Clear indication that the citizens lack civic sense and importantly are unaware of how to dismantle such things. @CommissionrGHMC must introspect on why such things happen in the first place. @kochattil @CVAnandIPS @SajjanarVC_IPS

Bruh, aits not household waste. Its the electronic waste caused by Underground cabling that was ordered by TG Government. GHMC has to oversee that process, Instead blame people. Where are you guys even sleeping while all that process was ongoing @GHMCOnline @revanth_anumula

Shame how as citizens we don't follow poper garbage disposal at our homes. Still se flyovere being used as garbage dump. Why is the govt not acting against such perpetrators and fine them or punish them with the same work being done by sanitation workers?

#Hyderabad : 🌊 From Dumpyard, Encroachments to Beautiful Lake; #Kukatpally #NallaCheruvu Reborn! 🌳✨ Locals Enjoy the Scenic Atmosphere🌊 #HYDRAA made it Possible! ✳️ Encroachments removed ✳️16 sheds demolished within FTL ✳️Lake area doubled from 16 acres to 28 acres ✳️Pathway & boating facilities developed ✳️7 inlets + new outlets to prevent flooding ✳️Groundwater recharged, Biodiversity revived Kukatpally Nallacheruvu Transformed HYDRAA Commissioner inspects development works – Local residents enjoy the Scenic atmosphere Kukatpally Nallacheruvu, once choked with debris and sewage, has been revived and is now brimming with fresh rainwater. What was once a polluted dumping ground has today been transformed into a scenic waterbody. In just four months, HYDRA cleared encroachments, removed years of silt and construction waste, and restored the lake. With the recent rains, the lake has filled up, much to the delight of local residents. It has now become a spot for boating and recreation, showcasing the efforts and perseverance of HYDRA despite challenges and criticism. On Thursday, HYDRAA A.V. Ranganath visited the Nallacheruvu lake to review the development works. Lake Area Doubled The lake had shrunk to just 16 acres due to encroachments. After reviewing revenue and village records, HYDRA cleared 16 business sheds built within the FTL boundary, removed dumped debris, and desilted up to 4 meters deep. The foul smell is gone, and the lake’s area has now nearly doubled to 28 acres within four months. With just a couple of rains, the lake has filled up. Officials said this revival was possible with the cooperation of all departments, local MLAs, and corporators. Protecting Nearby Habitations from Floods Earlier, rainwater would flood nearby residential colonies since there was no channel for water to enter the lake. Now, 7 inlets have been created to bring water into the lake, and the old outlet has been developed along with a new one to safely drain excess water. Measures were taken to prevent sewage from mixing with lake water. Islands have been created to support biodiversity. Boating has resumed, groundwater levels have improved, and borewells have been recharged. A 1.5 km pathway around the lake has been laid, with nearly 600 people visiting daily for walking and recreation. On weekends, it has become a picnic spot. Facilities such as health amenities and community halls for small gatherings are also being developed, making the lake a multi-purpose space. Towards a Green & Safe City HYDRA Commissioner Mr. A.V. Ranganath said that reviving Nallacheruvu faced many challenges. At one stage, when demolition of encroachments began, including 16 sheds within the FTL on September 22, there was resistance and hardships. Despite obstacles, HYDRAA continued its work and results are now visible. As part of the first phase, six lakes were taken up for development. Of these, Bathukamma Kunta (Amberpet) and Nallacheruvu (Kukatpally) are nearly ready, while four others—Bamruknudoula Lake, Uppal Nallacheruvu, Thammadikunta, and Sunnam Lake—will be completed soon. In the next phase, 13 more lakes will be developed. He added that lakes play a vital role—preventing floods in monsoon and addressing water scarcity in summer. This initiative is in line with the vision of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, who a century ago built two major reservoirs—Osman Sagar and Himayat Sagar—for flood control and water security. Following that path, Hyderabad aims to become a model flood-free city in India.

