You Can Heal Yourself With Nature Movement - By moving our body we give strength to our muscles, promote blood flow and lymphatic flow enhancing the delivery of nutrients and the removal of waste products. We also create a piezoelectric effect that energises the system. Breathing - The delivery of air into the body through intentional conscious breathing is one of the most powerful modalities for nervous system renewal, mental peace and the delivery of oxygen to the body and the removal of carbonic acid buildup from the system Sunshine - It’s my belief that the more sunlight we absorb without sunscreen, the healthier we will become. A tan looks good because it is healthy and every part of your body thrives when sunlight touches it delivering blood flow as well as a high frequency and energy Grounding - Existing in connection with the earth’s electrical fields resets everything about our energy, reduces inflammation and promotes the movement of proper channels such as detox - it’s a fantastic practice to be connected to nature. Green light - When sunlight moves through trees and leaves we receive Green light by which is very healing and high in near infrared light, in fact it is one of the most healing modalities to absorb in your skin particularly if you have any abrasions or wounds - even more powerful than red light . Fresh air - The first nutrient, having fresh air that is rich in oxygen is absolutely imperative to health and you should always have all of your windows open in the house if possible when not outside. Positive thinking - Whatever you think, shall become and having and cultivating a positive mindset that intentionally brings you positive energy is one of the cornerstones to great health. You can think yourself into sickness and you can think yourself into health so choose to view the world in a positive light and so it’ll be for you.

I used to think it sounded a little silly when couples said, “We’re pregnant.” I’d say, “She’s pregnant—you’re just the husband showing up.” But now, I understand the importance of the “we.” Especially when pregnancy becomes challenging… or when it ends abruptly. A miscarriage tests not only the body but the heart, mind, and soul of both partners. It’s during these moments that the “we” truly matters. It becomes “we had a miscarriage,” and it becomes “we are healing.” Because a husband’s active role in his wife’s recovery is just as vital as her own healing process. Challenging times remind us that marriage is not equal tasks, equal responsibilities. Women, not men, bear children. On other hand, men are typically responsible for physical things: like protection or carrying your pregnant wife to the hospital when she’s having a miscarriage. It’s about giving what your partner needs, because you know they would do the same for you. To the husbands: when you show up during this time, it’s not just an act of kindness, it’s also an act of love that serves you both. The sooner she heals, the sooner you will both find your way back to creating the life of your dreams. 💛 A few reminders for husbands when their wives are pregnant: •Get her the supplements she needs, and remind her to take them (pregnancy and postpartum brain are real). •Encourage her to eat and stay hydrated. •Go with her to doctor’s appointments and take notes: she might not remember everything, and she needs your presence more than she’ll ever say. 🤍 Robert ₿reedlove

“Shokunin Spirit” & Trading Last year, while traveling, I saw a Japanese tour bus driver sitting in front of the wheels, carefully polishing them. He was waiting for his passengers and could have easily stayed on the bus to rest or play on his phone. But instead, he chose to clean the bus. At that moment, I understood why Japanese taxis and buses are always spotless and shining. That’s when I truly understood what “shokunin spirit” is all about—the dedication to excellence. I used to encourage people to aim for "financial freedom" or "F.I.R.E." as their goal when learning investing and trading. But in recent years, I’ve realized this approach is completely wrong because it puts the cart before the horse. Investing and trading are not easy. It takes more than just a few years to see results. It’s only those with a craftsman’s mindset—who are willing to constantly learn, refine their skills, and embrace challenges without focusing on immediate rewards—who have the best chance of succeeding. Financial freedom, in reality, is just a byproduct of this mindset. If your motivation is "financial freedom," it’s easy to feel frustrated and give up when progress is slow. But if you approach investing and trading with the craftsman spirit, you’ll see failures as part of the process and face them calmly, focusing on finding solutions instead of quitting. Successful traders (or entrepreneurs) don’t see "financial freedom" as their ultimate goal. Even after achieving it, their work and lifestyle often remain the same. What drives them is the craftsman spirit—the desire to keep excelling in the field they love and to push their boundaries. If you truly love your work and what you do, and you live each day fully, you don’t really need financial freedom. You’ve already found freedom in your mindset.

