🚨 IAS Officer Sanjeev Jaiswal Faces ED Probe in Covid Jumbo Centres Scam (2023) & now 37 Residents File 5-Page Police Complaint Against MHADA VP & CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal at Goregaon Police Station. April 2026.has he said "ghuskhor" to protesters. 📢📢📢 In June 2023, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at multiple locations, including the residence of senior IAS officer Sanjeev Jaiswal, in connection with an alleged money laundering case linked to irregularities in BMC’s Covid-19 field hospital and jumbo centre contracts. During the raids, the ED recovered property documents and fixed deposits. Jaiswal and his wife were reported to own 24 properties (including a half-acre plot at Madh Island and multiple flats) collectively valued at around Rs 34 crore, along with Rs 15 crore in fixed deposits. Jaiswal stated that most of these assets were gifted to his wife by her father (a retired senior IRS officer) and other family members. Lookout Notice: IAS Officer Stopped from Flying to Sri Lanka On July 14, 2023, Sanjeev Jaiswal (then Additional Commissioner in BMC and later MHADA CEO) was deplaned at Mumbai airport along with his wife while attempting to fly to Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ED had issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against him due to the ongoing probe. Jaiswal claimed he had obtained prior permission from the state government for the personal trip, but was not allowed to board on the basis of the LOC. ED Summons and Questioning Jaiswal appeared before the ED in late June and early July 2023 and was questioned for nearly 10 hours in the money laundering case related to Covid centre contracts awarded during the pandemic. The probe focused on alleged irregularities in contracts given to private operators for running jumbo Covid centres by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), where Jaiswal served as Additional Municipal Commissioner when the pandemic broke out. Current Controversy: Residents’ Police Complaint Against MHADA CEO (April 2026) On April 17, 2026, during a public meeting at Ganesh Maidan in Motilal Nagar (Goregaon West) to unveil the master plan for one of Mumbai’s largest redevelopment projects (involving the Adani Group under MHADA), Sanjeev Jaiswal, now Vice President and CEO of MHADA, faced protests from residents. When some attendees raised demands for larger rehabilitation homes (2,400 sq ft instead of the announced 1,600 sq ft carpet area), the situation turned heated. Jaiswal allegedly lost his cool, referred to a protester as “ghuskhor” (bribe-taker/illegal occupant) and asked police to verify the man’s identity documents. 37 Residents File 5-Page Complaint at Goregaon Police Station Following the incident, 37 tenants from Motilal Nagar submitted a detailed 5-page written complaint at Goregaon Police Station. The complaint, signed by the residents, demands legal action against the MHADA CEO for alleged threatening behaviour, creating tension, and lack of respectful conduct during the redevelopment discussion. Motilal Nagar is home to approximately 3,702 tenement holders and around 1,600 slum dwellers. Residents are seeking greater transparency, better rehabilitation terms, and protection of their rights in this massive redevelopment project. This forms the complete background connecting the 2023 ED probe with the recent April 2026 redevelopment controversy.

Worli BDD Chawl Redevelopment delivering hope and homes! Handed over 556 flats under the Worli BDD Chawl Redevelopment Project in Mumbai today - a moment that goes beyond the keys exchanged. It marks the realisation of the vision to provide every resident of these historic chawls with a rightful, dignified home. Since 1920, the BDD chawls have witnessed the freedom movement, social and political struggles, and the rise of many eminent personalities. Generations have lived here, their joys, hardships and progress etched into the walls. This settlement is not just housing but a living chapter of Mumbai’s social and economic history. Redevelopment moved forward with determination despite nearly 90 years of pending litigations and multiple challenges. The profit-driven plan of limiting homes to 300–325 sq ft was replaced with 500 sq ft spacious MHADA houses. As Asia’s largest urban redevelopment project, global tenders were invited to ensure the best contractors and world-class planning, maximizing every inch of space. Today’s milestone is only the beginning, with many more homes to be delivered through the Worli project and across the entire redevelopment plan. A special satisfaction comes from providing rightful homes to police personnel, realising the long-standing vision of Loknete Late Gopinathrao ji Munde. The commitment remains to deliver transformative projects that ensure every Mumbaikar and every Marathi manus has a place to call home in their own city, shaping Mumbai’s future with care and purpose. DCM Eknath Shinde ji, DCM Ajitdada Pawar, Deputy Chairperson of the Legislative Council Dr Neelamtai Gorhe, Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha ji, Minister Adv Ashish Shelar, MoS Dr Pankaj Bhoyar, MP Milind Deora and other dignitaries were present. At the Adani Annual Conference, 2026, in Mumbai, Pranav Adani outlined the vision behind the Dharavi Redevelopment Project. Spread over 600 acres, this project is one of the world’s largest and most ambitious urban regeneration initiatives in a city. For the Adani Group, it is a unique opportunity to provide a life of dignity to over 1 million people who have been living in extremely difficult conditions for decades. Under this initiative, a modern infrastructure hub will be created, secure homes will be built and essential amenities will be provided to the residents – a city will be developed inside a city. Because at its heart, this transformation is about the people, restoring their dignity and ensuring a better tomorrow for them.

