Not sure what they achieve out of this. As if some important task is waiting for them rather than valuing their own life.

watching few secs before, "accident" was very highly probable well before it took place (matter of when!) You are right, dash ca driver did the right thing- maintain respectable distance from all vehicles

Although the driver in the continuously overtaking car is a complete idiot, the biker still had some shoulder space to avoid the accident. Hope he survived the crash

While the car is at fault, bikers need to be very careful as they are the ones who will suffer

Correct. They should give an exit route. Unfortunately both took the situation to an extent, where there's no scope to avoid.

In the majority of accidents involving a two wheeler, the helmet seldom remains on the head. It clearly shows how the helmet has been reduced to just a formality with very few people realising its true importance.

There are many fatal accidents in the country, due to which the biggest reason is wrong overtaking, which means due to overtaking, there are many accidents happening. In such a situation, one should avoid creating the wrong situation. Due to accident, one deaths almost every three minutes.

On this road, if I am driving a two-wheeler, I am giving way to the overtaking vehicle, just because to be on the safer side. What will be the action taken against the car driver, though?

Yes. That's what I would do and I refer to it as giving an exit route.

Overtaking car was at fault no doubt. But why did biker didn't move. He had clear view of car and could have moved towards shoulder of the road. Did biker tried purposely to block car's way as he was on wrong side.
