what kind of systems do you need to run most of these models and agents you share, do you need a high performance PC with good components for it to run smooth, GPU, Hardrives, CPU, RAM, Cooling Systems, Motherboards etc.... How would laptops hold up?

This is exactly what I have been waiting for. Now we have models to generate 3D meshes, textures, scenes, and motion animations (this), and code generation is already quite mature. All the pieces are in place for 3D game generation.
