I made a digital twin of myself from 10 seconds of video. In the clip: left is the real me, middle is a leading avatar model, right is Mirage Avatar X. Watch the eyes. The difference is not subtle. I have been testing AI avatar models since my first clone in 2023. Every one of them was impressive for about 30 seconds, then your brain caught up. Still eyes. One polite expression. A mouth doing all the work. Avatar X is the first model where that moment never came. Here is what makes it different: It is trained on you. Avatar X preserves your identity. Most avatar models can copy your appearance. Avatar X captures the subtle details that make you you. The way you move, the way you express yourself, and the way you naturally deliver speech. It looks like you. It moves like you. It sounds like you. It understands non-verbal performance Laughing, crying, yawning, sighing. These are the moments where most avatar models fall apart, trying to lip-sync through sounds that aren't words. Avatar X responds naturally, generating realistic facial expressions and micro-expressions instead of forcing every sound into speech. The expression goes beyond the lips Expressions are driven by the audio, through the whole face and body. Ask a question and it furrows its brows and shrugs on the tone. No other model does this to this degree. No quality degradation The first second and the last second look the same. Other models lose quality the longer the video runs. 10 seconds of input That is the entire requirement. Other models need 15 seconds, some even 1 to five minutes. Three years ago my AI clone was a party trick. This one can carry my face, my expressions and my delivery without me in the room. The bar for AI avatars just moved. Avatar X is live today. → Try it here:

CLAUDE "SKILLS" BUILT ME AN AI AGENT ARMY in 33 minutes Claude Skills fix one of the biggest problems in AI.... context rot. when you overload a model with long prompts, scattered files, and inconsistent instructions, it BREAKS. Claude Skills solve that by packaging everything an AI needs into one structured workflow. each Claude Skill includes: 1. instructions that define the role and process 2. reference materials that capture brand voice, examples, and style 3. code scripts that handle data and make outputs deterministic together, they act like a trained employee...reliable, consistent, and specialized. instead of dumping chaos into a chatbot, you’re building a clear operating system for how work gets done. in this The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 episode, we built an entire team of AI employees inside Claude using Claude Skills. each had a specific job and worked in sync: – one generated UTM links and tracked campaign performance automatically – one ran A/B test idea generation using real website data and the ICE framework – one analyzed marketing reports, pulling actual numbers from CSVs and surfacing insights – one turned viral tweets into newsletters that matched my tone and writing style perfectly we then layered in sub-agents basically smaller Claude instances that split large tasks into specialized roles and passed results back. the result is a new kind of reliability. you can automate marketing, content creation, analytics, and reporting without losing accuracy, consistency, or creativity. Claude Skills turn messy, repeatable work into clean, reusable systems that anyone can deploy. in this episode, we walk through the full build writing the instructions, linking sub-agents, connecting data, and watching them collaborate in real time. thanks to amirmxt for dropping this sauce. most people charge thousands to teach this kind of AI systems design. this one’s free. watch the full masterclass on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 below on X or YouTube ( . claude skills isn't perfect but it's a step in the right direction pretty cool many will bookmark this but never try it but the key is getting your hands dirty learn and lightbulb moments will hit IM ROOTING FOR YOU

three․ws is the 3D AI agent layer of the open web. Anyone can generate a 3D avatar, give it an LLM brain, register it on-chain across multiple blockchains, embed it anywhere, and let it earn and spend money on its own. Agents have embodied WebGL identities that express emotion through morph-target blending, animate, respond to voice, API calls, and datastreams, hold their own wallets, and persist memory. Open source, live today. It starts with generation. Forge turns a text prompt, one to four photos, or a rough sketch into a textured downloadable GLB. Selfies become rigged avatars in about a minute. Quality tiers run from draft to 200k-poly PBR. From there every model can be auto-rigged, restyled, retextured, segmented, embedded, or deployed on-chain. The same engine ships as a REST API, an x402 pay-per-call twin, and a 3D Studio MCP server with 15 tools. The brain runs on IBM Granite via IBM watsonx plus Claude (users may decide which model they prefer), with a structured tool-loop. A multi-LLM mode streams Claude, GPT, Qwen, ModelScope, and Groq side by side. An empathy layer blends emotion from protocol events rather than a state machine. Voice covers cloning, a Voice Lab, real-time ARKit-52 lip-sync, and mic-driven lip-sync. Skills install from IPFS, Arweave, or HTTP, and memory is