🚨 Arrogance of Power in Motilal Nagar Redevelopment Exposed The conduct of Devendra Fadnavis’s close bureaucratic associate, Sanjeev Jaiswal, during the Motilal Nagar redevelopment presentation in Goregaon (West) has sparked serious outrage. A local resident, who was peacefully raising his concerns under his constitutional rights, was allegedly met with धमकी भरी language—being called an “intruder,” asked for ID, and even warned of being forcefully picked up. This is not governance—this is intimidation. ❓ Is Asking Questions Now a Crime in a Democracy? In a democratic country like India, every citizen has the right to question authorities and demand transparency. Silencing residents with threats only exposes the failure of an अधिकारी who clearly lacks basic public dealing skills. Officers in such powerful positions must undergo proper training on how to speak respectfully with citizens, not behave like enforcers. 🏘️ 50+ Years of History Ignored Motilal Nagar is not just a redevelopment project—it is home to thousands of families who have lived there for over five decades. Their future cannot be decided without their consent, trust, and participation. Ignoring their voices while pushing decisions from the top only creates fear and distrust. ⚠️ Lessons Not Learnt from Past Redevelopment Failures Nearby redevelopment projects like Patra Chawl and Unnat Nagar have already shown issues of delays, displacement, and unequal benefits. Yet, the same mistakes are being repeated. Why are Motilal Nagar residents not being offered fair and transparent terms? 📢 Redevelopment Cannot Be Forced—It Must Be Earned Redevelopment is meant for the people, not to be imposed on them. Respect, dialogue, and transparency must be the foundation. Authorities must immediately step in, ensure direct communication with residents, and hold officials accountable for such behavior. 👉 Final Message Public servants must remember—they are servants of the people, not rulers. If an officer does not know how to speak with respect, then proper behavioural training is not optional—it is necessary. Addis Ababa’s Riverside Development is far more than a riverbank beautification project. From the Entoto to Peacock corridor to the Entoto–Kebena stretch, this is a large-scale urban transformation that extends up to 50 meters beyond the rivers, creating green corridors, public gathering spaces, walkable areas, recreation zones, and commercial spaces that are reshaping the city itself. What makes the project especially significant is its broader economic and social impact. Beyond improving the appearance and function of the riversides, it has created jobs for many people across construction, engineering, landscaping, logistics, and related sectors, while also generating opportunities for local contractors, suppliers, and businesses. The fact that so much of the work is being designed and delivered locally highlights the growing capacity of Ethiopian expertise in urban development and infrastructure. The sustainability aspect is equally important. Once dumping grounds for toxic waste and flood hazards affecting communities along the riverbanks, these areas are now being transformed into greener, healthier, and more liveable urban spaces. At the same time, the integration of commercial and public spaces demonstrates how environmental restoration and economic growth can work together rather than compete with one another. This is a long-term investment in the future of Addis Ababa as a greener, more connected, economically vibrant, and people-centered city.

