People told us not all glass is "liquid glass" and that we were just riding the Apple hype with our Three.js infinite liquid glass carousel (it was actually one person). So we rebuilt it with an actual GPGPU cloth sim. It's now less liquid glass and more jelly glass, to be fair.

Hot Take 👀 The new Glass slider in iOS 27 should be the benchmark for every mobile OS. I mean, this takes customization to a completely different level. Users can actually control how much Liquid Glass they want instead of being forced into a single design choice. Meanwhile, One UI can barely offer this level of UI customization 😌 When it comes to UI/UX, Apple is the king. Samsung, prove me wrong by copying this for One UI 👀🔥

HUAWEI HarmonyOS 6.1’s liquid glass effect is indeed the closest implementation to iOS 26 among all current smartphone operating systems. It looks genuinely beautiful. This may be one of HarmonyOS’s advantages. At least in terms of visual rendering, dynamic blur, transparent materials, and layered depth, Huawei has clearly shown that it has the ability to create this kind of premium glass-like effect. I am not trying to argue whether it is right or wrong for Huawei to follow Apple’s design direction. My point is that the ability to actually achieve this effect is impressive in itself. By comparison, other Android-based OS skins have not yet shown the same level of execution. The Android camp still has work to do.

Glass embedded in doors doesn't care about weapon damage, only the number of shots taken. Thus regardless of whether you use the Klobb or the Golden Gun it will always take three shots to break the glass.
