Riveting Mark Cuban interview

The 'Art of the Deal' with tariffs is to renegotiate with other countries

Example, Thailand reconsidering their tariffs on the US

The disaster known as Kamala Harris

Here’s what could get more expensive with Trump’s new tariffs.

@tarapalmeri Targeted tariffs to specific industries or goods can be strategic. That's what the word means. Blanket tariffs on everything from every country based on trade deficits aren't strategic at all.

@tarapalmeri He's not necessarily approving of Trump's tariffs, but I'll give him credit for at least being honest about why tariffs can be positive in a certain context. The media's TDS isn't even allowing them to have a debate on the subject

they arent strategic..

I have criticisms of the 'Discounted Reciprocal Tariffs' (Discounted Reciprocal = oxymoron) The tax rate being higher than Smoot Hawley is most likely overkill But the rationale for tariffs is not crazy as the media depicts, they aren't admitting the potential end game.

Cuban is (smartly) hedging his bets. If they fail he can fall back on saying, "They weren't implemented smartly". If they succeed Cuban can say he called it. This is why you can't just say EVERYTHING Trump does "is bad".
