Do you think turning your graphics down to performance mode in Fortnite is cheating? Why can't console players do this and only PC players? Did you know that 85% of people who play Fortnite use a console? So why is this feature only available to a small fraction of the player base and not the majority? There's no debate that playing on low graphics or performance mode gives you a playing advantage. I literally demonstrate how much of an advantage it gives you in this video so don't even bother arguing this if you're a bot. It's easier on the eyes, easier to see your enemy and there's little to no special effects and no shadows to get in the way of gameplay. Also in storm you can basically just see perfectly except it's purple. What do you think? Should they offer a performance mode in the graphics settings on console? Would you use it?

Happy Final Space Friday. We're progressing through the battle for Earth in Episode 10, season one. Daz Daz Tibbles is killing it like always! These have so much going on in them that they will take a bit longer, but it will also be a good test for how we handle our big battle in the Final Chapter. Right now, it's just heads down and doing the work. I will keep this update short, but I should have some very cool things to show off next week. Inflation's still north of 3% right now and there's a lot of issues around that. It's very hard for the Fed to lower rates much more, and there's a big debate going on about that. With this idea of a 50-year mortgage, if you're 40, which is the average age of buying a home now, you're gonna be friggin' dead before the mortgage is paid off. So you're never gonna own the house. I don't like this 50-year idea. You're gonna pay so much interest to save 200 bucks a month. It's not a great idea. There is no country on earth with an economy like America. Why? Capitalism. Everybody's tried different ideas. They don't work. Why is it the number one economy after over 200 years? Capitalism. So let's just put that aside. Capitalism works. Now, if I were a woman today after reading that stuff, I'd be really pissed off. I hire based on merit. So if you look at my companies that I've invested in, I have every gender, every race. I got people from other planets working there. I don't care as long as you can do the job, I'll hire you.

FSD supervised in Europe: Another great video of our drive with FSD supervised in Dusseldorf, Germany yesterday. Here you can clearly see how the Tesla Model 3 stays fully in control in a busy area again. Passing two parked vehicles in the street (on our lane), seeing the second vehicle even before me, reacting to a fast biker that suddenly comes from the right side, and smoothly driving over tramrails on the left lane with no markings on the street at all. FSD is so needed in Europe, it will not only make our lives safer but also so much more relaxed. What a pleasure it was to be in this car, even when we were not driving (yet). CS2 BEFORE - AVG 875.7 - 1% 292.8 CS2 AFTER - AVG 918.6 (+4.8%) - 1% 328.7 (+12.2%) This is a follow up to this post: Windows 25H2 26200.6584 fresh install w/ 7.11.26.2142 Chipset Drivers (just released) on a 7800x3d with PBO SVM on, IOMMU on (realistic settings for someone playing competitively on FaceIT or playing VALORANT) For some reason people think I did not test or that I made up the numbers? Not sure what incentive I'd have to lie, but here's me showing a 4.8% increase in avg fps and and a 12.2% increase in 1% lows in CS2 by not using Core 0/1 and changing the heterogeneous short running thread policy to "All Processors". Again, I think the reason for this is Core 0/1 contention and the way the semantics of "Performant" vs "Efficient" are defined in the presence of PBO. No cuts in the video because for some reason people actually think I trying to deceive them (again - why?) so you can see there's no editing magic lmao. Again I want to reiterate I AM NOT selling anything. I will refuse any and all requests to do any optimization or consultation or anything else of the sort. This stuff has 0 interest to me as a business opportunity. I am solely curious about how it works for my own interest and to get more performance. If you have reason to believe my conclusion is wrong, then that's good! Just share it so we can figure out WHY this phenomenon exists. I don't work for AMD or Microsoft so why would I care? If there's a simpler way to have the same performance I'm all for it.

✨ So @copylinekiller managed to track a Reddit hater down And we contacted him and asked how we could help him It turns out he's a highly skilled young software dev (and I think also designer cause his stuff looks great) from Norway and looking for work because he's a bit stuck career wise And he's actually a really nice person too I told him to make an X account, he had one but inactive, but now he uses it so he's now on here @hugolgst, please give him a follow if you can! I helped him set a profile photo, write bio etc. and I told him to make a portfolio website which he very quickly did (see video, I'll put link in reply). Again this guy seems VERY competent and fast. He made a very cool Northern Lights browser (also in video at end). He just needs a bit of a push to get out of his difficult work situation I think leaving Norway would be great for him too but I'm biased, I think sunny (and affordable!) places are better to live. But for that he'd need a remote job first His stack is TypeScript, Golang, Ruby, Python, Nix, Git, Docker but then again who cares about that, good devs can learn anything really If you can help him in any way, please do 😊 X can do magical miracles sometimes so here's his shot! ❤️

First drive done with FSD v12.6.4 on my AI3 Model 3 and it went great. Very similar behavior to Cybertruck actually. Zero disengagement, zero intervention drive on a very similar drive that I just did in CT. Went from Century City to the Santa Monica supercharger on the same route almost back to back with the two. They fixed the small issue with the turn signal coming on too early, as well as it now has earlier lane changes. Very similar to the Cybertruck drive I just did with v13.2.8. It even avoided a van that almost sideswiped me in a turn, smoothly and swiftly. AI3 is getting crazy good, such a smooth drive. You can really tell it wants to back into a parking spot, but can’t yet. It swings out and all you have to do is reverse into it. So far, really good update. Feels like a more polished v12.6.3 which was already very good. Great work Tesla AI team!
