A big US semiconductor company that planned to invest in Chennai got helicoptered straight to Gujarat 🚁 Also, TN 2020 industrial policy already had all the incentives for semiconductor fabs and manufacturing. This isn't about incentives, it's about who the Union govt chooses to approve. Healthy competition btw states is one thing, blatant favoritism by the Union is another 🚶