Ireland's housing system is not fit for purpose as it fails to deter vulture funds from buying properties that could be homes for individual buyers. On May 20, 2021, the Irish Government introduced a 10% stamp duty on bulk purchases of residential houses. This measure aimed to discourage large-scale acquisitions by investors and vulture funds. However, the policy has two notable exemptions: bulk buying of apartments in multi-storey buildings with grouped access, and purchases by local authorities and approved housing bodies. These entities are not subject to the 10% stamp duty on bulk purchases of residential houses. This is one of the reasons why the housing system is broken in Ireland. Deutsche Bank's €800 billion investment arm fund has acquired 85% (46 homes) in Belcamp Manor, Dublin 17 for €24.5 million. Originally intended for individual buyers, these properties were being advertised for rent at €3,175 per month (€38,100 per year) by a London-based real estate investment fund on It is no surprise that in the past 13 years, rent in Ireland has doubled, and house prices have increased by 55%, making it the fastest growth in any major EU economy. Currently, vulture funds own 1 in 6 mortgages in the Irish housing market, while Cuckoo funds and the State purchase 42% of new homes. This leaves a record number of first-time buyers competing for the lowest supply of housing stock nationwide in over a decade. There are just over 11,000 homes available for purchase nationally, the fewest since 2012 when 60,000 homes were on the market. The 2022 Census reveals that there are 166,752 vacant homes and 66,135 vacant holiday homes across the country. Out of the vacant homes, almost a third (48,387) have been vacant long-term since 2016 and remain unused. Additionally, the current salary required to buy a new home in Dublin is €127,000, which exceeds even a TD's basic salary of €108,987. Meanwhile, in December 2023, there were 18,648 entire houses/apartments available on the short-term letting platform Airbnb in Ireland. This includes 4,666 listings in Dublin City whilst the number of people living in emergency accommodation reached another record high of 14,429 in July—including 2,096 families (up 14%) and 4,401 children (a 15% rise since July 2023). In Dublin alone, 10,487 people were homeless—another new record—with 3,289 of those being children. #Dublin #Ireland #HousingCrisis #DerelictIreland #VacantIreland #homeless #Airbnb

🚨TEXAS BETRAYED (AGAIN): ISLAMIZATION RAGES ON... $25M+ Muslim Brotherhood Fortress Rising at UT Austin — EPIC City 2.0: The Stealth Blueprint for Sharia Takeover of America’s Campuses While your leaders grandstand about designating the Muslim Brotherhood a terror org, a full-blown Islamic stronghold - seeded with Saudi cash, rooted in Brotherhood networks, and openly designed to enforce Sharia - is being built RIGHT NEXT TO UT Austin and the Texas Capitol. This isn’t just a “mosque.” It’s a 74,000 sq ft vertical Islamic ecosystem: • Massive prayer hall for 600+ • Seminary indoctrinating hundreds of students • Gender-segregated housing (96 beds) where “Islamic etiquette” is MANDATORY — even for non-Muslims who somehow get in • Dawah center to recruit & radicalize on campus • Sharia-compliant financing + zakat pipelines citing jihad-justifying clerics like Qaradawi Leaders brag: “We want this model copied at almost every major university in America.” One sheikh demands it spreads nationwide - a “beacon of Islam” to keep students “always in the environment of the masjid.” Founded by the Muslim Students Association (a Brotherhood creation), the first land was purchased with a $150K check from the Saudi Embassy. Now Austin’s liberal city hall is literally MOVING a historic landmark to clear the way. Texas just labeled the Brotherhood terrorists - yet this project sails through with zero scrutiny. This is colonization in plain sight: surround young Americans during their formative years, control their housing, finances (sharia adherent), behavior, and beliefs, then export the model everywhere. ALERT TEXAS! Sharia in the Heart of Texas: The Silent Takeover No One Is Talking About 🚨 Texas is under Islamic transformation at an alarming rate—mosques across the state are no longer just places of worship. They are expansion hubs for Sharia dominance, complete with Islamic governance, commercial control, and social services designed to operate outside of U.S. law. 📍 The Latest Front: The Islamic Center of Quad Cities (ICQC) Once a small operation in a strip mall, ICQC is now building a massive, 24,000 sq. ft. mega-mosque, education center, and commercial empire in Frisco, Texas—and it’s just one piece of a statewide Islamic expansion strategy. 