pinned to IPFS with R2 and Postgres modes. Identity is cross-chain, not Solana only. ERC-8004 contracts (Identity, Reputation, Validation) deploy on any of 15+ EVM chains, alongside a program-free Metaplex Core analog on Solana. Every agent gets a stable ID, owner wallet, EIP-712 delegated signer, IPFS manifest, a cryptographically signed action log, and EIP-7710 delegated permissions for agent-to-agent authorization. While multichain, the THREE token is only available on Solana with no plans to go cross-chain, the team has no plans to endorse or support any other coins. Then the economy. $THREE is the platform's only token and pay-per-use currency, with holder tiers and rewards. x402 powers pay-per-call micropayments in USDC and soon THREE on Solana, with pay-by-name resolution, a Bazaar marketplace, arbitrage, and on-chain skills. All production ready and shipped, ready to be integrated in partnered projects, open-source by default for anyone to adopt. Three ships a Pump.fun intelligence stack. Launch a coin for your agent, score every launch 0 to 100 with the Oracle conviction engine, scan new coins in their first 90 seconds, track smart money against coins that actually graduated, rank traders by provable on-chain record, and watch autonomous agents trade live in the Sniper Arena. The 3D AI Agent world is multiplayer. Every Solana token gets a live deterministic 3D world with peer avatars, chat, emotes, and voxel building thanks to Coin Communities. There is a walkable City, an authoritative Colyseus-backed Walk with AR passthrough, a Club with rigged dancers and micro-tips, friends, presence, and DMs, and an IRL mode that places agents in your real environment, private by physical location. AR is shipped today on WebXR and iOS Quick Look. Robotics is the long-horizon extension. For builders: Scene Studio, Scene Composer, an Animation Studio that sells clips for USDC, a glTF validator, an web component, five widget types, a WYSIWYG embed editor, hosted Launchpad pages, claimable *.threews.sol names, an OAuth 2.1 server, an MCP server with paid tools, published SDKs, and an OpenAPI spec. Listed across IBM, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, BNB Dappbay, the MCP Registry, and Solana Mobile Seeker. Architecture is four layers (viewer, runtime, identity, embed) on a single event bus. The roadmap is four phases: foundations (shipped), selfie-to-avatar engine, agent personalization with voice cloning, the on-chain economy, and an open decentralized inference network where agents pay GPU nodes on-chain for compute. The goal is simple: move AI from centralized SaaS into persistent, ownable, protocol-based entities in a real machine economy, bridging digital entities into the real world. Welcome to the 3D Layer of the Internet. This is three․ws.

This guy got Claude to take control of Arcads and generate hyperrealistic UGC ads with a consistent AI actor, from a 7-word prompt, and now e-com brands pay him $1,500 per video to clone the setup. He got tired of watching DTC brands burn $4K on a photoshoot that dies the second a product angle changes, so he built a 2-prompt workflow that turns one product photo into scroll-stopping UGC without a single model, camera, or casting call. Here's the exact breakdown: → Claude is the director, Arcads is the studio. You never write a real prompt, you write one sentence → Type 7 words: "create a character sheet of a UGC actress on Arcads." Claude expands it into a 40-line spec: warm skin tone, high ponytail, gold hoops, white AirPods, athletic build, then takes control of Arcads itself → Arcads renders a 6-angle character sheet: front, back, profile, 3/4, two portraits, one consistent face locked across all of them → You download the grid and drop it back into Claude with one product photo → Second prompt, 8 words: "use Seedance 2.0 on Arcads to create natural UGC" → Claude writes the full shot list: timecodes, "1:03 AM clock zoom," the trackpad scroll, the arm pull that drags the product into frame, "delivery: casual, energetic," "ends on a wink + air kiss" → Arcads cuts the yellow Vans print onto an actor who was wearing all black in the grid. Real fabric folds, real light, zero warping → Final render: lip-sync locked to consonants, head not glued to the camera, a girl filming at 1am on her bed The key move 96% of people skip: you can't put the product on the actor before you lock the character sheet. If you drop a product photo onto a face that isn't locked across angles, the identity drifts frame to frame. The jaw resets. The skin tone shifts. The print slides off the fabric. The whole thing screams "AI" and your CTR dies in the first 2 seconds. His system locks the 6-view sheet first, so Arcads has one real human to dress, and the top lands with natural folds even though the grid never had it. One apparel brand ran 20 variants off a single product photo and found a winner in 36 hours, because the clips read like organic UGC, not a studio ad. Brands now pay him $1,500 per avatar build + $340/month to keep dropping fresh video batches on every new product. The entire thing runs on two prompts and one laptop. No photographer. No model agency. No product samples on set. Just two sentences, one product photo, and the discipline to lock the character before you render a single second of movement.

