From somone following the project is this the part of the project below sea bed,, tunnel length is approx 27 km from BKC, under sea length is 7 km not sure, so doubt this is the portion below sea bed, if it is, then fantastic

Hon’ble Minister Sir, please look into Asalpur Jobner railway crossing (Phulera–Jaipur). Frequent closures from heavy train traffic + trucks from Shree Cement, Prince Pipes, BP Oil Depot to NH48 cause daily jams. Request sanction for a flyover 🙏 Please Please
