Huh, I've never considered owning a copper sink. Now that I've seen this video, I'll never consider even harder owning a copper sink.

I’ve had one. Use baby oil to both clean and condition it, makes it very easy to maintain.

Ketchup, just use ketchup. Smear it on to remove tarnish and polish the copper and then wash off the ketchup with a standard cleaner.

Cheaper/easier/better to buy the biggest bottle of cheap ketchup you can find. Wipe on thin layer, wait ten minutes, rub your scrub pad over it and...done. I've been cleaning copper bottom pots and pans this way for fifty years. The acid in the tomato sauce does the trick.
