Tusk: "On Friday, Russian-Belarusian military exercises will begin in Belarus, very close to the Polish border, which are very aggressive from a military doctrine perspective. Their goal is, among other things, the famous Suwałki Gap. Therefore, for national security reasons, we will close the border with Belarus, including railway crossings, in connection with the Zapad maneuvers at midnight from Thursday to Friday."
