition. And we are taking this uh on a step-by-step basis. Randhir Jaiswal