In a tragic incident that has raised serious civic safety concerns, a young man identified as Tauheed lost his life after accidentally falling into an open sewer near the Satellite Bus Stand in Bareilly. The incident occurred late Tuesday night when he had reportedly reached the bus station to catch a ride back home. According to police, Tauheed slipped into the uncovered drain around 9:30 pm. CCTV footage later confirmed the moment he fell into the deep sewer. Initial observations suggested he may have been under the influence of alcohol and accidentally stepped onto a partially open section of the drain. Rescue operations were launched immediately, with teams from NDRF and SDRF working through the night. Despite continuous efforts, there was no trace of the victim for several hours. Authorities then brought in heavy machinery from Rampur on Wednesday morning to break open the concrete slabs covering parts of the drain and to pump out water. The rescue operation faced major challenges due to heavy garbage accumulation inside the sewer, which slowed down efforts. After an intense 30-hour search operation, Tauheed’s body was finally recovered. Local shopkeepers alleged that the drain had been left open after cleaning work by municipal workers ahead of Holi, creating a hazardous situation. Senior officials, including ADM City and municipal authorities, visited the site during the rescue. Police have initiated further investigation while questions are being raised over negligence and public safety measures in the area.

Bengaluru ORR Flooding: A Recurring Challenge That Needs Structural Solutions Yesterday's (June 2) heavy rainfall once again flooded key stretches of Bengaluru’s ORR, including Panathur, Balagere and Varthur, resulting in severe congestion and hours-long commutes for thousands of employees and residents. While the immediate trigger was an intense pre-monsoon downpour, the root causes remain unchanged: - Blocked and poorly maintained shoulder drains - Stormwater drains clogged with plastic, silt, sand and construction debris - Encroachment of drains and rajakaluves, reducing carrying capacity - Bottlenecks at critical lake interconnections and culverts - Ongoing infrastructure and metro construction impacting road and drainage networks Amidst the disruption, it was encouraging to see citizens, volunteers, traffic police, and local communities come together to assist stranded commuters, help manage traffic movement, and clear blockages wherever possible. Their swift response and collective effort helped ease the situation. Action requested from the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA): ✅ Fast-track desilting and cleaning of all stormwater drains before peak monsoon ✅ Remove encroachments along Rajakaluves and restore original drain widths ✅ Undertake a corridor-wide drainage capacity assessment and upgrade bottleneck culverts ✅ Implement a real-time flood monitoring and rapid-response mechanism for critical ORR junctions The solution is not just better roads, but integrated stormwater infrastructure that matches the scale and density of Bengaluru’s IT corridor. #Bengaluru #ORR #Infrastructure #UrbanPlanning #FloodResilience #GBA #TechCorridor #MonsoonPreparedness #ORRCA

As promised by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the run up to the just concluded Assembly Elections, works on cleaning of Yamuna have already begun in the right earnest, with trash skimmers, weed harvesters & a dredge utility craft already starting cleaning operations in the river today. Hon'ble Delhi LG VK Saxena LG Delhi yesterday met the Chief Secretary and ACS (I&FC) and asked them to start work immediately. At the outset a four pronged strategy has put in place to tackle the issue comprehensively. 1. To begin with, the trash, garbage and silt in the Yamuna river stream will be removed. 2. Simultaneously cleaning operations in the Najafgarh Drain, Supplementary Drain and all other major drains will start. 3. At the same time, a daily watch on the existing STPs in terms of their capacity and output will be maintained, and 4. A time bound plan in terms of construction of new STPs/DSTPs on drains etc to meet the actual shortfall of treating about 400 MGD of sewer will be put in place and operationalized. The execution of this ambitious plan that targets cleaning the river in about 3 years, will require seamless coordination between various agencies and departments that include DJB, I&FC, MCD, Environment Department, PWD and DDA. Monitoring of the abovementioned works will be done at the highest level on a weekly basis. In addition to this, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has been directed to keep strict vigil on discharge of untreated effluent into the drains by Industrial Units in the City. It may be noted that the rejuvenation of Yamuna had started in mission mode in January 2023, when the NGT had constituted a High Level Committee (HLC) under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble LG V.K Saxena. However, after 5 monthly meetings of the said HLC which was closely monitoring cleaning operations, the then AAP Government under Arvind Kejriwal moved the Supreme Court and got the NGT order stayed by the then CJI Chandrachud on 10.07.23. Thereafter, works of Yamuna Rejuvenation had again been stalled and CoD/BoD levels that had started improving slightly on a month on month basis, became worse with pollution reaching record levels early this year. *DUC shifted near the signature bridge and is going to float towards Vasudev ghat *Trash Skimmer has started working at Vasudev Ghat *Weed harvester near Signature Bridge Another weed harvester machine has started working at ITO.

