I know someone who is 44 and has taken 2 PSA’s with results at 6.5. He proceeded to get an MRI and results were grade 2 with PI Rads 5 lesion anterior measuring up to 1.9cm. Apparently a bulge was discovered and the doctor wants to perform a biopsy. Are there other alternatives?