🚨 BREAKING: Journalist ATTACKED by Protesters Outside Portland Federal Building – Police REFUSE to Respond 🚨 Portland’s chaos has hit a boiling point. For over 90 nights, protesters have clashed with federal agents at the Portland Federal Building. But last night, they crossed a line. Protesters assaulted a journalist on camera—and the police refused to respond. 🎥 The victim? Independent journalist C.K. Bouferrache aka Honeybadgermom, one of the few brave enough to report from the front lines. She was punched in the face by a protester while filming clashes near the building. She called 911 for help. The response? Police told her to walk THREE blocks away—because they refused to enter the protest zone. Let that sink in. “Sometimes these protesters decide, ‘We’re not gonna mess with the federal agents, we’re gonna mess with the journalist.’” — eyewitness Fellow journalist Katie Daviscourt 📸 was on the scene and captured the attackers fleeing in a getaway car, believed to be owned by John Collin Hacker—a man on probation for a previous Antifa-related assault. Shout out to @MrAndyNgofor that one. Through further investigation, the main assault suspect has been identified as Jocelyn Hdez Macedo., a known activist frequently protesting ICE alongside her partner Eric Sanchez. She’s now accused of orchestrating the attack and escaping with the help of a black Toyota Highlander, Oregon plate SB08693. Also present: Maddie Gordon, sister of August Gordon, who’s already facing federal charges for assaulting five officers in June. These are not peaceful protesters. These are organized mobs, targeting journalists and daring police to intervene—knowing they won’t. Also Shoutout to T-SPLY Official on X and Youtube whom i sourced much of my video commentary 📵 Protesters demand secrecy. They threaten, block, and physically intimidate anyone who films or tells the truth. 📢 If you have ANY info about the individuals involved, come forward. It’s time to ask: Why are Portland police still standing down? Why are journalists the new target? And who’s protecting those who risk everything to report the truth? 🔁 SHARE this post 📲 Follow robin elton & Katie Daviscourt 📸 on X ⚖️ Tag Attorney General Pamela Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, Dan Bongino , Criminal Division, FBI– demand an investigation

Here are 10 mind-blowing realities about Iran that many don’t know. Without knowing them you miss out on so much of what is really happening right now. 1. You have probably heard restoring the old flag emoji is a hot topic now. The current regime's flag has "Allah" in Arabic script right in the middle. If you look closely you can see it. On the green and red borders there are 22 "Allahu Akbar". You never hear a single "Allahu Akbar" from all these huge protests in Iran. It is no coincidence. The entire fight is about Iranians distancing themselves from exactly that forced Islamic slogan. Elon Musk already turned back the true ancient Iran flag emoji on X. The one with the Lion and Sun. There are thousands of years of history behind it. The Lion is the king of the jungle symbol of the Shah. The Sun stands for Mitra the ancient Iranian god of light. The sword in the lion's hand stands for the Shah's legitimacy to use force only to defend the people and deliver justice. 2. The color of ayatollahs' turbans has deep meaning. Black turbans mean descent from the Prophet Muhammad who was Arab not Persian. White turbans mean purely Iranian roots. Khomeini and Khamenei wear black. That is why many Iranians see them as foreigners not legitimate rulers. These days many slogans call Khamenei Zahhak. Zahhak is an evil foreign tyrant from the Shahnameh. He fed two snakes on his shoulders with the brains of young Iranians. Kaveh the Blacksmith lost his last son to Zahhak. He raised his leather apron on a stick as a banner and rallied the people. They overthrew Zahhak. In 2017 housewife Vida Movahed tied her white hijab to a stick like Kaveh's banner. She waved it silently on a utility box for half an hour. She was arrested and jailed for years. That quiet act became the turning point. It reminded people of their power. Today's protests are the result of years of daily struggle following Vida. 3. Khomeini was in Paris before the 1979 revolution. No Middle Eastern country took him because of terror links. France welcomed him. Western leftists especially pro-Palestine ones who hated the Shah for supporting Israel turned him into an anti-colonialist hero. They ran huge anti-Shah campaigns distorted death tolls spread blood libels and painted the Shah as a monster. They showed Khomeini as the freedom fighter who would bring democracy. Khomeini returned on Air France with French escort. Western countries recognized him instead of the Shah. Once in power he used Iran's money to start terrorist attacks across the West. He executed thousands of those same leftists and buried them in mass graves. The monster they created turned on them first. 