Must read : High Impact story HYDRAA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath inaugurated the groundbreaking for rejuvenation works at Kamuni Cheruvu ; bund strengthening, approach roads, infrastructure, and nala linkages under the ₹21 crore project. This is a big moment. But it didn’t arrive by itself. It came after six years of a relentless fight I and TOI waged through reporting, evidence, and constant public pressure. I began this campaign not from a newsroom but amid the 2020 floods one of Hyderabad’s worst in decades. On 14 October 2020, I posted aerial images of homes in the illegal layout submerged because they had been built right inside and abutting Kamuni Cheruvu. I tagged then-minister KTR and the GHMC Commissioner and asked: when you build in lakes, water reclaims its space. Is this what LRS was meant for? That thread started the long battle. For two years I kept monitoring. In November 2022, I broke the story that changed everything. My front-page TOI investigation — “Plotted and Sold: Land Sharks Bite Into Kamuni in Hyderabad” exposed the organised mafia operation: night-time earth filling, construction of rooms on the newly “reclaimed” land, and open sale of plots with “lakefront” banners. Using Google satellite imagery overlaid on old survey maps, I showed that not just the FTL but a full quarter of the lake had been encroached, along with its inflow and outflow nalas. The 14 November 2022 X thread with those satellite overlays went viral . It forced action. GHMC had registered FIR Crime No. 854/2022. Ten accused were named. Demolitions happened in Raghavendra Colony. Fencing began. But even then I refused to celebrate partial wins. On 22 November 2022 I posted directly to officials: “Thanks for removing encroachments. Now fencing work started. Land created in lake by filling up has to be cleared. We can see some religious structures yet. Will u be clearing the land and also restoring the lake to original?” The fight continued across governments. In March 2024 I flagged a five-storey building rising almost inside the lake boundary and challenged the GHMC Commissioner on permissions. In August 2024 I posted the damning 2014 vs 2024 satellite comparison showing an entire colony had grown inside the lake bed. I tagged HYDRAA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath and demanded action in what had become Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao’s constituency. By late 2024 the water hyacinth crisis had turned the lake into a mosquito breeding ground. In February 2026 I wrote directly to the Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner framing it as a public health emergency. When a drone enzyme pilot failed in March, I called it out publicly and demanded mechanical removal — tagging Commissioner Srijana IAS and the CM’s office. On 18 April 2026 I documented the actual mechanical weed-cutting operation on the ground. Through all of this —two state governments, multiple commissioners, and shifting priorities I kept producing fresh evidence, filing public demands, and strategically tagging the people who could act. I refused to accept “some action” as success. Full restoration of the lake, not just demolitions or fencing, was always the non-negotiable demand. That six-year chain of reporting on X and in The Times of India is what kept Kamuni Cheruvu from being forgotten or quietly finished off. Today’s groundbreaking by Commissioner Ranganath moving from the April ₹21 crore sanction to actual construction of bund, roads and infrastructure is the result of that sustained fight. The lake that was being openly plotted and sold in 2022 now has government funding and works on the ground. Challenges remain: completing the 17-metre nala, full excavation of filled portions, long-term maintenance, and protection from fresh encroachments. But the direction has changed because the pressure never stopped. This is what consistent, evidence-driven civic journalism can achieve when it refuses to give up. #KamuniCheruvu #HyderabadLakes #SaveOurLakes

