Will Marshall talking founder liquidity on stage june 5. $PL filed a $1.5B shelf offering the same day. stock down 27%. record Q1 revenue. 42% growth. NGA contract extension. analysts were fine with all of it. then the prospectus hit EDGAR and retail got the other kind of liquidity event. the panel is real. so is the filing. both exist simultaneously.
