Umm, one is trying to tackle and the other is running away from the tackler… your saying they would run the same speed if using the same technique… all people are built differently.

The chaser was likely to be leaning forward because he intended to launch into a tackle when able.

He’s leaning forward because he is trying to tackle him. It isn’t a sprint race.

Again, early in the video he is demonstrating similar exaggerated backside mechanics while he is not in a position to tackle.

Yes, there are always contextual factors in a play like this. However, the one athlete demonstrates similar exaggerated butt-kicking even earlier in the video when he wasn’t in a position to tackle. This is just a cool play to examine different movement strategies.