BREAKING: A major flash-flood disaster has hit Nepal’s Rasuwa district, near the border with Tibet/China, after an event early Wednesday morning caused catastrophic flooding along the Trishuli and Bhotekoshi river systems. According to preliminary information presented by Nepal’s Foreign Minister, an earthquake struck the area at around 08:37 local time, apparently triggering an avalanche that then caused a sudden release of water and severe flash flooding. Authorities are still verifying the exact chain of events, so this remains preliminary. The flooding has caused major damage on both the Nepalese and Chinese sides of the border. On the Nepalese side, Rasuwa and Nuwakot appear to be among the worst affected areas. At least 17 people have been confirmed dead in Nepal, while dozens remain missing. Nepalese authorities say 26 police officers, nine Armed Police Force personnel and 44 military personnel are currently missing, alongside customs and immigration officials. The damage to infrastructure is extensive. Authorities report that at least 19 bridges and around 40 kilometres of roads have been damaged, while multiple hydropower projects have also been affected. The Independent Power Producers’ Association of Nepal says 13 hydropower projects in Rasuwa and Nuwakot were damaged. The important Rasuwagadhi border crossing with China has been closed, with reports that roads, bridges and customs infrastructure were swept away. More than 200 cargo trucks are believed to have been caught in the flooding, while many workers remain unaccounted for. There are also serious concerns about people trapped or missing at hydropower projects. Around 60 workers at the 20 MW Langtang Khola hydropower project in Syafrubesi have reportedly gone missing. The disaster is also affecting tourists. Nepal’s Tourism Board says 291 foreign tourists and 93 Nepali nationals were reported unreachable following the flooding. Rasuwa is an important route for pilgrims traveling toward Kailash Mansarovar in Tibet, as well as trekkers visiting the Langtang region. On the Chinese side, Chinese state media are reporting major casualties from a mudslide at a trade hub in Tibet, with President Xi Jinping ordering all-out search and rescue efforts and stronger monitoring to prevent secondary disasters. Nepal says it is coordinating with China as rescue operations continue. This is still a developing disaster. The number of casualties and missing people is expected to change as rescue teams reach areas that have been cut off, and the full extent of the damage is not yet known.

#WATCH | Maharashtra: Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde says, "Today at around 3:45 PM, I was not present here as I was out on the road; I was busy overseeing the manhole inspection work and handling related details. Meanwhile, Kishori Pednekar—the Leader of the Opposition—came to my cabin. She might claim she didn't enter my cabin, but my cabin area extends from here all the way to the main entrance—an area where replies to important letters and documents are prepared. She arrived there and turned on her camera. If you examine the CCTV footage closely, you can see her associate panning the camera to capture the entire cabin. If one simply wanted to check a letter, what was the need to sweep the camera across all four corners of the cabin? That raises a major question. I would argue that the intent was to conduct a recce, trespass, or photograph important documents. No Leader of the Opposition in the history of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has ever stooped to such a low level. I have no idea which important documents she photographed. This is a serious offence. I am filing a formal complaint at the Azad Maidan Police Station regarding this misconduct and inappropriate behaviour, and I demand a full inquiry into the matter." "Regarding the Sakinaka incident, for instance, work had been ongoing there for two months, but the task of installing safety grates was started right in the middle of the monsoon. Carrying out such work during a red alert is not appropriate. Regarding the Sakinaka incident—there was a cover or lid on the manhole; they had removed it to install the grate. Yesterday, I saw reports in the media claiming there was no lid and it was left open, but that wasn't the case; it was actually covered. However, we are now auditing all manholes across the wards. For example, today I obtained the full details for Ward 132; there are 672 manholes in total, and we are checking whether they have lids. All corporators are gathering similar details for their respective wards and inspecting the manholes. The entire administrative machinery—including ward staff—is out on the roads, personally checking the manholes."

