These passengers who also sit in the corridors must be fined. I believe in some accidents, the rate of survival could even be higher if people are not packed like this in the busses.

Try to check all the night buses going to Gulu n Lira from kampala🙌🏼🙌🏼.They even put chicken and ducks in the corridors fully parked with passengers almost sitting on each others heads

First send them to Luzira or police cells for a week so that they know the dangers of this overloading. Why have Ugandans really glorified suffering that much?
