Most recruits don’t realize this… Your inactive Twitter feed is hurting your chances way more than anything you post. Coaches look for players who consistently share plays, highlights, invites, and updates. If you’re silent, they assume you’re not serious — even if that’s not true. I help athletes fix...

The transfer portal changed everything. High school recruits aren’t just competing with other kids anymore — they’re competing with college athletes looking for new homes. Coaches wait for the portal to open, scan hundreds of college players, and only take high school kids who already have real visibility. If you’re not getting exposure, you’re not getting seen. This is exactly why I promote athletes directly to 2,500+ college coaches who follow my feed. Hit the link in my bio if you want to avoid getting buried behind portal players.

Parents - this matters. If you’re spending money on recruiting exposure, you need to be careful. There are a lot of people in this space who will happily take your money and deliver nothing. Do your research. Google the person — not just the handle. Look at their history. Ask coaches if they even know who they are. If credibility matters, this is where you start ➡️

Coaches: Ask your players “who watched the games last night” and the teams with the most hands up will be the best teams. Hard to be great if you don’t love it and hard to be great if you’re not obsessed with it

On a more serious note, if you are struggling and suffering, trying to fight for your dreams, I want you to know you are not alone. You’re not falling apart, you’re closer than it feels. I wrote this song for you. And for me. Let me know what you think.

Ben McCollum on not buying into external narratives (such as, “the world’s falling when you’re losing” and “the world can’t be any better when you win a game”): “For me, I don’t pay attention. I just try not to pay attention. If my bosses tell me something, then I pay attention. If my wife tells me something, I pay attention. If my mom tells me something, I pay attention. If an outside Twitter source says something, I don’t really pay attention because it’s not something that is going to benefit me. It’s not going to help us improve. And so, you just have to stay grounded in that."

“If you drop a catch, you’re not going to play the next game” — Gary Kirsten says fear is not the way to develop cricketers. “You should improve players by creating an environment they enjoy, not one they fear.” Kirsten says School coaches should be judged not just by wins, but by the talent they produce: “I don’t care if you lost games… if you’ve found a leg spinner, a batsman scoring hundreds, or a fast bowler bowling 135+, you’re doing a fantastic job.” 🏏

Life is short. Enjoy it and make the best of it! Naval “It’s even briefer than that. Each moment just disappears. It’s gone. There’s only a present moment, and it’s gone instantly. So if you’re not there for it, if you’re stressed out, or you’re anxious, or you’re thinking about something else, you missed it. So the true wasted time is a time that you are not present for, when you are not there for it, when you are not doing the thing you want to do to the best of your capabilities such that you’re immersed in it. If you’re not immersed in this moment, then you’re wasting your time.” Chris Williamson

Moore: “Thank you for your service” should actually mean something. And so if you’re like, “Listen, thank you for your service. We want to get you tickets to a UFC fight,” I’m like, that’s cool. “Thank you for your service” should not mean, “Attend my birthday party. Look a certain way and then cheer for me.” That’s not “thank you for your service.” That’s “thank you for your servitude.” And I don’t think that’s how military personnel should be used.

Ask for help. Not because you’re weak, but because you’re human. Because carrying everything alone will slowly break you down, even if you don’t show it. You’re not a burden. You’re not too much. You deserve support. You deserve someone to listen. There’s strength in saying, “I’m not okay.” There’s healing in being honest. Don’t stay silent. You don’t have to do this alone.

Pisces ♓️ People influence us more than we realize. If you haven’t been progressing the way you want to, take a moment to look at who you’re surrounded by. The energy around you shapes your confidence, your decisions, and how far you believe you can go. Are the people in your life encouraging growth, or subtly minimizing it? If you’re aiming for the next level, your environment has to reflect that.

This Snow Isn’t Acting Normal. Watch Closely. ❄️👀 I recorded this video because it caught my attention. This is snow that is behaving differently than what most of us are used to seeing. I’m not here to jump to conclusions. I’m not here to tell you what to think. I am here to show you what I’m seeing and ask a simple question. Why does this look different than normal snow? That’s it. Sometimes the most important thing you can do is slow down and observe. Not argue. Not assume. Not let someone else tell you what you’re seeing. Just look. Ask questions. And think for yourself. Too many people rush to label curiosity as ignorance. Curiosity is how you learn. Critical thinking is how you stay grounded. If there’s a normal explanation, I’m open to it. If there isn’t, people should still be allowed to ask questions. That used to be normal. Watch the video. Draw your own conclusions. And don’t let anyone shame you for paying attention. 🫡🇺🇸 If you’ve seen something similar, comment and share your experience.

Y’all want to be Division 1 players we’ll pay attention… After lifting weights, running 2 400’s, 2 300’s, 2 100’s and 4 half gassers with his team, the day was done. 98% of the players & Coaches were gone. Only a few coaches left, I look out my office window and see this…. MasonBall2027 is different. Athletes, if you want to be “Him” this what you takes, it takes this without your pops putting that camera on you while working out…. YOU have to silently want it. THIS IS WHY HE HAS MANY OFFERS

One of the best ways to disarm a customer is to stop selling to them. If I know you’re into mountain biking, why would I immediately show you an ad for my product? I’d rather show you an animated short about mountain biking that’s actually worth watching. You’re not being sold anything. You’re watching something you already love. Now I’ve earned your attention without triggering the “this is an ad” part of your brain. And especially with 40+ audiences, I think this is massively underused. Give them content they’d willingly watch anyway. Then let the product naturally enter the story. The less it feels like you’re trying to sell them something, the more open they become to finding out what you’re actually selling. Don’t interrupt the content they want. Become the content they want.

I’ve come a long way since I first shared my mental health experience with the world, and I want to remind you that if you’re struggling, you’re not alone. It’s okay to not be okay. I encourage you to speak up when you’re not feeling well. I’m grateful that I did.