The Ultimate DIY Fire Starter: Turning Waste Into Wilderness Fuel Most people clean out their dryer lint traps and toss the fuzz straight into the trash. Campers, survivalists, and backyard fire-pit enthusiasts do something much smarter: they save it to build one of the most reliable, long-lasting, and cost-effective fire starters known to man. By combining simple household waste with a bit of wax, you can create a waterproof tinder cup that burns intensely for up to 10 to 15 minutes—giving you plenty of time to catch even damp kindling. Why does this specific combination work so flawlessly? It all comes down to how different materials interact with heat and oxygen. The Lint (The Ignition): Dryer lint is made up of tiny, highly combustible microfibers (mostly cotton and wool). Because it is incredibly loose and fibrous, it holds a massive amount of trapped oxygen. This allows it to catch a spark or flame instantly. The Wax (The Fuel/Sustainer): If you light plain lint, it flashes and burns out in seconds. By adding melted wax, you introduce a dense hydrocarbon fuel source. The lint acts like a giant candle wick, absorbing the liquid wax. As it burns, the wax slows down the combustion process, extending the lifespans of the flame from mere seconds to several minutes. The Egg Carton (The Vessel): Cardboard egg cartons are made from pressed paper pulp, which is highly flammable itself. It provides a neat container to hold the fuel and serves as the structural base that burns right along with the lint and wax. Want to optimize the process? Here are a few clever hacks to get the most out of this DIY project: Use Cardboard, Not Styrofoam: Always ensure the egg carton is made of paper cardboard. Plastic or styrofoam cartons will melt into a toxic, sticky mess that releases dangerous fumes. The Crayon Trick: Don't buy expensive wax blocks. Instead, melt down old, broken crayons, leftover candle stubs, or cheap tea lights. It’s an excellent way to upcycle household waste. Add a Booster: For an even stronger burn, mix a tiny bit of sawdust, shredded paper, or a dab of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) into the lint before pouring the wax. Pre-Cut for Convenience: Don't try to rip the carton apart at the campsite. Cut the individual cups out ahead of time using a sharp knife or scissors so they are ready to pack and use instantly. While this hack is incredibly efficient, fire safety should always be the top priority: Melt Wax Safely: Never melt wax directly over an open flame or high heat, as it can catch fire easily. Always use a double boiler system (a bowl or smaller pot sitting inside a pan of boiling water) to melt it gently. Mind the Fumes: Synthetic fibers in modern clothing (like polyester or nylon) can release harsh chemical odors when burned. Try to use lint from loads of laundry that are primarily cotton or natural fibers, and always ignite these starters in well-ventilated outdoor areas. Keep Out of Reach: Because these look unique and catch fire very quickly, keep the finished fire starters stored in a cool, dry place well away from children and pets.

//The Wire//2300Z September 30, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: ATTEMPTED HIJACKING OF COMMERCIAL AIRLINER HALTED IN MIDDLE EAST, PILOT SEVERELY WOUNDED DURING ATTACK. SMOKE PLUMES OBSERVED AT MAJOR SAUDI OIL PROCESSING FACILITY. UNITED STATES ANNOUNCES FORMAL WITHDRAWAL FROM IRAQ. IRANIAN ATTACKS ON SHIPPING CONTINUE IN HORMUZ STRAIT.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Middle East: Overnight a possible hijacking incident was reported onboard a FlyDubai aircraft. At 0653 local time, Flight FZ1073 departed Dubai International Airport, bound for Tel Aviv. Approximately 136 minutes into the flight, the transponder data indicates the aircraft conducted a very sharp nosedive, losing over 14,000 feet of altitude in 37 seconds. Within the aircraft, reports indicate that the copilot stabbed the pilot multiple times, and attempted to deliberately crash the aircraft. After the initial nosedive, the wounded Captain was able to open the cockpit door, allowing passengers and cabin crew to subdue the copilot. Over a period of six seconds, a passenger was able to recover from the dive, banking hard to the north. Two off-duty FlyDubai pilots who were passengers on the flight regained control off the aircraft, and twenty minutes after the incident, the aircraft turned around over Jordanian airspace and diverted to Prince Sultan International Airport in Tabuk. The aircraft landed safely despite the sharp decent causing a significant portion of the rudder to break off. Analyst Comment: If these details are true, this incident was host to multiple aspects which are nothing short of miraculous. Based on the rate of decent, the aircraft was approximately 27 seconds from hitting the ground before a passenger was reportedly able to pull up on the yoke and recover the aircraft from the dive. The presence of two other pilots onboard the aircraft is also itself remarkable, as if the copilot was the terrorist, and the lead pilot was stabbed, there was no one left to fly the aircraft except the passengers in the back. Nearly all details are known via video recordings from passengers onboard the aircraft, but the exact nature of what took place inside the cockpit (and when) is not confirmed yet. Videos from within the cabin indicate