I was brainwashed into the food pyramid and suffered a lot: under-weight, low energy, IBS, emotionally unstable, etc. despite eating 'healthy'. Was multiple doctors. Then went carnivore in my 40s and I feel better than I've ever felt. I hate the government and whole corporate food-medical-education system for this and hope it all falls apart.

@MikhailaFuller What happens when they vaccinate all of the beef, chicken, turkey, and hog? Probably won't be too safe then. How about they just stop poisoning our food supply? That would be great!

@MikhailaFuller So eliminating additives, chemicals, plus sugar and eating healthy works. What a novel idea, why didn’t Big Pharma and their medical doctor minions think of that?

@MikhailaFuller Good on her for doing that. It takes a certain kind of courage to stand up and face things in such a public way. That quality must run in the family. Warriors.

Using A Carnivore Elimination Diet To Heal GERD How I Eliminated 15yrs of Chronic PPI Proton Pump Inhibitor Medications(Nexium, Aciphex & Prilosec): Adopting A Ketogenic Proper Human Diet & Going As Strict As Needed To Eliminate Symptoms. For me, that meant in order for my Stomach & Esophagus to heal I needed to eat Beef only. Using Carnivore as an Elimination Diet allows for discovering how each item encourages healing or is harmful & flares symptoms. The following items worsened my reflux & needed to be eliminated until complete healing took place: vegetables, coffee, tea, spices, sausage, pork, chicken & eggs. Very Slow Taper Of PPI Meds To Eliminate & Prevent Severe Rebound Reflux. Start Taper Only After Achieving No GERD Symptoms On The Ketogenic Diet. All of the GERD trigger foods need to be identified first & eliminated prior to tapering medications. Cut tablets in 1/2 dose per day - or - a full dose every other day. Stay On This For 2 Weeks, Then Cut Dose In 1/2 Again -or- full dose every 3rd day. Continue this taper pattern in 2 week cycles. Keep Tapering Until Off Meds Completely. When GERD Free & PPI Free, reintroduce 1 food, drink or spice item at a time & watch for GERD symptoms to resurface & evaluate. At 7yrs healed, I have been able to add items back in since year 2. Coffee, Tea, Eggs, Sausage, Pork & Chicken are back into my way of eating with no issues or recurrence of symptoms. Vegetables & Spices are gone long term, not because of GERD symptoms but because many are high in harmful Oxalates. 9 illnesses that healed were from Oxalate Toxicity, from over consumption of High Oxalate foods daily, prior to 2017. You are your own n=1 Experiment. You can heal by discovering which foods or beverages or spices are triggers for GERD, eliminating them until symptoms are gone & stomach/esophagus heals, taper off of meds, then reintroduce the eliminated foods. My Twitter friend Ken D Berry MD describes exactly what I did to heal GERD.

Jordan Peterson read Stephen Fry's famous answer about God back to him, then asked him what holding it actually costs: Fry once said that if he ever met God, he would ask about bone cancer in children. Peterson brings it up, but not to attack it. He thinks the argument works. Peterson: "Ivan wins the argument, but Alyosha is the better person." Fry: "I don't believe there is such a being, but if there were, I would have many bones to pick with him." Then Peterson turns it. The argument is powerful. The problem is where it takes you. Peterson: "there's a direction that goes in that's nihilistic and resentful and vengeful and angry, and all understandable, but it doesn't look to me like there's anything good in it." He says he tested it on himself. Peterson: "I've had my reasons to be resentful and angry, especially recently, and because I'm suffering a lot of pain." Peterson: "there was nothing in that that didn't make it worse, and that therefore that must be wrong, even though it's justifiable." Fry's answer is that he was never angry to begin with. Fry: "I'm not really resentful and angry about the fact that there's evil in the world. I'm sorrowful very often." Fry: "most people are so good, so anxious to be good, are idiotically good." Fry: "every time I go off to sleep I think, how did I screw up today, how can I be better tomorrow." Then he challenges Peterson's phrase, a higher mode of being. Fry: "show me someone who has a higher mode of existence than I do." Peterson: "that higher mode of existence is what your conscience tortures you for not attaining." Peterson: "you cannot create your own values. The values impose themselves on you independent of your will." His evidence isn't scripture. It's juvenile rats. Peterson: "if the big rat doesn't let the little rat win 30 percent of the time, the little rat will stop inviting him to play." Reciprocity, before anyone believed anything.