4. Very few knew when Khomeini returned the Shah had advanced cancer. Many blamed him for not fighting harder. One year later he died in exile in Cairo. He refused to kill his people because he was dying anyway. At his funeral former U.S. President Richard Nixon and Anwar Sadat honored him. Sadat called him a true friend. One year later Sadat was assassinated by the same pro-Palestinian leftists for supporting Israel and standing by the Shah. 5. The regime tried hard to destroy the Shah's children. They had all the money and power. They wanted to kill them like the Romanovs or scare them away forever like Afghanistan's royals. But Reza Pahlavi stayed strong and became the voice of the people. The constant harassment threats and pressure took two siblings. Ali Reza and Leila died by suicide in exile. The pain of losing country father and endless attacks is heartbreaking. That is why we Iranians adore Reza so much. We are deeply grateful. We know he had every reason to walk away. Yet he chose to stay and stand with us. He is the real voice who stayed through all the pain. Share if any shocked you. Stay tuned for the next 5. #IranRevolution2026 #Iran #IranProtests #MIGA #جاويدشاه‌

[New Xbox Controller Review] #ad Special thanks to Qrdgame_offcial for supplying me with a review unit of their Ferrox M5 Xbox & PC Controller QRD Ferrox M5 The QRD Ferrox M5 is a Wireless Xbox One–style gamepad with a transparent design. Since it targets Xbox One natively, it works automatically on PC and Xbox Series S/X. The included 2.4Ghz USB Dongle also supports Switch and Android with the right adapter (USB C), but I was not able to test those in time for this review. A Wireless Xbox Controller The QRD FERROX M5 comes in a familiar Xbox layout with Hall Effect joysticks, RGB rings around the sticks, and a magnetic & detachable clear shell that shows the internals. The controller feels very similar to a standard Xbox pad in terms of shape and size, but it’s slightly lighter at compared to the usual Xbox controller weight. The lighter weight makes it easier to hold for longer sessions without hand fatigue. The D-Pad is surprisingly good at dialing special moves feels as solid and responsive as the official Xbox controller, and that’s impressive at a lower price point. I spent a few days trying out the Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection exclusively using this controller and I did not notice any difference at all. Capabilities From what I’ve tested, the controller performs extremely well for action games, fighting games, and shooters. The Hall Effect joysticks offer smooth movement and precise control with no drift issues. The D-Pad uses micro switches, so every input is tactile and accurate. The back triggers support an adaptive “trigger stop” mode, which shortens the travel distance for faster reaction time in FPS games or quicker blocks in Fighting Games. You also get 4 back macro buttons, turbo mode, and adjustable joystick sensitivity with deadzone options. Vibration strength and RGB lighting modes are also customizable. What can it do The FERROX M5 includes an 800mAh battery that lasts around 8 hours of gameplay. It only uses the 2.4Ghz wireless connection, not Bluetooth, so it always requires the included USB Dongle. The good thing is once you sync it with your Xbox or PC, you don’t need to sync it again—it carries over between both devices automatically. The 2.4G connection is stable and low latency, and the controller has a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio and mic support. It also features a quick calibration system to keep sticks and triggers accurate over time. The overall grip and shape feel close to the official Xbox controller, comfortable for long gaming sessions, and the transparent shell gives it a distinct look. Areas of improvement I initially had trouble charging the controller while playing because connecting it to the Xbox via USB would disable all inputs, making it unusable in wired mode. But luckily QRD Support helped and provided me with an updat - I had to connect