both the pilot and copilot were severely wounded during the fight, and the status of both is not known. The nationalities of all involved are also important due to the current tensions around the region. Most of the passengers were Israeli citizens traveling back to Tel Aviv. The pilot (who was stabbed) is Indian, and the alleged terrorist copilot is Omani. Iraq: This morning, the Pentagon announced the completion of the withdrawal of the last troops from Erbil Airbase, marking the official end of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE in Iraq. Officially, the only American military personnel within Iraq are located at the American Embassy in Baghdad, with the diplomatic mission being the only officially recognized deployment location at this time. Analyst Comment: While the ending of a 23 year war is significant and worthy of further reflection, in the more immediate short term, the abandonment of the Erbil Airbase confirms prior reporting that the Patriot battery had been relocated from this facility weeks ago. The withdrawal from this critical air defense sector will probably affect American bases in Jordan, if Iranian missile launches continue. Persian Gulf: This morning the UKMTO released a batch of "time late" reports, confirming that a total of three merchant vessels were struck by Iranian cruise missiles while attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz over the past few days. Due to the delay in reporting these strikes, it is not clear when they took place, however several Iranians reported witnessing missile launches from Sirik yesterday. Iran: Civil defense preparations continue to expand in size and scope. The week of October 26 - November 2 has been designated Civil Defense Week nationwide, with various drills and exercises being planned among the civilian populace to prepare for three different scenarios: Normal natural disaster emergencies, a state of ceasefire, or a full-scale war. IRGC-affiliated social media accounts have also claimed that military units in southern Iran have been issued Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) protective equipment, such as gas masks and decontamination kits. Analyst Comment: These reports are sporadic at best, and the photos from one soldier on social media are not exactly indicative of what the entire 600,000-man army is doing. However, the Iranians are not taking any chances an very clearly expect and escalation of attacks, possibly to include the use of more serious weapons. Saudi Arabia: This morning an incident was reported at ARAMCO's North Ghawar processing facility, with locals on the ground observing a large smoke plume emitting from the installation. No official statements have disclosed what happened, but no missile/drone warnings were noted by locals. Analyst Comment: This may or may not be the result of a drone strike; it could be the result of an industrial accident or exceptionally abnormal gas flaring. The Abqaiq processing plant at this facility is a major complex, and critically important as it's the start point for the East-West Pipeline (the other end being the terminals at Yanbu). By now, the pipeline should be functional to some degree, pumping an unknown amount of oil to the terminals on the Red Sea, but if this was an unplanned event of some kind, it might be slow going to get this pipeline fully back online. Syria: This afternoon, a major explosion was reported at a natural gas pipeline near the Tishreen Power Plant in Damascus. The resulting fire burned throughout the evening, and the power plant was shut down. The cause of the blast has not yet been publicly released. Analyst Comment: This follows yesterday's pipeline attack in southern Syria, which was directly confirmed to be sabotage. It's not clear as to if this pipeline explosion was sabotage, but at this point malign action is likely. Various insurgent groups within Syria have been hitting gas pipelines for weeks now, but no one group has claimed responsibility for these strikes yet. India: Overnight a major explosion was reported at the MRPL refinery in Mangaluru. One worker was killed and several others injured after a rupture occurred in a high-pressure tank at the Coker Hydrotreater Unit. At the time of the explosion, this refinery was already operating at peak capacity, to refine and process as much crude as physically possible at the site. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: Within the United Kingdom, more questions than answers remain concerning two incidents which have captured media attention for the past few days. At RAF Fairford, not many details have come to light that can be corroborated with much reliability. The US continues to claim that this was a major terror attack that the US was involved in tracking, while British authorities claim that no explosives were found in the vehicles and the contents turned out to be drums of gasoline. However, this morning British authorities radically shifted their position, with PM Burnham stating that there are "strong indications that Iran played a part" in the incident. Despite these claims, all of the assailants are still free from detention. In Rotherham, almost zero details have been released regarding yesterday's explosive incident. The individual who was killed has not been identified, but authorities have stated that the incident was the result of a "household