Lotta free choice the workers had being beaten and shot on strike

@Dandilionz11 When I was a 21 yr old Canadian I thought we had freedom . We were taught both in Public School and the University I attended that we were free to decide our own paths , words , beliefs . Canada is in GREAT need of its heart and morality . It’s been censored by force .

Brilliant, and as true today as it was half a century ago. Hard to believe anyone would argue for less freedom and more misery.

@profstonge Simple. 8th commandment violated by communism

Spot on 🎯

I would dunk his smarmy face in a bowl of custard

While other countries feared the consequences of abusing their currencies, the United States was so powerful that it had no such fear even of the potential backlash from currency abuse.

@profstonge In his book,"Freedom to Choose," M. Friedman quotes Louis Brandeis: "Freedom is most in need of protection when government pursues good purposes... More dangerous to freedom are the covert attacks of bigoted, well-meaning, and ignorant people," which are especially relevant today

BALONEY! Like Israel, as the West falls apart under Unregulated Capitalism run Amok, the defenders are trying to stick their fingers in the dam!

@thegasolinealy

Would this be the same Milton Friedman who used Chile as a test bed for his deranged theories? It didn't end well.

Great man

This is the essence of the issues we are facing in the world today. Socialism feeds from the root of envy, and Capitalism from brotherly love and respect.

Who is in the begginins times of schools in Europe and America?

#CapitalismVsSocialism

It's a shame I can't debate "Capitated Capitalism" (aka "CapTheCap") with him. In the end, he'd admit it has merit. Don't offer me an AI version, too much of what he said has been perverted by special interests. CapTheCap!

@AlexanderDowner Friedman & his Chicargo School cohorts championed free markets but turned a blind eye to the brutality of Pinochet's regime in Chile. Supporting economic reforms is one thing; overlooking human rights abuses is another. True freedom cannot exist without moral responsibility.

@TMWQ33 True — I think that bit of historical evidence has been forgotten in the West.

fundamental

Sir, your words are truly excellent! Communism is indeed a problem for humanity, and the issue lies not in free choice versus coercion.

🇺🇸🇺🇸

Yes, socialism never worked anywhere, but it was also forced to endure all kinds of sanctions and other unfair practices. Look at Cuba and ask yourself, why wouldn't we just let it be?

👏👏👏

Il comunismo è un problema umano. PP

This is why democracy is failing all over the West. Bureaucrats have taken control and have obsessed over data, not COHESIVE STABLE values.

@TMWQ33 Yep

CAPITALISM==[-CENTRAL_COMMUNISM]

RETARDS, CAPITALISM AND CENTRAL COMMUNISM ARE THE ABSOLUTE SAME GARBAGE, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY INTERDEPENDENT! CENTRALISM MEANS UNDEMOCRATICALLY AMASSING POWER IN JUST A FEW HANDS, THEY STEAL THE GOOD WORKS, CAPITALISTS AND CENTRALISTS ARE SATAN==LUCIFER! FUCK OFF IF RETARDED!

And the main difference between ASE and the rest of the world is that the rest of the world has a brain.

Meh. "Economics" = Incentives. Not really about numbers.

Free choice is the fun ride you actually enjoy paying for 🎢😏 compulsory force is just being shoved into a clown car with no seatbelt 🚫🤡

Smart man ...

In The Shock Doctrine Naomi Klein explains how this hypocrite left Latin American countries very little choice.