💰 $2.4 MILLION Raised in 5 Months - Now they are raising more... How? Who’s funding this? The speed and scale of this project suggest serious foreign financial backing—the kind seen in Saudi, Qatari, and Pakistani-funded Deobandi strongholds. 🚧 Construction Timeline: Fast-Tracked to Completion ✔ July 2024 – Permits issued, site work begins ✔ 2025 – Foundation, plumbing, and electrical installations ✔ By end of 2025 – Steel acquired, full-scale mosque construction begins 🔗 Coordinated Sharia Expansion: The ICQC & EPIC Connection ICQC is directly aligned with the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC)—which is building a 402-acre Sharia-controlled Islamic city. Their key fundraiser, Ustadh Mohamad Baajour, who is from EPIC is a regular at mega-mosque funding events across Texas. This isn’t just about worship—it’s a political, legal, and ideological operation. 🚨 What You Need to Know: The Hijrah Blueprint in Action The Islamic concept of Hijrah—migration for the sake of Islam—is playing out in real time across Texas. These mosques double as governance hubs, creating self-sustaining, Sharia-compliant enclaves that reshape the culture and legal landscape. 🔎 INVESTIGATE. EXPOSE. STOP THE EXPANSION. 🔎 Texas is being systematically transformed. The media won’t cover it. Politicians won’t touch it. But we will. Read my latest report:

My graphic illustrates the high number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. By the way, the red blocks in my graphic represent some of the derelict and vacant sites in Dublin City, while the red houses represent Airbnb short-term rentals. The graphic also highlights a new housing development at Fosterstown Place in Swords where Ryanair purchased 25 out of 28 homes. Ireland's housing system is dysfunctional and not fit for purpose as it fails to deter vulture funds from bulk buying properties that could be homes for individual buyers. On May 20, 2021, the Irish Government introduced a 10% stamp duty on bulk purchases of residential houses. This measure aimed to discourage large-scale acquisitions by investors and vulture funds. This is one of the reasons why the housing system is broken in Ireland. Ryanair cabin crew salaries in Ireland are notably lower than those of their counterparts at other airlines. Their pay ranges from €17,000 to €29,000, depending on flight hours and additional bonuses. The average salary for cabin crew across Ireland is approximately €2,120 per month or €25,400 annually, indicating that Ryanair's pay is about 15% lower than the national average for flight attendants. It's worth mentioning that Michael O'Leary's current salary stands at €1.2 million—about €49,271 per month. His total compensation package could reach up to €4.7 million, depending on performance bonuses. O'Leary's net worth, primarily derived from his shareholding in Ryanair, is estimated at around €700 million. It's no wonder Ryanair staff struggle to afford average rent in Dublin. Last January, the airline purchased 25 out of 28 homes in a new housing development at Fosterstown Place in Swords. Ryanair stated that these properties were acquired to accommodate staff who work at Dublin Airport. However, to make matters worse, 18 of these homes are sitting empty—six months after the developer completed them. Homelessness in Ireland has reached another new record high, with 14,760 people homeless and relying on emergency accommodation, including 4,561 children from 2,133 families, according to the latest figures released by the Department of Housing. The Government failed to meet its social and affordable housing targets by 2,680 homes last year and significantly underestimated the number of houses needed to be built annually by 17,000. It's widely accepted that Ireland requires up to 50,000 additional houses each year; however, the government's "Housing for All" plan only aims to build an average of 33,000. The Housing for All plan, launched by the Irish government in September 2021, is their housing strategy aimed at addressing the country's housing crisis. However, since its implementation, statistics have revealed alarming trends: • Total homelessness increased by 74%, from 8,475 to 14,760. • Homeless adults increased by 66%, from 6,131 to 10,199 . • Homeless children increased by 95%, from 2,344 to 4,561. The 2022 Census shows that the country has 166,752 vacant homes and 66,135 empty holiday homes. Notably, nearly a third of these vacant homes (48,387) have been unoccupied