I feel used. I’ve been a cheerleader for #AdobeAnimate Adobe Animate since its inception… when everyone else was saying “It looks cheap,” I was insisting, “No no no… it’s all in how you USE it!” And I was right. “Flash” (as I will always call it) has been an amazing tool. When everyone else decided that ToonBoom was the promised land, I stuck with Flash. For those who knew how to use it, you could make professional level animation with a minimal budget and a crew of one. I understand that things change, and I’ve always advised that we should never rely too heavily on any ONE program, but to abruptly and unceremoniously yank the plug this way is a slap in the face to everyone who made the software a success. There was a right way to do this and a wrong way to do it. Adobe picked the absolute worst way to do it.

So my elder brother booked an appointment for me at the The Perfume Bar 🇳🇬 and it was a most amazing experience. You get to choose your scent and make your own perfume. Then give it a name of your choosing. I had fun doing it. The beauty of it is that, no one gets to smell like you 😊 It is a beautiful place with a beautiful experience, and a wonderful customer service. You should go with your friend or partner.

Most AI tools today are just command-takers. You type, it responds. You click, it executes. There's truly no learning, no memory, no adaptation. You're still doing most of the work. Which is why Miles by Avo on Solana would make so much sense if built well. From what I understand so far, miles learns about you over time, adapts to how you operate, and figures out the tools you struggle to navigate on your own. Less clicking, more conversation, the more you use it, the better it gets at working with you, not just for you. That shift from command-follower to learning companion is bigger than it sounds. It's the difference between a tool and an agent that actually knows you. The second one is Agent Grid and this one is for builders and power users. But as I mentioned in this video, I'm still studying the Agent Grid. I'd come talk about it once I learn properly about it. Souren just keeps shipping!

Nous Research just dropped MOA (Mixture of Agents) presets inside Hermes Agent. I made a quick video showing how to set it up and create your own MOA. The idea: mix multiple models to get capabilities beyond any single model you can use right now. How it works: Normally Hermes sends your conversation + tools to one model. With MOA you get several reference models plus one aggregator. The references read the conversation and offer thoughts and suggestions, but they get no tool access and never reply to you directly. The aggregator is the one that actually acts. It sees the normal conversation plus the private advice from the references, then makes the tool calls and writes the final response. From Hermes's side, the aggregator's output IS the model's response, so you can use /goal or anything else like that. Cool idea, curious to see how it really performs!

Tony Robbins on how to change someone who doesn't want to change: 1. People only change when they link enough pain to staying the same or enough pleasure to changing. Ideally, both at once. This is not a mindset shift. It happens in the nervous system, not the head. Your head can know exactly what you should do, and your gut will override it every single time. 2. Yes, you can change someone who doesn't want to change. But not by forcing them. You find the leverage that makes them change themselves. Everyone has a point that will get them to follow through. For some people, it is not even the threat of their own life. For others, it is their children. For others, it is spiritual growth. The leverage is different for everyone, but it always exists. 3. The food poisoning example. You used to love a food or a drink. Then one night it came back up with enough intensity and enough aroma that to this day you cannot look at it without feeling repelled. No willpower required. Your brain simply rewired what it links pleasure to. That is the entire mechanism of change in one story. 4. Scrooge did not want to change. He was certain he did not need to change. Three ghosts showed up and did one thing: they made him link unbearable pain to his past, his present, and his future simultaneously. When there is nowhere to escape, change happens in a heartbeat. Robbins calls this the Dickens pattern. Lock pain into all three time zones at once, and there is no exit. 5. People avoid changing by escaping to a different time period. If the present is painful, escape to a good memory from the past. If the past was also painful, invent a better future and escape there. As long as one of those three zones offers relief, the pressure to change dissolves. Removing all three exits and change becomes inevitable. 6. Problem is some people have accidentally linked pain to things they actually need: exercise, intimacy, and hard conversations. The association is wrong, but it runs their life anyway. The job is not to build more willpower. It is to change what you have linked pain and pleasure to in the first place.
