Nice PROGRESSIONAL 3 drills to become more shift/fluid🧈 Goes Stationary>Tight Area Scoring>Transitional Movement🔥 I’d recommend: - 3 sets of 20 reps stationary - 3x each way for tight area scoring/finishing middys and lays - same for transition scoring Allows the body to progressionally learn how to make movements. Not just throwing yourself into the ocean🌊 #basketball #basketballworkout

1) If you're Tyreek having a fit on the sideline, you can't be running around like this appearing to have no clue where he's supposed to line up (this isn't the only time in the game this seemed to happen - and it's carry over from previous seasons). 2) As an OL coach, I harp on footwork - a lot. This looks like a 3/4 slide protection right. Paul would initially have the DE 1v1, but when the LB walks up, appears this protection calls for him to have MDM (most dangerous man) - and that Conner would get the DE. Watch Conner's footwork. Right foot up. Then trying to step up with the left on the 1st step and back with the right on the second step - never going to get there.

Here is a little insight into Dwayne Ledford's coaching technique that I've been discussing on the podcast. Note how he sets up this basic rep and the linemen each practice getting the first step right...twice...before following through. This "learning the dancesteps" commitment to footwork is something Joe D tought well, but without these systemic repititions. I am very impressed with Ledford's position-group coaching. #Ravensflock
