In July 2022; Ilebaye took a chance at a dream and it started and ended in the blink of an eye. Little did she know that that was only the end of a phase in her journey and not the journey all together. Presumably; it was when Biggie called again that our sweet girl realized that the universe INFACT, did have more in store for her. Coming back on this show was such a brave move. She even had statistics to the contrary. Yet she came and it has paid off in ten fold. Now she is blessed with the best fanbase ever; The Baye Tribe. I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. Since the moment she was born, she was treated like a sacrifice for a conflict she was never even part of and later we find out that this conflict never even existed. Her right to study was taken from her. She was pushed into a marriage at a very young age just imagine being six, seven, eight years old, living in fear of being tied to someone you don’t even know. She was treated like a servant in her own home, by the very people she thought were her family. And just when she gets close to the happiness she dreamed of, the man she was engaged to shows up with another wife. She gets mistreated by that wife, by his family, and even (unintentionally) by him, because he was trying to run away from his own feelings, and that only caused her more heartbreak. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. She lived her life, fell in love, went out, made choices and no one questioned her, no one controlled her. And then what did she do? She found out that her man was engaged to another woman before marrying her (and even saw him marry her) and instead of holding on to her dignity, she chose to stay, to fight for a man who lied to her, to hold onto a marriage he tried to end multiple times. She used her unborn child to keep him tied to her. She lied constantly, and her excuse was that she was “protecting her marriage” a marriage that was already broken from the moment Serhat removed that ring at the airport in episode one. She tried to hand Yıldız (a woman who had already suffered enough) over to dangerous people. Then she found out the truth about her own birth (that her father ra*ped her mother.)And still no empathy. No moment of humanity toward her own mother. All she cared about was herself. And even though none of this had anything to do with Yıldız, she still found a way to blame it on her. Instead of holding her father accountable, she went and made a deal with him to get rid of Yıldız. She literally made a deal with the devil just to hurt Yıldız one more time. And after all of that… you want me to feel sorry for her? You want me to call her a victim? I honestly cannot believe we are living on the same planet with people who see this and still say, “she’s the victim.” Not morally. Not logically. Not emotionally. Problems in the bedroom aren’t problems in the bedroom. They’re symptoms. It’s a sign of something going on outside of it. This woman called in because her libido was turned "off." She wanted it turned "on" for herself and for her husband. Once John asked a few questions, he discovered something deeper. She had traumatic events from her past. She had shared some of it with her husband. But not all. She was afraid to tell him everything, so she held it inside. That fear, that holding back, was showing up in the bedroom. We often think intimacy is just the physical act. But intimacy is bringing yourself, all the vulnerable, hidden parts, and letting your spouse see it. When your naked you are exposed and vulnerable. One part of the interview stood out. She had mentioned therapy before. Her husband told her it was a waste of time. If you wife has an issue and she's coming to you providing a potential solution you should pay attention. The message she got from her husband even though he was probably trying to help is either he doesn't hear me, or I'm being dismissed. Your wife needs to know that she can be vulnerable with you and show you what hurts her and not feel like she's going to be dismissed. You want to be a safe place she can run to, not a place she feels she needs to hide from.

Seeing as this is a hot topic at the moment, in this clip, it’s not just the way Meghan barked at Sophie to come into the middle that was rude, it was also the way she uses her elbow to push Sophie. She then ignores her when Sophie taps her arm, then again uses her elbow to block her from getting into the next photo when Nacho came over. She’s using her arm to completely block Sophie and even gives her a little side eye. She was horrid to Sophie that day on numerous occasions. Blanking her, turning her back to her, over talking her. Real nasty mean girl behaviour that was caught on camera, so I dread to see how she was off camera.

