🚗Motion assist is now generally available for devices running Android 17! If you need to use your Android device while riding as a passenger in a vehicle, motion assist can help reduce motion sickness. This feature shows small, subtle visual bubbles along your screen edges. These bubbles move in... real-time using your phone's motion sensors. They’ll match how the vehicle turns, speeds up, or brakes and help your brain synchronize what your eyes see with what your body feels, making your phone usage more comfortable during travel. To use motion assist, you’ll need an Android device running Android 17 or higher with Google Play Services updated. To set it up, open Settings, tap your profile > All services, then tap "Motion assist" under "Personal & device safety." I'm on the latest stable (for my account at least) Play services 26.33.32 and motion assist is not showing up. Do you know the actual minimum Play Services version for this feature to be active?

Hmmm, I have motion assist on a Pixel with that same version of Play Services - so that should be okay. I'm told that we ramped up the rollout of motion assist today, though, so it's possible your particular device is on the tail end of that rollout.

I've been playing more with this depth map motion transfer workflow, and if you're trying to recreate really specific body movements from a reference video, this works surprisingly well. Here's the workflow: 1. Grab your reference video, then create your character and environment references. 2. Run the video through Depth Anything on fal to generate a depth map: 3. Drop that depth map into Seedance Omni as your motion reference along with your character and environment references. You don't even need the original video. I also tested this against using the original video as the motion reference in Seedance, and there's definitely a noticeable difference. One thing I found, though, is that this works much better for body movement than facial performance since the depth map can't really capture subtle facial motion. I'm running more tests to see if there's a good way to control both body movement and facial performance. If you have any workflows I should try, do share in the comments!

When it comes to this yardage and under it’s about finesse We need a different motion to tap into our feel. If you are patient with the transition, allowing your arms to drop this will not only help you soften things up and feel more but it will also help you use the leading edge and bounce through the turf.