accident", without providing any further amplifying information. Due to the sheer lack of information, speculation has run rampant, but nothing is verifiable yet. Considering the very odd circumstances of this incident, more scrutiny on this case would be worthwhile, especially considering the heightened terrorism concerns around the continent. The Rode Mic Theory: A Timeline Let me lay the incidents out in order, and I'll let you draw your own conclusions. Late March 2025. Charlie Kirk started to go hard against a war with Iran, breaking with the neocon/zionist establishment in Washington. Charlie is thought to have had a significant influence on Trump's restrained posture during Midnight Hammer. Charlie was exerting real influence, and making real enemies. Early April 2025. And the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, places an order with explosives manufacturer Accurate Energetic Systems (AES) for an EXEPTIONALLY SMALL ANTI-PERSONNEL EXPLOSIVE DEVICE. The order - later confirmed by a FOIA response obtained by Baron Coleman detailed the order date, the description, that there was a construction/specification drawing, and a deadline. The order specifies that the device must fit inside another object so precisely that the host can be resealed to look as though it was never touched. ONLY TWO STIPULATIONS ARE FIRM; it must fit inside that second device, and it must be delivered on schedule. The deadline was August 25th, 2025 - just over two weeks before Charlie Kirk is killed. September 10th, 2025. Charlie Kirk is assassinated. Within minutes, the crime scene is contaminated. The missing camera. Terrel Farnsworth is filmed removing the camera and SD card positioned directly behind Charlie - the angle that would have captured everything that happened behind the table where he was sitting and fell to the floor. When asked why, Farnsworth said he took the SD card so Erika Kirk wouldn't see footage of her husband's death despite that footage already circulating worldwide online. The footage he did show to Candace Owens, revealed no visible exit wound in Charlie's back. None of this is disputed. The scene. He's carried to the SUV with his T-shirt bunched and held in place - negligent by any account, with a strange focus on the shirt. Here is where the supposition begins: if the kill device had been built into the Rode mic Charlie was wearing - a mic whose screen and casing use glass and components that shatter into fragments - then bunching the shirt would keep debris from falling at the scene. Photographs of his torso appear to show injuries below the right nipple, and a patch of skin where an adhesive had recently been removed - consistent with something attached and then taken off, perhaps behind the table, in view of the very camera that Farnsworth removed. The journey. The SUV is later found to contain a large quantity of shattered fragments - not broken sunglasses or a shattered phone screen, but unexplained fragments of shattered glass. Multiple people present have since recounted the drive in detail. Not one has ever mentioned these fragments or debris. Everyone who travelled with Charlie removed their clothing at the hospital and went home in scrubs, saying their clothes were bloodied. None of that clothing was taken into evidence - though if the supposition holds, it would have carried explosive residue. The hospital footage. CCTV of Charlie arriving at the hospital was removed by the FBI and has not been produced or entered into evidence. It has no obvious bearing on the case against the accused - except that if Charlie arrived without his shirt. The shirt itself would have carried traces of explosives. None of the clothing removed from Charlie or any of the team was ever recovered by investigators. The vehicle. Within days of the murder, the SUV was cleaned and handed to an auctioneer. Vehicles tied to a murder case are normally impounded until the case has been to court - often for several years. This one was cleaned, stripped, and sold anonymously at auction on 22 November 2025. When it sold, the seats Charlie had been carried on - the ones seen bloodied in other images - had been removed. Removed before sale, and possibly before the auctioneer ever took possession. Four days after the killing - a Sunday. The paver who resurfaced the murder scene later described, on the Shawn Ryan show, being called that Sunday morning with a "paving emergency" - the first such call in twenty years on the job. With his own team off for the weekend, he pulled in family members. He says he was told he'd be helping out Charlie and the authorities, and that when he arrived, ten inches of soil had already been excavated from the area. The scene was then surfaced over. His account has not been challenged by anyone in authority. October 10th, 2025. One month to the day after Charlie Kirk's death, AES - the manufacturer named in that FOIA-confirmed order - is destroyed in a massive explosion, killing 16 people. The official cause is given as an industrial accident, but this timeline notes only the date and lets the reader weigh it. To conclude: A man who tried to stop a war is dead. The evidence was cleaned, paved over, and sold. And only questions remain. Questions that, as of now, no one in authority is willing ask, let alone answer. Coincidence can explain any one of these. But it does cannot explain all of them.