since 2016. Predictably, rent has doubled over the past 13 years and house prices have surged by 55%, marking the fastest growth in any major EU economy. Average rents have soared by 43% compared to pre-Covid levels, with Dublin rents now averaging €2,476. In the capital, a typical three-bed semi-detached home costs €517,333. The average house price in Dublin is rising by €469 per week. To purchase a new home in Dublin priced around €395,000, a first-time buyer typically needs an annual income of at least €77,142 and must also have a minimum deposit of 10%, amounting to around €39,500. This financial barrier helps explain why an estimated 10,600 people left Ireland to live in Australia last year, up from 4,700 the previous year—a staggering 126% increase. This marks the highest level of emigration to Australia since 2013. Currently, vulture funds own 1 in 6 mortgages in the Irish housing market, while cuckoo funds and the State purchase 42% of new homes. This situation has led to a record number of first-time buyers competing for the smallest supply of housing stock in over a decade. Nationally, just over 11,000 homes are available for purchase, a stark contrast to 2012 when 60,000 homes were on the market. A garda and a nurse with a combined salary of €89,000 cannot afford a three-bedroom semi-detached house in greater Dublin. To add to the crisis, the income needed to buy a new home in Dublin is €127,000, which surpasses even a TD's basic salary of €108,987. Consequently, 68% of people in their late 20s still live with their parents, a figure that is nearly 26% higher than the EU average of 42.1%. #Dublin #Ireland #HousingCrisis #DerelictIreland #homeless #Airbnb #GE2024 #Ryanair #HousingForAll

My graphic illustrates the large number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows the 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. Landowners owe councils €50 million as 90% of vacant site levies go unpaid. Intended to prevent land hoarding and accelerate housing development, only €138,335 of €9.6 million owed in 2022 was collected. Thirteen of 31 local authorities issued no demands, and of the 18 that did, only four collected any money. Dublin City Council imposed nearly €4.9 million in levies but collected nothing. The prolonged dereliction of properties should be considered social vandalism, a crime against the state and the common good. An effective vacant and derelict tax, coupled with a compulsory sales order, could dissuade landlords from hoarding land, particularly sites that have been vacant and derelict for an extended period. Homelessness in Ireland has reached another new record high, with 14,760 people homeless and relying on emergency accommodation, including 4,561 children from 2,133 families, according to the latest figures released by the Department of Housing. 🚨 ALERT TEXAS: GET THIS RADICAL OUT OF AMERICA NOW - THERE IS NOT A SINGLE REAL CITIZEN IN SAN ANTONIO WHO WANTS THIS! This is Imam AbdulRahman Kattab. Egyptian-born. Raised in Saudi Arabia. Came to Texas around 2023. Now leading the construction of a 7.25-acre self-contained Islamic campus (33,000 sq ft mosque + future housing + K-12 school) in North San Antonio- just minutes from the U.S. Army’s Camp Bullis training base. This is the same man who: 🔺Called the October 7 Hamas massacre a “day of remembrance” and prayed for their victory 🔺Preaches that Muslims face “either victory or shahadah” and that “you came to die for the sake of Allah” 🔺Frames his Texas mosque project as the “first batch of the ummah that crosses the sea and spreads Islam” 🚨Now listen to what else he is saying: He called President Trump’s Memorandum of Understanding with Iran a “memo of surrender” for the United States. His exact words: “It’s not a memo of understanding. It’s a memo of surrender… You’re trying to take an empire that was existing for thousands of years with your planes and navy and army… How old is the United States of America standing in front of the Persian fire?” He refers to the IRGC simply as “the Persians” - deliberately glossing over a regime that executes women for refusing the hijab, murders its own protesters, and funds terrorist organizations across the region. Are you hearing this? This is the type of radical we are allowing into our country - and allowing to build a permanent Islamic campus in San Antonio, Texas. We do not want this in America. Get him out. Now. Red State America, Please Hear Me! Do Not Allow Your Political Leaders To Bring This To Your States - WE ARE THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE! Full exposé:
