ICE took at least 41 illegal aliens coming off the Geisinger Medical Center tower job in Danville, Pennsylvania, on Sept. 2, then came back a week later. Illegal immigration advocate groups put the two-day total at 49 and are calling it the biggest workplace operation they have counted in the state. Some of those men are sitting in Clinton County Jail in Lock Haven. They were building Geisinger's $880 million 11-story patient tower. Geisinger says the stops were not on hospital property, and that a construction manager is supposed to check work papers. Whiting-Turner is the general contractor. Still nobody in that stack has been charged. Danville Police, Mahoning Township, and the Montour County Sheriff all have 287(g) with ICE. Chief Greg Watson said nine of his 11 officers are ICE-affiliated. An AP count of federal data put Pennsylvania ICE arrests at 8,796 from Jan. 20, 2025, through March 11. One of the workers called it a "direct attack on the hardworking immigrant community" because agents used drones, watched the lot, and waited on the roads with local cops. That is not my immigrant community. My family waited in line, learned English, and did this the legal way. He does not get to hide behind people like us after hopping a job he was never allowed to have. The scandal is not the drones. The scandal is an $880 million hospital tower staffed with illegal aliens from Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Honduras, and a hospital that pointed at the construction manager the second ICE showed up. Hiring them is already a federal crime. We have seen this before at the Hyundai Metaplant. 475 detained, and the company never got charged. If every business that did this actually got indicted, the hiring would stop overnight, and you would see a mass exodus of these criminal border crossers.

🚨 WATCH - An CRIMINAL Illegal Alien just tried to EVADE ARREST and RUN OVER an ICE Agent in Roxbury/Hopatcong NJ, forcing the federal agent to SHOOT the tires of the vehicle to stop him! The suspect, Jesus Fabian Lopez-Banegas, an ILLEGAL Migrant from Honduras, has a LENGTHY Criminal Record including DRUG TRAFFICKING, DRUG POSSESSION, and a DUI! The video looks to be AFTER the incident and shows a Federal Agent draw his weapon on a VERY AGITATED Lopez-Banegas after the car was crashed near a telephone pole. According to Department of Homeland Security Spokesperson: “On February 10th, ICE was conducting a targeted enforcement to arrest Jesus Fabian Lopez-Banegas, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras. His criminal history includes drug trafficking charges, drug possession, and driving under the influence. In 2021, a judge issued this criminal illegal alien an order of removal. “In an attempt to evade arrest, Lopez-Banegas rammed into a law enforcement vehicle and weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run an officer over. “Following his training, the officer defensively used his firearm and shot out the tires of the vehicle to stop the threat. Thankfully, no one was injured. Officers arrested Banegas and took him into ICE custody. “Our officers are facing a 3,200% increase in vehicle attacks and a more than 1,300% increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest vicious criminal illegal aliens.” Surprised nobody was hurt, frankly. Waiting on more info. Crazy.

🚨 When did Kentucky become a Sanctuary STATE? 🚨 Kentucky is quietly operating as a sanctuary state. Illegal immigrants arrested for crimes — sometimes even felonies — are being released back into our communities without so much as a glance at their immigration status. This isn’t the fault of our judges, police, or lawmakers, who work tirelessly to secure Law and Order in Kentucky. It’s the work of unelected bureaucrats who are dodging the law and putting Kentuckians at serious risk. At Tuesday’s Judiciary Committee hearing, I uncovered a shocking truth: the system designed to protect us is failing on purpose. When someone is arrested in Kentucky, Risk Assessment Specialists (RAS) and Pretrial Services Specialists (PSS) evaluate whether they’re a flight risk, likely to skip court, or a danger to the public (KRS 431.066). These factors determine if they’re released, often without a bond or even seeing a judge. But here’s the problem—RAS and PSS don’t bother checking if the person is an illegal immigrant, even when federal databases like NCIC could reveal an ICE detainer (a request from ICE to hold the individual for 48 hours for deportation proceedings), prior deportations, and other immigration cases. I pressed an executive officer of the Department of Pretrial Services at the hearing, and they admitted: immigration status isn’t even considered. Illegal immigrants, by their very presence, are breaking federal law. Many lack ties to the community, making them inherent flight risks. They’re less likely to show up to court and more likely to pose a danger if released. Yet, Kentucky’s bureaucrats are letting them walk free, often before ICE even knows they’re in custody. This is a betrayal of public safety and a slap in the face to the rule of law. That’s why I will be proposing legislation that: ✅ Requires Risk Assessment Specialists to check a defendant’s immigration status. ✅ Prohibits bail for anyone whose legal status can’t be verified until ICE is contacted and decides whether to pick them up for deportation. This ensures illegal immigrants aren’t released to disappear into our communities while awaiting trial. It’s common sense, and it’s already within the spirit of existing Kentucky law—just ignored by liberal, Beshear-loving bureaucrats hiding in administrative roles. Kentucky deserves better than a system that prioritizes criminal illegal aliens over citizens. I’m fighting to end this hug-a-thug, sanctuary state nonsense and restore accountability. Will you join me? ⬇️
