The Supreme Court ruled in favor of allowing the implementation of President Trump's order targeting mail-in voting ahead of the midterms. The new mail-in ballot procedure: 1. States provide a list of the ballots they intend to mail out. 2. USPS assigns a unique barcode to each. 3. When the ballot is mailed out, the barcode is scanned to ensure uniqueness and that it matches. • If there is no match or it’s a duplicate, it is not delivered. 4. When the voter mails the ballot back, the USPS scans it again and checks to make sure it matches what went out and isn’t a duplicate. • Any ballots that don’t match won’t be delivered. 5. The barcode check is completely done on the exterior envelope. • The USPS isn’t determining eligibility or deciding who gets a ballot. • They can’t see the actual votes. • They are essentially just ensuring there are no duplicates, that the number mailed in isn’t greater than the number mailed out, and that the person mailing one in was the same person who received them. This process is a total common sense solution since states are continuing to insist on mail-in ballots. Of course, the Democrats and Socialists are rejecting this. They fought it hard and that is why SCOTUS had to rule on it!

🇺🇸 THE FLORIDA ELECTION MIRACLE: How is Florida, the third-biggest state in the country, done counting on election night while California is still going three weeks later? It's not luck. It's the law. In Florida your mail ballot has to be in by 7pm on Election Day, received, not just postmarked. California will take one a full week after and still count it. Florida doesn't sit on its hands either. The counties start scanning ballots weeks early and lock the results in a vault until the polls close, so election night is basically hitting print. You need an ID number just to request a mail ballot, and the drop boxes are watched in person, not left sitting on a sidewalk for two weeks. Funny how none of it's complicated once a state actually wants a fast, clean count, isn't it? And here's the kicker. Nobody has to beg fifty states to fix this one at a time. The Constitution already lets Congress set the rules for federal elections and overrule the states that drag their feet! The Florida playbook could be the national playbook tomorrow, if Washington had the spine to pass it. Florida already wrote the manual. Everybody else is just refusing to read it!

🇺🇸 THE FLORIDA ELECTION MIRACLE: How is Florida, the third-biggest state in the country, done counting on election night while California is still going three weeks later? It's not luck. It's the law. In Florida your mail ballot has to be in by 7pm on Election Day, received, not just postmarked. California will take one a full week after and still count it. Florida doesn't sit on its hands either. The counties start scanning ballots weeks early and lock the results in a vault until the polls close, so election night is basically hitting print. You need an ID number just to request a mail ballot, and the drop boxes are watched in person, not left sitting on a sidewalk for two weeks. Funny how none of it's complicated once a state actually wants a fast, clean count, isn't it? And here's the kicker. Nobody has to beg fifty states to fix this one at a time. The Constitution already lets Congress set the rules for federal elections and overrule the states that drag their feet! The Florida playbook could be the national playbook tomorrow, if Washington had the spine to pass it. Florida already wrote the manual. Everybody else is just refusing to read it!
