"honestly, i don't think i'm very good at letting (my characters) go. once i take on a project, i end up doing it for about 8 to 10 months, and i feel like my way of speaking and habits from that time remain a bit. so even after a project wraps up, that character actually stays with me for a while. but when that happens, i try as much as possible not to do the things that the character used to do for 8 months. for example like a certain posture or things like that. and then i cut my hair from when i played that character to try and see a different image of myself too. but honestly, even if i cut my hair, that character doesn't really go away. so for me, honestly, rather than saying 'i'm letting them go', i just always cherish them and no matter what project i do in the future, i feel like there will still be moments where i think of that character. since i consider (those) moments to be a part of who i am too, i actually really like seeing those moments keep piling up within me."

"People assume prototyping requires writing code, but Image Gen is simply much faster." Rohan (Codex PM) showed me exactly how he does it: "I took a screenshot of the Codex composer where you can type in a new message. Then I asked Codex to use Image Gen to prototype 4-5 ideas to improve project selection. I can then ask it to take the first image and make a prototype of it on a Codex site. How to Bring Emojis to Life with AI (Yes, you read that right) 1. Choose the Emoji Wisely Prefer detailed emojis 👨‍🎤 The Man Singer emoji is a good example of this. Face, hair, outfit, mic... The more detailed, the better. 2. Prepare Your Original Image We'll be doing multi-enhancements, so the initial image shouldn't be too large. (I'll explain more about this shortly) I started with a 512x512px image. The smaller the image you start with, the more detail-oriented the enhancer tends to be. I usually use Figma for design and animations. However, you can use any other tool like Canva or Photoshop. Or just download it from somewhere. 3. Upload Your Image Go to Magnific's website and simply drag and drop your image there. 4. Setup the Parameters This is the fun part. You can experiment here to find your own settings or follow the method I used. I start with high creativity and low resemblance values. Depending on how far you want to deviate from the original image, you can increase this contrast. The Prompt 🪄 Since Magnific uses Stable Diffusion's technology, it uses the same syntax for prompts. But you don't need to write very detailed prompts. Just state what you want to see. The trick here is to use prompt weights. Prices are higher when you order from them because Door Dash can take up to 30% from the business. So when you think you are helping that business by ordering from them through Door Dash, sometimes you aren’t.
