Precise sequencing assumes the body can reproduce each position. Mine can’t do that reliably. I’ve searched, but I haven’t found golf instruction on YouTube for a body with a spinal cord injury like mine. Does your channel include anything for golfers like me?

If your golf swing doesn’t feel natural, you may be making it too complicated. Think about skipping a rock. Your body tilts, your arm moves naturally, and your motion flows toward the target. That same feeling should show up in your swing. Set up in a position that lets the club move back and through naturally, without forcing it. Practice year after year and still not getting better? That was me. I worked with top instructors, spent the money, put in the hours, and somehow got worse. The problem wasn’t effort. It was the system. The conventional swing puts you too close to the ball, arms hanging down, forcing your body to lift, spin, jump, and compensate just to make contact.