On our way back to Nairobi, we made a stop at Anita’s home. We had carried a few shopping items for little Talisha. It was not an easy visit the home is still heavy with grief. Talisha, just a young child, is going through a very difficult moment. Together with the house help, she witnessed the tragic loss of her mother. Yesterday, she seemed withdrawn, quiet, and not her usual self, after the family gently broke the heartbreaking news to her that her mum is no longer in the hospital and will not be coming back, for she has gone to rest. In her innocence, whenever she missed her mum, she kept saying, “Let’s go to the hospital and see mum.” That alone broke our hearts. We spent some time with her and the family. We talked, we comforted them as best as we could, and most importantly, we prayed together. In moments like these, sometimes prayer is the only thing that can offer even the smallest bit of strength. After that, we began our journey back to Nairobi. Let us continue to keep Talisha and the entire family in our prayers. They need strength, healing, and love during this painful time. “What is it about not knowing the truth about your child’s struggle that scares you so much?” This was an intense question for the therapist to ask Kathy Hilton, but it felt necessary. Kathy has always seemed distant when it comes to the trauma her daughter Paris experienced. Kathy explains that she does not want to know the full truth because she lived it and went through it. She admits that sometimes fear can outweigh love. When Paris, Nicky, and her other children were away at school, Kathy says she would lie in bed and cry. Other times, she would lie there feeling nothing. Kathy also spoke about her own childhood during therapy. She admitted that she never fully processed her parents’ divorce and described her mother, known as “Big Kathy,” as very controlling. The therapist reframed this by suggesting that her mother controlled situations in order to keep everyone safe. That was the environment Kathy was raised in, and as the oldest child, she learned that it was her responsibility to do the same. But then the therapist made a point that really landed. Sometimes, without realizing it, we think we are protecting our children when in reality we become the source of their pain: “Kathy, sometimes we don't even know that we aren't protecting and we've actually become the hurt. We've actually inflicted more hurt trying to protect them." Kathy then shared that the therapist had watched Paris’ documentary about her boarding school trauma and other experiences but Kathy admitted she has never watched it, not even the trailer. She is afraid to see it and says she has always been someone who prefers to sweep things under the carpet. “What is it about not knowing the truth about your child’s struggle that scares you so much?” This was an intense question for the therapist to ask Kathy Hilton, but it felt necessary. Kathy has always seemed distant when it comes to the trauma her daughter Paris experienced. Kathy explains that she does not want to know the full truth because she lived it and went through it. She admits that sometimes fear can outweigh love. When Paris, Nicky, and her other children were away at school, Kathy says she would lie in bed and cry. Other times, she would lie there feeling nothing. Kathy also spoke about her own childhood during therapy. She admitted that she never fully processed her parents’ divorce and described her mother, known as “Big Kathy,” as very controlling. The therapist reframed this by suggesting that her mother controlled situations in order to keep everyone safe. That was the environment Kathy was raised in, and as the oldest child, she learned that it was her responsibility to do the same. But then the therapist made a point that really landed. Sometimes, without realizing it, we think we are protecting our children when in reality we become the source of their pain: “Kathy, sometimes we don't even know that we aren't protecting and we've actually become the hurt. We've actually inflicted more hurt trying to protect them." Kathy then shared that the therapist had watched Paris’ documentary about her boarding school trauma and other experiences but Kathy admitted she has never watched it, not even the trailer. She is afraid to see it and says she has always been someone who prefers to sweep things under the carpet. the people saying negative things about orm know NOTHING about the kind of woman, actor, and professional she is. she completes her professional commitments (sometimes at personal cost even though she doesn't have to). she had an outfit issue on stage and handled it brilliantly without drawing attention to her and ALL she did was have a little nervous laughter on stage. y'all need to stop acting like you've never experienced stage fright. in that situation, a lot of you would've frozen or cried. i personally would've been mortified. you needed an excuse to hate on her and you've found the stupidest one yet. everyone that meets her remembers with love and that is all she needs. she's constantly working on herself and improving, unlike you who peaked in high school and stayed there in that bully mentality.