A Letter from the World to Jordan Clark Jordan Clark Courtesy of AMERICANDREAM09 🇺🇸 Jack Media ~DREAM Dear Jordan, We, the countless voices from across this world — your fellow patriots, friends, followers, health warriors, seekers of truth, and everyday people you inspired — come together in profound gratitude and sorrow to honor you. Though you left us on May 23, 2026, your spirit, your fight, and your unwavering light continue to burn brightly in our hearts. Thank you for your service. You served not only as a fitness coach and health advocate who empowered people to strengthen their bodies, but as a beacon of resilience. Battling heart failure with courage that defied the odds, you turned your personal pain into a platform of hope. You showed us what it means to keep showing up — to fight through hospitals, setbacks, and uncertainty while still pouring into others. Your example taught us that true service often happens in the quiet, daily grind of endurance. Thank you for your kindness. In a world that can feel cold and divided, you extended warmth, encouragement, and practical help. Through your supplements guidance, health coaching, late-night broadcasts, and personal messages, you lifted people up. You reminded us that we are in this together — warriors united, never alone. Your compassion crossed screens and touched souls, making strangers feel seen and valued. Thank you for your patriotism. You loved this nation deeply and stood boldly for its founding principles. As a proud American who waved the flag without apology, you spoke truth, shared information fearlessly, and called people to wake up, stay informed, and fight for freedom. Your voice — unfiltered and authentic — inspired many to engage more deeply with the issues facing our country and world. And thank you, most enduringly, for your love for the betterment of humanity. Rooted in your faith, you pointed people toward higher ground. You fought for physical health, spiritual strength, and a better future for all. Whether discussing wellness, truth-seeking, or simply encouraging someone to keep going, you lived with purpose: to leave this world better than you found it. Your mission was never just about surviving — it was about thriving together and glorifying God in the process. Jordan, you were a warrior to the very end. Your life, though shorter than we wished, was rich with impact. You touched tens of thousands, and through them, the ripple will continue for generations. The hole you leave is real, but so is the legacy you built. Rest in eternal peace, brother. You finished your race with honor. May your soul soar with the Lord you served so faithfully, free from pain and filled with joy. We will carry your torch — praying harder, loving stronger, standing firmer, and fighting wiser. With eternal gratitude and love, The World You Touched. Forever missing you, Sir, AMERICANDREAM09 🇺🇸 Jack Media ~DREAM ~DREAM Your brothers and sisters in the fight — you will never be forgotten. U.S. Patent 6,506,148 is titled "Nervous System Manipulation by Electromagnetic Fields from Monitors.” It describes a method for influencing a human subject's nervous system through the use of electromagnetic fields emitted by devices like computer monitors and television sets. 📡📺💻 The inventor, Hendricus G. Loos, suggests that pulsing the images on these displays at specific frequencies can trigger physical responses through sensory resonance. ⚠️ These subtle pulses can be integrated directly into video content or layered over an existing signal to interact with a viewer's skin. 📹📱⚡ Remarkably, the technology is designed to function even when the visual fluctuations are subliminal, meaning they are too faint for the user to see or consciously perceive. 👀 Ultimately, the system aims to remotely manipulate human bodies by using everyday hardware as a transmission device for electromagnetic stimulation. And the scariest part? This patent has been public since 2003. So why is this important to understand? Your nervous system runs the show. 🧠⚡ It controls your immune system, hormones, digestion, detox, and sleep. Every healing response starts there. If you’re stuck in stress mode, your body stays in survival and cannot repair. 🚨 Healing isn’t just chemical. It’s electrical. ⚡🧬 You can eat clean and take supplements, but if your nervous system is overloaded, healing slows down. That alone should make us more mindful about nervous system health. Excess screen time, stress, artificial light, and constant stimulation can disrupt sleep, mood, and physiology. 😴📱🌙 Instead of fear: 📵 Limit screens before bed 🌙 Use blue-light filters ☀️ Prioritize sunlight, grounding, and sleep 💧 Support detox pathways 🛡️ Strengthen your biology 🧠 Awareness matters. Discernment matters more. Don’t let screen time hijack your nervous system. Blessings and truth, Dr. Edward Group, DC #NervousSystemHealth #EMFAwareness #DigitalDetox #BioelectricBody #HealthResilience #Grounding #SleepHealth #HolisticLiving #DrEdwardGroup

Want to jump higher? Unpopular truth: fat don’t fly. Before you start crying about body shaming or act like this is skinnytok, let's get into our DeLoreans and revisit physics class!! Newton's 2nd Law a=F/m Same force with more mass = less acceleration which in this case = less height. Want to increase acceleration (and its byproduct jump height)? Either going to have to increase the numerator (force) or decrease the denominator (mass). That's not an opinion, it's math and science. And that math/science is on display here as you have two medballs acted upon by the same force traveling different distances due to differing mass. Now let's walk across the hall to anatomy and physiology class...yes, you need body fat. It's critical to be healthy and function. This isn't advocating for just losing weight or being "thin" or whatever. It's for optimizing body composition to where you perform at your best. With that, you need muscle mass to produce FORCE. And many younger volleyball players will benefit tremendously from an increase in muscle mass. This increase in muscle mass stands to increase force production, improve body composition, and create a net positive effect on performance (within reason we all know we're not training linebackers). But an increase in unnecessary fat mass typically has the opposite effect. Hence the statement: fat don't fly. Every athlete has an optimal body composition. Find yours through consistent strength training, adequate fueling, proper hydration and sleep and...planned recovery days.

T/W: suicide, eating disorders I’m self-conscious about how I look. I get criticism on every move I make both publicly and privately. Every time I take an action I hear the potential criticism in my head… but I do it anyway. The criticism does always come. I get criticism on my body too. I can love myself at any size, but the never ending pressure to please everyone and to try to be so strong people can’t criticize me is tiring. Sometimes I wonder if my problems are really my own. When I’m alone, I only have love for myself without an ounce of shame or self-hatred. I like myself and who I see in the mirror. But hate and criticism can eat away at you. “Are they right?” “Should I really be eating that?” “People will judge me.” I’ve never recognized a negative voice in my mind as mine. I can’t think of one person who would say I’m the negative voice in their head either. But the negative voice in my head has left me suicidal before. I don’t hate myself. But sometimes people treat me like they hate me. It’s hard not to internalize it. Today, I want to remind you- you don’t have to hate yourself even when the world treats you like they hate you. It’s safe to make mistakes. It’s safe to love yourself and your body even when others laugh at you. Every time I get a message about how someone loves their body a little more after reading my messages, it reminds me why I keep opening my heart. It’s hope. We all need hope. I hope you choose to appreciate your body today ✨ it and you are beautiful