Inaugurated the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) Dial 112 at the TGICCC. This AI-based ERSS seamlessly connects the Police, Fire, Medical, HYDRAA, Municipal, Electricity, Highway authorities and disaster response agencies, enabling faster and better coordinated emergency response. Citizens no longer need to remember multiple helpline numbers. A call to 112 is analysed by the AI system, which transcribes the conversation, intelligently routes the call, prepares a gist, identifies the concerned department and the caller's location, enabling the human operator to quickly dispatch the right resources within minutes. Special desks have been established for senior citizens, women and children in distress and NRIs seeking assistance for their families and friends in Telangana. The system also features advanced dashboards, data analytics, and the capacity to handle over 900 calls concurrently. For the first time in the country, we have introduced drones as first responders to provide instant aerial assessment during major emergencies, helping field teams respond more effectively. Having been associated with this project from its inception, it is professionally very satisfying to see it go live. When I was CP-Hyderabad, we allocated the budget to shift the Dial 100 Operations Centre from Kompally, which handled only Dial 100 and Dial 108 calls, to the TGICCC and integrate other emergency services, laying the foundation for what it has become today. We faced several operational and administrative challenges along the way and I have been following up throughout. Finally, we could launch it today through the collective efforts of many officers and other stakeholders. Drone based 112 services, along with drone-based traffic and crowd management, will be launched by Telangana Police in the near future. I urged all unit officers to closely monitor Dial 112 calls, as this is an important system for crime prevention and visible policing. #TelanganaPolice #Dial112

While we were busy working on immediate short term, medium term and long term solutions to the recent flash flooding in some parts of Lagos, my attention was drawn to a simplistic suggestion by Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, an idea driven more by political correctness, cheap attention seeking, and the pursuit of relevance than by genuine problem-solving. Let me quickly highlight a few important considerations in addressing flood-related and other environmental challenges in a city of over 23 million people into the smallest state with just 3,577 square kilometers of land and 186km of coastline atlantic with residents from across the country, and each bringing different environmental and waste management practices. 1/16 Lagos is an aquatic city. Like Venice, Amsterdam/Rotterdam, Bangkok, and Jakarta, much of Lagos sits low and close to the sea. That means heavy rain + high tide can create short-term flooding, even when drains are working. 2/16 Lekki’s floods were a compound event: a fast, heavy downpour happened around the same time as a high tide. When the sea level is high, water can’t leave our drains as quickly. Streets then hold water for a few hours before it recedes. 3/16 For the purpose of enlightening you, this phenomenon is called “tide-locking.” Plainly: when the ocean or lagoon is high, it’s like trying to pour water uphill. Outfalls (where drains meet the lagoon) cannot empty fast, so water backs up. I hope you get that now!? 4/16 Different cities face different problems. Venice fights sea surges with movable gates; the Netherlands makes space for water on land and uses pumps; Bangkok stores stormwater in parks; Lagos’ main issue is heavy rain + high tide on very flat land. 5/16 The right solution to address these climate change-related flash flooding events in Lagos is a three-part approach which the state government is already implementing some: (1) Store water for a short time (water detention), (2) Move water through wider, clear channels, (3) Control backflow with one-way valves and, where needed, pumps. This refines the masterplan to address current climate realities. 6/16 What’s already in motion (2023–2025): maintenance of ~579 km of secondary collectors (693 sites) and ~309 km of primary channels; EFAG rapid-response teams have cleared ~444 km of drains; enforcement has restored 40.3 km of encroached channels; 218 new channels have been awarded for construction, adding ~1,500 km when completed; pumps are now being integrated where topography requires them; and early-warning measures include daily forecasts and water-level monitoring. 7/16 Why water detention matters: it is temporary storage—holding rainwater on a plot, in an estate lake, or a designed basin for a few hours so trunk drains aren’t overwhelmed. It is essentially “queueing” runoff so everything doesn’t arrive at once. 8/16 Why one-way “flap gates” help: they are valves at outfalls that let stormwater discharge to the lagoon but stop high tide from pushing water back into the system. 9/16 When gravity is not enough, we add pumps. In very low areas this creates a ‘polder-style’ cell: water collects in a controlled basin and is pumped out when tide permits. A first installation to address flooding on Lagos Island is undergoing testing at Ilubirin and will be commissioned soon. 10/16 Near-term actions (0–6 months): • Intensify silt and trash clearance at known choke points, especially Ajiran/Agungi. • Install debris screens on key culverts so bottles and plastics don’t block inlets. • Pilot estate lakes and on-plot detention to create spare storage capacity for intense rain events.