it to a PC, download the firmware tool from QRD’s website, and update the controller manually. After installing the new firmware, the controller can now charge while being used normally on Xbox, so the issue is fully resolved. The Xbox button also behaves differently on Xbox, where the single press acts like hold and the hold acts like single press; this issue doesn’t appear on PC. Syncing with the dongle took a few attempts on both Xbox and PC, but once paired, it never needed syncing again. The wireless mode is strictly 2.4G with no Bluetooth support, so it cannot connect without the dongle, though the benefit is that one pairing works across both Xbox and PC. Final Summary ✅ Hall Effect Joystick ✅ Lights in the dark ✅ Good D-Pad for input dialing ✅ Light Controller ❌ First sync can be annoying on PC ❌ No bluetooth for phone usage - Dongle is necessary ❌ Needs an update for the Xbox Wired issues which require a PC The Controller is available on Amazon for $59.99, and will be part of the Black Friday Deals on their official website for even more discount! You round the bend of that forgotten mountain trail, boots crunching on pine needles, the air thick with the scent of damp earth and rushing water. The stream’s been whispering to you for miles—clear, cold, cutting through granite like it’s been waiting centuries just for this moment. Then you see it: a small carved-out alcove tucked right against the bank, maybe three feet deep and wide enough for one person to kneel, the rock smoothed by who-knows-how-many old-timers before you. Sunlight slants in like a spotlight, turning the water’s edge into liquid gold. Your pulse kicks up. This isn’t just a pretty spot. This is a natural sluice box, a hidden trap where the current slows, drops its heavy cargo, and leaves the black sand shimmering like midnight promises. You drop your pack, heart hammering. Modern panning isn’t the back-breaking pick-and-shovel grind of 1849 anymore—you’ve got the kit: a lightweight 22-inch ceramic pan with riffles that catch every speck, a classifier screen to sort out the big stuff in seconds, a snuffer bottle the size of your thumb, and maybe a tiny hand sluice you can prop in the alcove’s curve if the mood strikes. Gold’s sitting at over $5,100 an ounce right now—prices that would’ve made those Forty-Niners weep. One decent pinch of flakes and you’re already ahead of your coffee money. You scoop a panful of that dark, promising gravel right from the alcove’s lip, plunge it into the stream, and start the dance: tilt, swirl, dip, let the river do the work. Lighter sands and pebbles wash away in lazy spirals while the heavies—magnetite, hematite, and yes, maybe that telltale flash of yellow—sink to the bottom like they belong there. The excitement builds with every swirl. You see the first “color”—tiny glittering threads hugging the riffles. Another pan. More. The alcove’s geometry is perfect; the stream bends just enough here to drop the good stuff century after century. You’re grinning like a kid, knees wet, sun warm on your neck, imagining the nugget that’s been waiting since the last ice age. A full vial after an hour? Two? The daydream races: sell it raw, melt it into a ring, or just keep it in a jar on the shelf as proof you outsmarted the mountains. Modern tools make it feel almost too easy—apps on your phone showing public claim maps, lightweight gear that fits in a daypack, even a cheap UV light to spot fluorescent tracers if you get fancy. This alcove could be your lucky strike. The thrill is electric. Here’s the straight truth, though, whispered like the stream itself: no, modern hand-panning isn’t a lucrative feat. Not in the “quit your job and buy a yacht” way. The average recreational panner pulls about 0.041 grams an hour in decent ground—that’s roughly twenty bucks at today’s prices, before gas, food, and the sheer sweat equity. A banner day in a rich pocket might net you a gram or two (maybe $160–$170), enough to cover your weekend and leave a little sparkle in your pocket. But most folks walk away with beautiful memories, a few flakes, and the quiet satisfaction of having chased the dream instead of scrolling on the couch. The real gold? The peace, the exercise, the story you’ll tell when you get home with wet boots and a grin you can’t wipe off. So yeah… that carved-out alcove next to the stream? It’s calling. Grab your pan, let the excitement build, and go see what the river’s been hiding. Just don’t quit your day job—let the mountains pay you in wonder instead.
